LG Velvet CAMERA TEST: Video content creator phone? By Isa does tech

I'm, trying out the cameras of this very pretty phone, the LG velvet, and I'm taking you with me. You heard that right, we're doing a camera test in this video hello. You beautiful people welcome to me sadistic where we do take in your real life in style, so I unbox, the LG velvet last week and well. My feelings were pretty transparent about this phone. I love how this looks but guys, as we all know, looks, are not everything. So one of the things that I prioritize in a smartphone are their cameras.

I am particularly curious about what the cameras on this phone can do. If you're new to this channel, what I do on these camera tests? It's basically it tests out the cameras of a certain phone to shoot with it. I vlog I take more photos of dogs, try it out for the first time, but have you guys join me in this adventure right? Let's get to it and, of course we're starting with the selfie cams, because I mean I like selfies and if you're the type of person who does not appreciate selfies? Well, you can, you know, look away now. There will be a lot of selfies Oh pimple cream good morning, you guys early, ah shooting with a front-facing camera of the LG velvet. This is 4k.

Actually anyway, I'm going to switch to with 1080p, because well my laptop's going to die I, keep shooting on 4 yo. This is that AVP Full HD uh 60fps um yeah the morning of Sunday Father's Day I, am I hanging out in my room, and I'm I. Don't know if I should be ashamed to say this, but see that's my desk I haven't been working on. My desk I have been working on this little corner of my room. This man and I have this little table over here.

I even have brought my plants over, so I can join our company. I really have to fix that. But you know that's not the point. Okay, it's so cool, so this is still full HD, and it gave me the option to do beauty mode. Most of the phones I've been using can only shoot on beauty mode with 720p.

This is the highest level. So, as you can see, my pimple is almost cleared out. Let me just do a level that you know I'd probably use, so this is level 3 I'd probably go for this if I were shooting, but this is without I mean we're all human. So it's okay to have blemishes, but it's still nice to have a little pick-me-up with Beauty mode. Okay, so I mean you guys know that this is a very slippery phone.

It's very sleek, so I have dropped this once when I was shooting exercise videos, and it was on a selfie stick and our ROG tried to get at it, but since it was so slippery, like it sort of felt so probably do a tiny bit of beauty mode like I. Think three is looking good for this camera. Okay, so unfortunate, you can adjust the blur like that. That looks so drama, that's cool, so you can also adjust the blur of your photo even after you pick it. Oh my gosh, my pimple, but I like the detail on that -.

Oh, this color focus one looks like very dramatic. Let me try. Oh nice low, perhaps so drama I love it yeah, as you saw, we've been doing the gesture modes for the LG phone, it's different from most Chinese phones, like you, have to do this and then this for a lot of Chinese phones. All you need to do is like this, which is actually a good thing, I think, because it stops you from doing a lot of accidental selfies. I love this.

Actually, let's shoot another thing that I've heard a lot of people ask me about is what Instagram stories look shooting with the phone that I'm using. So what I'm going to do is one I'm going to screen record, shooting story, so there's and to check them with like an iPhone and an Android phone? So let's do that. I need a filter. It's I'm not liking my hair, anything right now, yeah, okay, I think this will do because even if I'm trying to be cute, I still stand for these causes. So here you go so because the velvet is thinner and taller like it. Sort of always gives you a cropped story from the iPhone. As you can see, the pops are different, but it's still fit so remember if you're, using this to put the text and stuff in the middle and then for the Realme 6, let's check it.

This is thinner and taller, but not as thin and tall as the velvet, so I'd. Imagine the top and bottom would be cropped as well. That's good! There. We go right now, it's time for some selfies, but we're going to need more light right, hey great lighting, because of that window. Thank you.

This is the white, so if you saw that it says, composition will be applied. This phone has an eye which basically means that when you shoot a normal photo, it gives you better version of it like it pops it to give you the ultimate best composition you can get Wow wait looks like my eyes are closed. Thanks for the tip, let me do that again: Rick was it. Those ok startled, looks like it because I'm looking down. So that's that's a good thing.

This phone helps out that's enough trying to be duded for the day. I am just waiting for lunch because I'm hungry this is basically me 30 minutes before every meal. It should be awesome because it's Father's Day, so my mom she's going to cook, like hungry I'm, kidding oh by the way, there's no zoom in or out on the selfie camera, but you can take photos while you're shooting video in this next segment I eat. Finally, but I also attempt to try the different audio modes on the lg velvet. Let me tell you on this phone. You basically have three modes, the basic mode, which is basic. There is a bouquet audio mode, which means it's sort of focuses on a certain specific, sound, so say, you're shooting in a place that has a lot of background noise. It assumes that you'll be able to record the audio of the finger focusing on better and then the last option would be the SMR mode which, if you've seen ASMR videos, would be pretty self-explanatory. Okay onto the food I mean the vlog quick edit note, because I just want to point it out.

As you can see, this me talking the normal audio, but if you look at the levels on these clips, like all of those that's what I turned on ASMR doesn't have the same levels as this or this because those clips are ASMR so yeah. There is a difference. Okay, back to the blog Camille, Camille, so Cromwell on quince a1 can I. Just add this to my blog I'm, sorry ma. Okay, let me interrupt first, my brother wasn't really mad.

They were just joking I promise. This is how my family shows love, and do I just wanted to point out that the fact that you could hear my brother and my sister murmuring in that previous clip was a big deal, because there were so many things happening. I was shooting from across the room. Someone was cooking, there were other things in the background, but you could still hear the conversation and that's actually pretty amazing. Okay back to the festivities, what custom cake for you.

After all, that glorious food I spent the next few hours, they just think, and then we'll. Eventually it was time to shoot the bells freed up, just shooting with an ah, this is Wayne, and then we can do one expert ah effects. As you can see, we can also do four K zoom back up until apex no wide soul, and this is what it looks like. So that's why it isn't so great, but this is also full HD at 60fps, and it doesn't seem to have a wide option. Dogs are waiting for the rain startup yeah. So, oh my god, how cute the last and final part of this vlog would be me trying out the night shot like I mentioned in my previous videos. There is no way I'm going out unless it's absolutely necessary like how no-one should be going out unless it's absolutely necessary, so we're creating what might be a possible scenario where one would use the night shots in my own room right.

So we've seen this before guys, I'm in front of the mirror, but let's do this and then turn off the lights and that's the night mode. Alexa turns off the lights. There we go, so the night mode on this phone can be found. Here. You can see we can do 1x wide and up until ethics.

So it's different in that how it works is there is a toggle over here. So, basically, how it works is it allows you to change sort of the exposure right so regardless of how great people that are what the settings are, if you tap on a certain subject, it's sort of adjusts, and that was the LG velvet blonde course. This is in the review, but I just wanted to show you guys what my process is when I'm discovering a new phone camera. Basically my way of involving you in my review process, I'm curious to actually know what you think about the footage and the photos you just saw. Let me know in the comments down below as for me, my main takeaway would be that this phone really does seem like it's catered toward someone who'd be making videos I mean that much is evident by the fact that this thing can shoot 4k with the front and back cameras and even has different audio modes.
