OnePlus Watch vs Galaxy Watch Active 2 By Mike Tech

Welcome back to another video guys in this one we'll be doing another comparison with an OnePlus watch. This time, we'll be doing it with the galaxy watch active2 see, which one is obviously better check the specs on it quickly and um see which one's better for you. First we'll start with the OnePlus watch this one here this was released in April. It's got an ambulance screen. One point: three: nine inches: it's got always on display now, but when it first came out, I didn't have it um. It's got four gigs of storage, one gig of ram you can make calls on it receive calls you get text messages and your emails and stuff, but you can't actually reply to where you can reply to the same text.

Messages with the um replies that they have here, there's not much it's probably about five or six of them, but you can't actually text back. It's got no NFC, so you can't do any payments on it uh, but it's got a big battery. It comes up as a thing just over 400 William, it's 102 William comes in two colors or three colors. You've got this one here, which is the midnight black you've got a moonlight silver and the cobalt, which is what should be released well now, but um. When I check the website still don't have it there well in the UK anyway, battery life just said about two weeks but um I'll get about, say seven, eight days on it um.

What I have noticed is that the step counts sometimes does doesn't work correctly, so um. Sometimes it's a couple of hundred steps out, sometimes it's over sometimes under. Sometimes it's just about right, a few steps out and um. As you can see here, the weather widget, it's not working works when it wants to work a bit of temperamental build quality on this perfect got your strap. My body comes in one size, that's the only thing just one size in this watch.

So for me, it's all right, but if you've got small wrists, it's probably going to be a bit big and with novel options, we'll know a size option um. You might have to think about getting this one compared to something else. Right here, we've got the galaxy objective 2. This was released in 2019, I think, September times it was now. Let me take this case off you.

You can see it better. That's got a bumper case on it. Oh, let's take it off, as you can see here, yeah. So the battery on this one is a 340 Williams. It's got always on display.

It's got.4G storage and 1.5 gig of ram the screen. Size is 1.4 inches, it's got the ECG, so let's see show you guys so the ECG and blood pressure, but it doesn't have the um oxygen sensor on it. The drill glass on the front. The back on this one is not plastic. Like the um, you see here on the OnePlus, and even though it looks slightly smaller they're saying that the screen is near enough, the same right on the OnePlus watch.

You still, we still don't have tap to wake either go raise your wrist or push the button itself under active. You could raise your wrist touch the line or tap to wake, which is pretty good. The background is not, as doesn't last as long get about maximum three days uh. This one um do for workouts. You got lots of workouts on this, got some more workouts there's I don't know exactly how many there is, but there's quite a few, but on the OnePlus we've got update, and it's like over 100 over 100 workouts.

You can ever edit them another thing with the OnePlus. Furthermore, you can't press to go back. Furthermore, you have to swipe to go back, not let the active where, if you go somewhere, you just press back, and it goes back right. Furthermore, you both got the drop-down menu. Put your brightness, sound you'll find my phone on both of them.

You see there. Oh, another thing. The um screen timeout on this, I believe, is only eight seconds, so I could show you guys yeah. So the screen of time maximum eight seconds screw enough time on this. Let's see screen time out maximum.

You can play as five minutes I'll. Keep it on 15 seconds, which is long enough, but eight seconds is not enough and that's the most you can get on the OnePlus. As for the watch faces, you can add them by just touching holding the screen and whatever you have on your watch already stored, you can go through, although there's a certain amount you can have on the OnePlus. I think I'll max that one in one two, three four five: six, seven, eight nine 10 11 12 13 14. Maximum.

You could have on the OnePlus 14 um. I don't think, there's a limit on the galaxy one, two, three, four: five: six: seven: eight: nine ten, eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen. Sixteen seventeen eighteen, nineteen, twenty-twenty one, twenty-one, twenty-one in here, but it's not a limit as far as I'm aware of, so that's another thing with the OnePlus, you only allowed 14 um watch faces at a time as for apps. What was on your OnePlus watch? That's what we got. You can't add anymore to um to it from the phone itself.

As you can see the world widgets not working again. It was working before stop working again, um yeah, so your apps that you got activities. Workout record heart rate blood oxygen is not under active, sleep stress, breathing phone you can like it like. I said you can make and receive calls music weather, alarm clock, stopwatch, timer flashlight barometer compass, TV connect, but we don't have um OnePlus TV over here. So, lets you know use this camera settings to find my phone, the active we could either or we could scroll across, or we could use the digital as on the side.

Obviously there's a digital bezel to go across, so we've got calendar which is missing from here, which I think is essential. Calendar alarm clock got your contacts. Whether we've got this Bixby on this. This doesn't have a voice assistant, so no no voice, assistant, OnePlus you've got your store, no storing this. So in the store you could download more apps, okay, Samsung health phone and settings recent apps go across.

Look set reminder play music gallery fly, my phone got Spotify on this one clock timer stopwatch, send some help on your messages. They've got email and Samsung pay, so no NFC on this one. So we can't do any payments under OnePlus going by the price OnePlus still a decent watch, but missing out on a few features. Hopefully soon sooner rather than there. You should get update, add more features, so you can add more apps or even add more apps to it.

Make it a bit better. Battery life is excellent on this, compared to like the three days max I get under active on active I've got all my different apps. You got your heart rate money. Ah, still on this, you've got the ECG, and you've got your blood pressure, which is missing on this. You've got the heart rate, monitor on this and the um blood decision, no blood actually on this.

They both do sleep monitoring but um we're gonna, given the price one plus, which is still, still okay, but I will still go to towards the active two there's four. Basically, it's more of a smartwatch than the one plus itself, the one plus watch much cheaper, but um still missing key features which is um available under active watch too anyway, guys.
