What's up guys breaking news is here: the post, unpacked galaxy s22 league saga has officially kicked off. The absolute biggest galaxy s22 league is here we'll talk about design, display battery camera and more quite a lot to cover, but before we talk about that, there's something really, and I mean really unexpected, going on. According to the latest news, most galaxy s22 models will be powered by snapdragon 898 and not Samsung's AMD chip. This news is coming by a Korean source with an unknown track record, so they say that Samsung's AMD Enos might not be available for everyone, meaning things could be opposite as most models of s22 could rock snapdragon 898 four nanometer chips, while the AMD exit is said to be exclusive to South Korean market. This is because the poor production yield and possibly the global chip shortage now I'm sure snapdragon 898 will be a great chip is said to have about 20 percent, better performance than snap breaking AAA with that being said, AMD excess is still the star of the show. This is the chip that we want, and it should be on international models.
The source even mentions that Enos 2200 will have amazing performance. Let's see what happens like I said, Samsung is collaborating with AMD for a big reason and, of course, that is to bring this Enos AMD chip globally, not for just one market now. Lastly, the source mentions that the under display camera for the galaxy s22 ultra is almost certainly cancelled in its current stage. It's just not suitable for the s22. Ultra internal decision has been taken, which is not to use this on their flagship, traditional smartphones uh, that is the s32 lineup, so we're likely going to see an improved selfie sensor inside a punch, hole setup.
Now, let's talk about that biggest leak regarding the s22 series coming via ice universe, starting with the display sizes, we have a 6.06 inch display for the galaxy s22, interestingly 6.55 inch display for the s22 plus, which is actually a lot smaller than the 6.7 of the s21 plus from this year once again, laps full HD plus 128 panels, whereas the ultra is the only model to get a LPO quad, HD, plus 120 hertz 6.81 inch panel. Now, as for the camera, Samsung is indeed bringing a huge main camera upgrade across all galaxy s22 models, so for the s22 and s22 plus we get a new 50 megapixel main camera sensor with a pretty big size for the s22 ultra Samsung is indeed not going for 200 megapixel sensor. Instead, we have a new and improved ISO cell hm4 clocking at 180 megapixel resolution. Now Samsung is bringing two new optical zoom setups for the s22 ultra. They both are coming at 12 megapixel resolution compared to the 10 megapixel that we have seen on last year's model.
As far as the optical zoom range is concerned, that's pretty much. The same now seems like we may not see the continuous zoom setup as there are two optical zoom lenses once again, but overall, I'm very excited to see the main camera upgrade across all the lineup, and I hope that pricing should be even better than before. Now we also have the battery leak as well. The s22 is rocking a 3800 William battery 4, 600 million port for the s22 plus, and the ultra is rocking, as always, a 5 000 million per cell, pretty decent battery size across all models. Again, I would love to see that 65 watt fast charging on these phones now.
Lastly, design wise ice universe says that it's going to be a modified version of the s21 design. So pretty much Samsung is continuing the same design, language for s22 family, very likely, not bringing any huge visual change. This concept, trailer from concept creator, might actually be spot on. It actually looks very similar to the design of the s21 series kind of expanding. On that it looks pretty good Samsung might create like a dual tone.
Finish design. All we can say for now is that it's going to be similar to the current s21 lineup, so yeah that is all for today. This is by far the biggest s22 league dump. We talked about design display camera battery. I can't wait to see some visual s22 design leaks, which I feel like that they're not far away from now.
Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below. I really hope that AMD news is not true. I really want to see that chip globally, I'm sure that's what Samsung is aiming for as well. Uh, we'll see more details in the coming days. If you guys are new here, be sure to subscribe with that being said, I'll catch, you guys later peace out.
