So this is the OnePlus not CE and, unlike the previous, not this one comes with plastic, build no is, no alert slider and only one 5g band. Now you guys might have seen already a lot of unboxing and have different opinions on the word CE, but I think there's only one major problem with this phone that cannot be ignored whatsoever. Well, this is ratio you're already watching techie. Here's! My first look at the OnePlus note CE core edition. So let's get this quick! First up in the box, you have the phone directly. Let's keep this aside, so you get a similar looking case as the original OnePlus word, then there's some additional paperwork and the red club cable membership.
You get the sim ejector tool, and then there is this 30 watt walk charger and the classic OnePlus red cable. I think at this point they should go with a teal or blue cable. I think that would be something different for the OnePlus, not series now straight up the word CE. Well, it's entirely plastic back and plastic frame or companies as they like to call it polycarbonate. Now it isn't that bad, it does feel good in the hand there are some phones in this range that comes with plastic back, and they feel cheap.
But trust me when you will hold the notch CE then in hand. Feeling of the device is good, and especially it's small lightweight, one-hand usage. It weighs only 170 grams, which you compare with other phones. They go crazy like 200 or 220 gram. So all in all the plastic build seems okay and then the most stocked point.
The alert slider there's no alert slider on this phone, which in case you don't know it's a dedicated button on OnePlus phone. They quickly put your phone from sound to vibration, to mute now. If you're coming from an OnePlus phone like OnePlus, 5, OnePlus 5t, you will miss the alert slider. There's no argument about that. But if you're coming from a different company phone, the alert slider wouldn't matter that much and on the side, you have volume buttons and on the opposite side you have power buttons and at the bottom, there's the headphone jack, USB 2.0 type c port and a single speaker. The sim tray.
Only supports two sim cards: there's no micro, SD card expansion, but it's okay. The device starts at 128 GB base model, also OnePlus advertises headphone jack as a feature in the launch event. Then why are we removing it from other segments? Strange right? Next up is the display you get a 1080p 90 hertz AMOLED display it has dragon tail protection. It's not bad! Now, in case you don't know the difference between a 90hz display and 60hz display is twice like you can feel the touch latency difference between 90hz and 60hz, but you won't feel that much improvement from 90 to 120hz the display can still be said. Ok, just like the build quality.
Now the OnePlus CE has a 64, megapixel, f, 1.79, Univision sensor and 8 megapixel ultra white sensor and, of course, 2 megapixels, black and white sensor on the front. You get a 16, megapixel, f, 2.45, Sony, mix, 471 punch, hole, selfie camera, the main 64 megapixel sensor doesn't have is, while the original not had is. That's bad. The original not had is. Why you have to remove from this? And if you see here, let's take a photo of this frame, I like that the knot has good details in the shadows.
If you see around the book and the shelf, the colors are also natural. If you look at the instar camera, it's close to real life here are some more in-house camera samples. I also took some portrait photos and first impression the skin tone looks a bit off. Here are some more samples from the wide angle, camera and the selfie camera, and these photos are taken after OnePlus pushed a camera update to fix, portraits and white balance on the main sensor. Now, moving on the OnePlus, not CE comes with snapdragon 750g, 6gb, lpddr4x ram and UFS 2.1 storage. I would say, for the price: the processor is good.
I played battleground mobile India, it was released just a day ago and the graphics are logged at HD or 30 fps on not CE. The gameplay was good in a short time. There are frame drops here and there, but overall it's good, and am I the only one who feels more weird that there are leaves coming out of people when you shoot them instead of blood. Like yes go green but weird, you can also play Tangshan impact at low settings. The gameplay is again oafish, but that's expected for the price.
In terms of storage speed, you can see the numbers. These are good. Storage speeds for the price. Also, the not CE comes with oxygen, OS 11.1, with android 11 out of the box and here's my problem with oxygen OS on this phone. Purposely, the haptic feedback is disabled.
That's okay! You can enable it from the settings, but when you enable it is just below average anyways oxygen. Os also has its own problems. Now it had better updates, no bugs, but in 2021 itself the OnePlus 70 users had problem with their pop-up cameras. There were also heating issues on OnePlus, 9 and OnePlus 9r, which was later fixed with an update and to end it. You have one 5g band on this device n78.
Now I usually don't comment on 5g bands, because 5g is still 2-3 years away, but the same phone in UK has 10 plus 5g banks and in India only one now, if you say maybe to save money, but the UK and Indian pricing is almost the same. So you could have gone with some low 5g bans that would have saved price as well as keep people happy. Another phone does come with carrier aggregation. We checked it out with egoism and now all of this can be set aside. But this is the most important point, and here is where OnePlus not CE lacks.
It is still a good phone to consider at 23 000, but is it available at 23 000? That's the biggest problem with OnePlus, not c. You have only one black version available at 23 000. Even we have to order multiple times, and it comes online sometimes and then just goes out of stock, and it's just one color. They did the same thing with the original OnePlus. Not it was launched at 25 000, but the 25000 version was never available.
People had to buy a 28 000 version, even we bought it for 28 000. The problem here is people who want to buy this phone at 23.000 will be pushed to buy it at 25 000. So should you buy one plus not CE? Well, the phone is still new, and I need to use it as my daily driver for a few weeks before I can suggest. If anyone should buy it or not, a better question would be. Should you even consider OnePlus not CE in future or wait for this phone? Well, there are two kinds of people.
I can recommend the OnePlus not CE to. First you have used OnePlus or Motorola phone in the past. Then it will be difficult for you to adjust to Realme and Xiaomi phones and for those people, the ad free oxygen OS makes sense. Second, only if you're getting the phone for 23 000, then it's worth considering. However, if you're okay using other OS like fun, touch, mini or color OS, then you will get far more value for money.
Smartphone that costs six to seven thousand less than not c. For example, the Redmi Note 10 pro max or the Redmi Note 10 pro it has glass back 120, hertz, AMOLED and far better camera compared to one plus, not c, all of that for seven to nine thousand less, and it is not just for Redmi Note 10 pro. All the other smartphones also follow the same trend, so wait for our full review and also let us know if you want to see the Nazi compared to the ICO, z3 or any other phone.
