Xiaomi has dropped a new teaser for the Mi Pad 5 that's arriving on August 10. The new poster shows the Mi Pad 5's screen with rounded corners, and you can also see the keyboard cover case has a leather texture on the surface. Official details are scarce about the Mi Pad 5 right now, but a poster shared by Xiaomi yesterday confirmed stylus support and showed us the flat frame of the tablet with an antenna line, suggesting metal build and LTE/5G connectivity. the manufacturer has shared an image of the tablet’s retail box. A live photo of the keyboard case has also appeared online.

The Mi Pad 5 will come in a large white box that is pretty wide but just a few inches thick. There is a Xiaomi logo at the top right corner of the box while the name of the tablet is written in the center and on the side of the box. Based on the thickness of the box, we want to believe the Mi Pad 5 may not come with a charger included. That wouldn’t be surprising as Xiaomi’s flagship phones released this year don’t have a power adapter included in the box. Finally, a live photo of the keyboard case has also been posted on Weibo.

All three slates are rumored to pack 10.9" IPS LCDs with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. However, the vanilla and Pro versions will be powered by the Snapdragon 870, whereas the Lite model will have a Snapdragon 860 SoC.
