UnBoxing Lenovo Yoga Tablet 10 ( B8000 ) By Pete Deichmann

This unit was shipped from white micro center, so I had a few devices coming for different clients. This time of year, people are running out of budget and trying to fill their budget for the end of the year, and so this is an another tablet that we got and we the client, ordered it through micro Center. This is a Lenovo tablet. This particular one is a 10-inch tablet. It's the yeah. This is the yoga tablet.

Lenovo's yoga tablet, 10 very obvious names, as you can see price point on that right around $300. This is going to be used for a client that travels a lot. They've got a company in Colorado, but they do a lot of international traveling with their companies. So this is going to be to check their email. Real fast surf, the web they didn't want to be.

They don't have to carry a laptop with them. They don't do. A ton of you know, word document stuff most. What they do is email they're, an organizing project management kind of company. So you know system has one gigabyte of RAM 16, gigs of storage and jelly bean.4.2 is what this one's running: MTV, 1.2 gigahertz processor, on it first time, I had an opportunity to mess up. One of these, so I'm interested in getting in here see everyone's all about being an Android operating system.

These work well with you, know, Gmail system or, if you've got a client or, if you're, using Google Apps these work well with that, but they also work well with Microsoft Exchange, either any of the versions even back to Exchange Server 2003, this old synchronizes nicely to that, could sync. So it's a very thin device. It's got a guess it was kind of like a battery roll down here on the bottom. It's actually pretty nice to grip on to handy and a handy design, I'm surprised by that um extra back I'll, pull it out of the plastic here in a second we've got the charging cube, pretty small documentation looks like a couple of rubber bumpers. Maybe charging cable and that's it.

I- want to keep all this material, so I can ship this to them on the front of the device. We've got speakers on each side. Front-Facing speakers we've got a webcam up at the top, not sure the pixel count on that, but I'm sure it's adequate for Skype and that type of thing there's a huh. There is a well. This is actually an aluminum case too.

The case is not plastic. This is aluminum. We've got an SD card slot here. We've got a rear-facing camera here, and this is a little stand. So with that real quick, just let you stand it up.

It's got enough tension on it. It doesn't have date on so they're. Not it's not clicking in a position, but it's got enough tension that it looks like you can kind of modify that and, as you lean back, it's got some tilting. You know you don't want to probably go too far. Back with it looks like it'll fall.

If you go too far, but that's kind of nice, we've got our headphone output here, volume, microphone and charging output and to connect to your computer as well, I, would guess or not even I, would guess ? cutting. You can use that micro USB to connect your computer as well transfer files- that's pretty much. If it's going to be a tablet, not sure exactly what to expect or if it's got enough charge to boot here, but we'll try it yeah. So it boots up right out of the box on I'm not going to bore you with the setup on this. It's the androids are pretty easy to click your way through, and they set up very nicely.

Yeah yoga tablet, 10, I, guess, and I'll set this up. It'll sync with Microsoft Exchange, Google Apps. You know pretty much any mail account out there, but they work very well with Google Apps and with Microsoft Exchange there. It does have Bluetooth. So there's the possibility, adding a Bluetooth keyboard to this as well, although not a true laptop.

So all the applications aren't going to work quite like they would on an unreal laptop. But that's it for today, thanks for watching bye,.
