Hey guys, what's up, welcome to apex thanks for tuning in this video, I wanted to share the battery performance results of Samsung Galaxy note, 20 ultra, and this result is after the third beta, which was released on 11th number 2020 in my region, and since then there has not been any more updates. This is with the security patch level for first November. The phone I have here is the Enos variant, and this has been doing quite well after the third beta update, currently I'm not facing any issues or any challenges in terms of the stability or performance, and even the battery performance has been pretty good. Now before I share the battery test results, I would request you guys to hit that subscribe button and leave a like for the video that is going to encourage me a lot. I'm targeting 10 000 subscribers very soon so do support the channel and hit that subscribe button. Now, let me share the results.
The first setting or the scenario will be in the normal mode. Uh, when I say normal mode, it is without the power saving mode, and in this mode I will be turning off the always on display and the phone will be on dark mode, and it will be running on 120, hertz, adaptive refresh rate and the second setting will be with power, saving mode, 60, hertz refresh rate and in dark mode without the always on display. So this is the setting which I generally test my phones on now coming to the results. This is in normal mode. Without the power saving mode being turned on.
I was getting about 6 hours of screen on time, with 9 minutes of battery still left on the phone. I have used YouTube for an hour. Furthermore, I have made some calls for about close to 1 out of 1 and a half hour throughout the day, and I have used YouTube studio for about half an hour WhatsApp for about half an hour camera for about 10 minutes and some casual gaming for about 10 minutes. This has been the usage pattern in this first scenario, and I would say, the battery performance results have not been bad. It's giving me six hours of screen on time on this particular mode is kind of okay.
I would say it's not bad at all. It is as good as the previous version of one eye 2.5, and I was actually expecting a bit of an improvement here, but it seems to be almost the same. Coming to the second scenario where I had turned on the power saving mode on a 60 hertz display, I got about 5 hour 49 minutes of screen on time by the end of the day, with 30 percent of battery still left on the phone. So the rest of the 30 would have definitely given me another two hours of screen on time, which makes it about seven and a half hour or more screen on time on power saving mode, which is fantastic. Actually earlier on one UI 2.5, I was getting close to about 7 hours screen on time on power saving mode, but now I am getting slightly better. So all in all the one UI 3.0 beta 3 on Galaxy Note, 20 ultra has been pretty good. The battery life is good, in fact, on beta 2 I had some issues with the battery life.
I was just getting about four and a half hours of screen on time, on uh, normal mode and on power, saving mode close to about six to six and a half hours, and now on beta 3. It has been improved. That's all. I wanted to share with you guys if you own a Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra and if you are running on one UI 3.0, do share your battery test results in the comment section below, so that it can benefit the others in the community. I will be coming up with the battery performance results of Galaxy Note, 10 plus so stay tuned for that.
Furthermore, I'm currently testing that so stay tuned for the results. Thanks a lot for watching you guys take care and stay safe, cheers, bye.
