Official OnePlus 8 Pro Sandstone Bumper Case Black Unboxing By Big Unbox

What is up guys welcome to the big unbox, where we do that small tech in today I'm back with another big on boxing for you for the 1+8 Pro, and today we're back with the official sandstone bumper case this time in black to unbox. Do a quick review as always I'll throw up the link in the video description. If you want to check it out, pricing is gonna, be the cheapest out of all the official cases from OnePlus. $24.99 comes in a couple of different color options on with the black here to check it out, because it should look really nice with that black one plus a pro. So let's go and check this one out to see if it's a hit or miss cons presentation, it is what it is a little of a just white box, OnePlus branding at the very bottom, and then you get seats for the 8 Pro and the back seem to just be that red classic from OnePlus. So let's go into get little stickers right here, let's go and try to see it and get it with our fingers bust it out you guys, like it.

The pros so far you know, is this: definitely it's definitely good phone I wish the older still there's still a few camera issues where it's definitely not the leading camera. For that price point, I would have expected this to be better camera, but overall still going to get that super speedy performance from OnePlus that you would expect so definitely a beast of a phone that I'm really enjoying so far. Hopefully we got more cases coming. The pros been a little lacks. They haven't had too many cases for the pro, but we're trying to get to as many as we can't have as they start rolling through.

So let's go and check this one out. So my first impressions, you got that sandstone feel very, very nice to the touch premium, build quality and this one's going to have a difference to me edge to edge protection where you wouldn't get this on the sandstone version last year. Last year's version was the protective case. Not the bumper, with the top part way be exposed. The bottom part will be exposed, but this one you're in full edge to edge protection, so very nicely done, and you got the OnePlus logo right there, pretty just sleek and subtle overall nicely done, and then I like these ridges to what they did there with these ridges that are going around all the way across the bumper.

That's going to give you full really nice grip to go contrast with actual back of the phone as well with that just sold. This is probably one of them drippy cases that you will find on the market right now, which I appreciate now the one thing I'm not a huge fan of just a hard shell basic plastic on the back. They could have done something a little better. To give you a little softer to the touch. Give me something to give you.

You know a little more protection for the back of the phone I. Don't really understand why you would do that because it's just basically plastic on glass back. Why not give you a little softer material to me? That's one my one gripe with this particular case, but otherwise pretty nice bill quality all the way around design, but one Plus. That's just a little sleek subtle little insert there in the very back. Let's go take that black and wipe it down, wipe it down like we do make it look beautiful, clean it up for the camera, can't go wrong with the black I know: everybody's got that got their favorite colors, but I'm a bigger fan of the dark, color phones, just because I like the way they look with the cases, looks clean.

Look at that beautiful, looking beautiful, looking phone I'm rocking a screen protector, so we'll test it out to see if it's compatible I got the review up, I'm, not even sure what the brand was third-party kind of like you know, one of those not full adhesive screw protectors, so we'll see if it's compatible with the review but check that review out for the screen protector. So you can see that black on black just does look really, really clean black camera black on black, and this is gonna, be a nice really. A nice case combination now that they went with the full coverage I really like the way. This one feels it's gonna, be a matte black soft finish, so you're not going to have fingerprints. Give you guys if you look at this thing very nice looking case.

Look at that thing, that is a nice looking case, just sleek premium. Looking nicely done, let's check out the camera protection. Let's see here, you're getting just a little of camber section. You see whether idea right here, you probably want to get much it wasn't it for this little extra lip coverage around the edges. They give you just enough.

I would like to see in a little more camera protection. I'm not going to lie. That's not crazy. Camera protection I would like to see in a little more camera protection for such an expensive device. You know I'm saying this: is this all set around the camera? Give me a little more camera.

Give me a little more raised edges around the camera. That'd be my one gripe, but overall not terrible. Just not great. Now, let's check out this knee wipe this front down and see. If it's compatible with the screen protector now I do it when I was messing with the back I heard that you can hear that this is just one of those screen protectors.

That's got a full adhesive on the sides or adhesive on the sides, and not the middle. So I can kind of hear that pop hear that, let's just pop it out a little. So that's a disappointment, a pity, that's probably compatible, but to me that OCD, you kick in I hear that creak yeah! That it is not great! It's! It does appear to be not popping off. So that's good, at least, but I would just be a little later about this thing in time to letting that glue- and this is more just a criticism of the screen protector than the case itself- the case isn't pretty money volume up and down clicking responsive? You can see the button right there. Very just subtle, cutout looks good speaker.

Grille cutout looks good power, precise no issues at all with that and the power button right here. A large slider, easy access, no issues at all. Let's check out the wireless charging. If I got this, while it's charging works boom, no issues at all wireless charging- this is just one of those speaking ones. This is 15 bucks or so this one works with that.

No issues at all overall build quality is excellent. I, like this case, a lot I think they did a definitely upgrade on this particular case from the sandstone versions and years past.
