Galaxy Tab S7 FE - EVERYTHING You Need To Know | Tab S7 Lite Final Recap By Ivan Kam

Okay, so this is big: it's major, because the almighty Samsung actually messed up and had to pull back, and I'm excited, because when I posted my video on YouTube, no one was talking about it and again major shout out to Mr Rashford for putting us on that anyways. Let's go ahead and jump in all right. So in this video I'm going to do a recap, a full recap of everything that was provided to us by Samsung themselves before they realized it and pulled it back and trust me. There's going to be some good things and also some major disappointments and by the end of the video, I'm also gonna. Let you know whether you should really go for the tap s7fe based off of all the information that Samsung gave us all right. So, let's jump in the first thing, the price this has been the biggest disappointment for many people out there 649 euros for the 5g variant according to Samsung themselves, which is of course pretty, pretty high.

But it's not all bad news right. I know lots of people, don't like it. It's not all bad news and hear me out here because it might really end up being just like I predicted so 6 49 for the 5g variant. If you are familiar with kind of the setup that Samsung has in terms of pricing of these tablets, that would generally take 200 off. So if you want to calculate what the Wi-Fi would be normally based off of that 650 for the 5g, it should normally be 200 euros off.

So if you go on the Samsung website for the US market, normally it would be 650 dollars for the Galaxy Tab, s7 the regular tab, seven so the flagship- and if you want to go for the 5g version of that tab s7, it would run you 850. Same with the tab, s7 plus, so I'm expecting a price adjustment. So if the price is readjusted, we may be looking at something around 630 or, let's say 600, for the 5g variant. Then you take 200 off of that. That should land you around 400, so we'll see I'm really hoping it's cheaper, because many people are not happy about that price about the price in Europe.

Next, of course, is going to be the name. The name remains: the Samsung Galaxy tab, s7 Fe, so fan edition. So that seems to be the name that they're settling with remember. We went through five iterations for just the name, but now it's confirming, of course, there's a 5g variant for it, which is actually pretty neat for this lineup Samsung itself also does confirm with this picture here, that we will indeed have five different colors for this tablet, which is actually pretty nice, although so far the two that showed up on the website are just the mystic black and the mystic silver. But these five colors are what we should be expecting, and here is something that is very, very exciting, Samsung, DEX support and also the keyboard and by the way before I forget, if this is your first time visiting the channel, welcome, of course, if you do like the content so far, I truly appreciate that.

I truly appreciate that all right so like I said this is pretty exciting news right, so you have Samsung DEX, supported by the Galaxy Tab, s7 Fe, along with a keyboard that seems to be an official Samsung keyboard for it, and it is exactly like I said in the previous video: it wouldn't make sense for the Galaxy Tab, s6 lite, to have Samsung deck support and for the tab, s7 Fe not to have Samsung deck support. I'm excited about the keyboard, although I don't know how they're going to price that now here is kind of a disappointment.

Let's just call it that, according to the leaks, we were supposed to get kind of a two-tier set up when it comes down to storage. So four gigs of ram and six gigs of ram with base storage of 128 now based off of what we saw on the website on the German website. It's four gigs of ram for the 5g variant and the base storage is 64 gigs, so pretty much like it is. It was the case with the Galaxy Tab, s6 light now granite, that is in Germany. We still have to wait to see if it changes when it hits like India, or you know the US or Africa or whatever, but so far that's what we saw, I'm really hoping for the US market.

It's different, that they add another variant with six gigs of ram, but that's kind of what we are seeing so far. Granted you can expand that storage up to one terabyte like it is the case with a tab at six light, but still disappointing. I was really hoping for 128 gigs based. If you are familiar with Samsung, then you know that they sometimes have slightly different setups depending on the zone. You know, or the area or the region of the world where they operate.

So we wouldn't see what they do with the models that come to the US, the display has been confirmed to be a TFT display and not an AMOLED display. I know some people were hoping for an AMOLED, no AMOLED display here, and we're looking at 60 hertz refresh rate here and also, I believe the res is 2560 by 1600. So not so bad again. There's TFT and TFT displays right, so I'm hoping I'm assuming that this one is going to be really top-notch, but we'll wait and see, and the size of that display is going to be 12.4 inches, and I cannot emphasize this enough. It is exactly the size, and this is large.

This is a very large tablet. Do not I mean I have large hands and people tend to think that this thing is not. This is a gigantic tablet, so for people who don't like huge tablets, you might as well just grab like a tab. Seven or you know a s6 or something because this is going to be really wide and the battery that's going to be included. Just like I mentioned in one of my previous videos is going to match that of the Galaxy Tab, s7 plus, which is this tablet here, which is the same size as the s7 Fe, so 10 090 Williams.

So it should last a little while it's going to be fast charge capable, and it should be able to take up to 45 watt charging without any issues, but that's not supposed to be included in the box. As far as camera specs go, we are looking at 8 megapixels for the rear and 5 megapixels for the front. It's going to have a dual speaker setup on it. Just like it is the case with the current Galaxy Tab, s6 light and those speakers are going to be tuned by AKG, Dolby Atmos, of course. So you are looking at the pretty nice experience when you know for entertainment, watching movie when watching movies or watching.

I don't know videos on YouTube and also a few things that we need to add here in terms of physical features, the USB type-c that will be coming loaded on the timer 7 fee here is going to be the 3.2 gen 1, and that is good news, because if you remember the video that I made, I actually tested out the Galaxy Tab 6 like to see if, if I could extend that display to another monitor, not able to do that there, because that one does not push out video signal. So this one, the tab, seven should be able to push out a video signal, and you will be able to really take full advantage of. You know Samsung deck's capabilities in terms of ex extending. I can talk today extending your display and be able to multitask, so it's really going to take your multitasking experience to the next level. So that's always a plus it's boasting an outscore processor and, like I've been singing since day, one is going to be loaded with a mid-range chipset, and that is a Qualcomm snapdragon, 750 g.

So as far as performance goes, we are expecting mid-range level type of performance, nothing surprising there. Really. It's also going to be running android 11 with one UI 3.1 on there again, of course, that enables Samsung DEX support. So this is pretty much everything you need to know about this tablet at least everything that Samsung the company itself gave us. So these are not leaks.

This is Samsung telling us what this tablet is loaded with. So you have a great idea of what is coming up so that you can kind of prepare yourself. You know if you still want to buy this or if you want to switch over and buy something else, and this all leads us to my take when it comes to the Galaxy Tab. S7 Fe now based off of some of the disappointments that we're seeing so far like the ram size and the base internal storage and also the price you might get a better deal. You know you might be better off going with like a tab s7.

I can't confirm that just yet until you know we have the prices here in the US, but I have to say I'm you know I'm still excited about this. I'm still super excited about this, because I love tech. You know I'm pretty sure about the tone of my voice or just by watching my videos for those who have been watching my video. You can tell I get excited about this stuff. All the time, so I'd say, wait and see.

Don't make a decision just yet wait and see when it comes out once we have the full breakdown of everything that is included and also the price then make the decision.
