Motorola One 5G Ace Unboxing & First Look By Forbes Tech Reviews

Hi everyone- this is Joseph from forest tech reviews aka your favorite occasion, tech review back with another video today, today's video, yes, I'm gonna, unbox the Motorola one 5g ace, but before I get into this video check this out, okay, everyone! So I'm back with another video. Yes, I did pick up a new Motorola phone. It is the Motorola one 5g ace. I don't know why they named it that hey, but it is what it is. This is their cheapest 5g phone that they have on their website. Right now, Motorola does have some competition at the price of this phone.

The price of the phone right now is 399 dollars and there's a lot of phones in that price range. So we're going to see how this one actually holds up and is it worth the 3.99 last year they did come out with the Motorola edge 5g. When it came out, it was on sale for 4.99, but OG price is 6.99 right now, it's still on sale for 499 dollars, so this one is 100 cheaper. Is it worth the 3.99, hopefully, by the time I review it, we'll be able to answer that question for everyone? Motorola did come out with three other phones, the g stylus 2021 the g power, and then I think the Motorola G is the other phone. I may pick up the stylus.

I may not just to compare these two phones together, so in this video I'm going to just do a quick unboxing, we're going to see what you get in the box go over to specs and I might even start off the phone check out the fingerprint scanner and check out the storage on what's available on the phone. You can pick up this phone, like I said from Motorola's website, but also Amazon. That is where I got it for 399 dollars. I will have the links in the description if you're looking to pick this phone up. So let's get into the video I like showing off the presentation like 5g Motorola does have some stuff here.

If you want to pause it and read it, you can I like the color of the box all right. So, let's see what you get in the box, you have the phone come back to it. It only comes in silver. Look at that! Yes, it has a fingerprint scanner in the back. Let's see what else you get in this box, you get your books, you get some uh sim card slot and the SD card slot remover in there you get your charging cable.

USB type c is USB type a to c, and then you also get the 10 watt charging brick. I don't know why they don't speed it up, but yeah. It's a 10 wide charging brick. So the box is pretty basic, but you do have a charging brick in there. Let's not talk about that one, but that's a whole different video all right.

So let me stand that up. This is what you all come here, for which I think about the silver. The back is plastic though, but it's a shiny, looking plastic. What you think about it! Look at that it has like this little coating on there. I don't know if you all can see it, let's see if you have some power all right.

So, while it's starting up, let's go over the specs, really quick too right there in front of you, you have a 6.7 inch, full HD, 1080p screen. If you care about the resolution is 2400 by 1080p, it has android 10 straight out the box. Now here's another uh thing that Motorola was catching a lot of heat on. They promised you one upgrade per uh device, so one upgrade OS per device, so it might get android 11 and that is it no android.12 13 other phones, like the Google pixels. You know you get in at least three years.

Samsung is probably in three years: Motorola is doing just one year, so I might get android 11. I don't know what you all think about that. That's kind of iffy, but it is what it is. It does have a 5 000 William hour battery the snapdragon 750 g processor. It has six gigs of ram 128 gigs of storage.

Yes, it does have a flammable memory has SD card slot. That front camera is a 16 megapixel camera on the back. You have a 48 megapixel main camera. Then you have an 8 megapixel ultra-wide camera, which is right here. Then you have the 2 megapixel macro lens stay tuned to the end of the video.

I might take some photos and show you all what the cameras can do. Also stay tuned. I will have a camera test coming up. The rear camera can shoot in 4k at 30, where the front will do 1080p at 30. , not too bad.

I mean other phones at this price can do more, but that is what it is. It does have that rear fingerprint scanner. Look at that 48 megapixel at the bottom. Yes, you do have the USB type-c bottom facing speaker a microphone, the headphone jack in 2021 at the top. You have another microphone on the side.

You have the volume rockers and then also the power button, which is rich. Look at that on this side. You have your sim card slot and that's it. So what I'm going to do now is actually pause. The video- I don't know why it's scanning something I'm going to pause the video set it up, and then I just want to show you the storage in there and just take some pictures with it.

So I'll be right back, okay, everyone, so I was able to go ahead and set it up. It is downloading some of my apps and contacts. Look at that screen. Let's check out the fingerprint scanner, it works perfect, quick, it's not hard to set up either. I even try with this finger the nice thing about it.

It has a little indention, so it makes it easier to find again do you all like the fingerprint scanner on the rear, or do you like the in display fingerprint scanner or the ones on the side. I don't like the ones on the side, but the rear, it's okay, I'm getting to the'm getting used to the ones in the display, though, but this one works quick. Let's check out the storage really quick too, before I get too many apps on there, so about 15 gigs worth the storage is where you know it started off with. So I still have 123 gigs about not too bad. We will definitely test out this phone.

I want to test out the cameras I want to see if the phone can play games on it. I need to also put my sim card in there you all. Please. Let me know what other videos you want to see on this phone from me. I know gamer review, maybe a speaker test.

Yes, the spray does get a lot brighter too man, that's a bright display, I'm turning down for the camera there, but again you all.
