Official Samsung Clear Standing Cover For Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Review By Big Unbox

What is up guys welcome to the big unbox, where we do that small tech, and today I am back with another big unboxing for you for the Samsung Galaxy note, 20 ultra, and today we're back with the official clear case this time, we're going to do it in the clear cover it's actually clear, standing cover, so we're going to do a quick, unboxing, quick overview as always I'll, throw up the link in the video description. If you want to check it out, pricing 29.99 so for a clear case. In my opinion, that's going to be steep, but keep in mind. It is going to be official product for Samsung, so you're, paying a little more for that branding and all that good stuff. But we'll check it out together to see if it's a hit or miss lots more accessories coming from the channel so keep it tuned into the channel. We got lots coming, so presentation got a little Samsung branding up top.

You can see crystal clear case, and then it's got the kickstand with the kind of like metallic look to it, got a nice little weight to it right out of the gate. So hopefully it's going to be a hit, let's go and check it out clear standing cover, and I think this is the first time that they've released a clear like a clear case that has a kickstand basically to it. So you know there's quite a few different options right now, sign makes a great one, so it's going to be hard to compete with that for that price point, but we'll check it out to see if it's a hit or miss, as I try to figure out where the actual installation thing is on this thing, I have to bust it open. Here we go. Let's check this out there we go it's like a bow, let's bust, it out, see what see if it's a hit.

What do you guys think about that all right, so we got quite a few different cases coming official and then third party? So if you guys have any suggestions, keep it up in the comment section again we get to as many as we can so all right. So my first impression hard shell plastic, gel style rubber around the actual bumper, which actually feels very drippy. So this actually has a nice grip to it crystal clear. Look to it! So will this yellow? Yes, it will yellow in time. One thing I did notice around the bumper area.

You do get this frosted. Look that actually will help a little with that. So it won't look as it won't look as defined if you actually have a little of yellowing on the side. So keep that in mind you can see around the bumper areas right there, that's a little frosted very nice construction. Again, hard shell plastic got some branding right there for the kickstand edge protection, full body protection.

It's got a little of give to it flex on the actual bumper part, but well constructed, and it feels very, very drippy in the hands. So it's definitely going to add some bulk to your phone, not crazy book, but we'll add some. Let's go and check out the phone real quick here that that white looks beautiful; let's wipe it down make it look good for the camera, shine it up real nice that that white is gorgeous. What do you guys think about that now that camera hump is not so much so hopefully this covers that camera hump, because that is huge? Let's wipe it down, though, make it look beautiful, yeah that is gorgeous, look at that it kind of just changes colors in the light, but it is like a true. It's a deep dark white, that's kind of got like a maybe a silver tint to it, which I really, really like.

Let's go and pop it in like this snaps right, hopefully into place boom nice suction. There you go! That is nice! Look at that! That looks really, really clean. It kind of mutes down the white a bit. You don't get that glossy effect to it, but it looks very, very clean. Give you guys a look at this thing? Let's take off this plastic boom very, very nice.

What do you guys think about that? It doesn't appear to actually collect a lot of fingerprints so far, which is really nice for a clear case. A lot of times. I find myself on these clear cases. They look perfect the first day, but by day three or four they look trash. You kind of you have to wipe it down, wipe it down, so keep a microfiber cloth on deck to wipe it down.

So very, very nicely done. Let's go and check out the build here for the camera protection. I wish there was a little more camera protection. You can see it's its it's just a little. It's not crazy! I wish there was more raised edge.

You can see right here. They actually could raise that up a bit. It's not raised up, so this is very flush around the camera hump, so they could have raised it up just a little to give you some extra camera protection, and I just think that they had enough room to do it too, especially with this bumper being raised up, they could have give you a little more protection around the camera hump. That would be a negative. In my opinion, it's not crazy, but then again to me when the back is taken up, but most of the back or at least a big part of the back is taken up by that big camera hump.

You want some protection. I want big protection around my camera hump, that's what you're paying for let's check out the kickstand. It actually has got this metal finish to. It doesn't feel cheap at all. Got the Samsung logo.

Looking sharp, you can see right there very boom boom boom slides a little, but not too bad. It's a nice! It's a nice case, nice kickstand! Then what I do like tucks away right there, and it did the camera. I mean the camera. Hump, see here's the thing. My problem right here.

You can see how that's raised up right there. Why don't they raise that as well? You already got a kind of hump around that area right there. So you got some raised edges. Why not raise it up to make it? Even so you don't it's. I guess it's not wobbly I'll, give them that, so they didn't construct it in a way.

It's not wobbly, I'm just thinking they should have done a little better job with the camera. Let's check out the lip, because everybody likes a fat Liz zip, and I actually like, like the lip protection on this. You can see you're not getting much on the sides, but again that's just really because of the construction of the actual case or the actual screen you're. Getting that waterfall effects you're again, not getting a lot of screen protectors, not getting a lot of protection on the sides because of that curved screen. But look at that that has nice slip protection right there.

You got a nice little protection on the top. You can see very nice lip protection. I don't have a problem with that. Lip protection at all. That's pretty decent for a minimalist, clear case like this one is nothing on the sides.

Let's see alert or let's check out the s pen, it's actually pretty easy. They actually the hole is bigger. I did a review for the silicone case, the official one, and it was tough to get your finger into and this is still kind of deep, but they made the hole a little bigger, get your finger in your kind of have to dig in just a little yeah yeah, it's kind of still it's kind of tough yeah. I just think they could have done a better job with the cutout there make it easier to get to nothing crazy, and it does look beautiful pop it away, tuck it away, but not too bad. Furthermore, I don't have a problem with that.

The silicone version of this case I do have a problem with the official silicone speaker. Grille looks good power looks good port right there. The mic looks good power button volume up down, rocker clicky enough. Let's put it that way: nice beautiful looking case nice grip, it's gonna, add some bulk, but nice looking case. Give you guys the front angles of this.

I have to say: is it worth 30 bucks? Probably not, but I think that they do enough here, that for an official product I wouldn't have a problem spending that money, but I do recommend holding off maybe check out the sign version. That's probably going to be half the price that may be better build quality. So I'm going to try to get the review on that. I think it's like ultra hybrid or something they have different kind of thousand different variations of their cases, but I'll try to get to as many of those as well, but I'll try to get to the one with the kickstand. That's clear to seek to compare it with this one to see which one is better, but overall I'll say this is a hit I'll give them this one we'll call it a hit or mini hit.
