Google Pixel XL vs Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge - Speed/Battery/Multitasking/Benchmark/Heat Test! By YourTechGuide
Yo, what's up everybody its lbs here again today we are going to do another speed test on the Google Pixel XL. This time we are going to put it up against a well-rounded veteran device. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge the s7 edge used to be the king of King when it comes to performance until new devices came along dethroning, its crown to the 1+3 and to the honor eight. So this challenge will be a good test for the pixel XL to see where it's ranking. When it comes to performance for the settings, it will be the same as usual. Animations turned off connected to the same Wi-Fi to simulate real world usage, as if you are out in about fighting for the same Wi-Fi connection for the test, I'll be doing the same exact test as usual: checking the thermal throttling opening, apps benchmarking and so on.
So without further ado, let's get started. Here's the room temperature with 22 degrees Celsius with 69% of humidity. So there you have it guys. It was pretty much neck to neck between these two devices when it comes to opening common apps from the beginning until it reached to the gaming apps and the multitasking or the pixel XL slightly fell short to the older device that s7 edge. So in conclusion, when it comes to real-world usage, the difference is a fraction of a second which most users will not notice when you're using the device by itself.
But when it comes to testing the device side by side, as we did here, you will notice that the s7 edge is slightly faster than the pixel XL. So there you have it guys.
