What Could Have Been... | TCL 10 SE Unboxing and First Impressions By Unbox PH

Hey guys Rita jams here welcome back to the channel where we take awesome out of the box in this one we're going to be talking about the TCL 10sc and why I think it could have been a great budget offering, but first unboxing Moravia, let's go, and here she is guys you can see the phone's key specs on the side of the phone, but anyway fast-forward, dial, you have the phone itself, and you color variant and NASA attend Paris. Video is called polar knight. Aside from that, you have all the standard contents, of course, make us Amazon case the quick guide and other documents. My screen protector, then in-ear earphones, platinum, cables, an USB c, cable and, of course, the 15 watt charging brick okay. So now, let's talk about price and if you go to their store on Lazada well, as of recording this video, at least this is priced at 7495 pesos, but it also says that you can get a 500 peso voucher, not sure if that's still available, but if it is, that means you can get this phone for and 6490 now, like. I said in the intro: this could have been a great option.

If you budget, nothing is ten thousand pesos or fewer now, why do I say could have been because it actually checks a lot of boxes. For instance, if you look at the phone's design, I think this is one of the better looking devices at this price point. Yes, plastic king Barney, acting frame better expected than again less than 10 000 pesos. I also like the fact that it has a matte finish on the back. So while you will still see some fingerprints, it's significantly less if you're going to be using this without a case, I also like the rainbow effect that it has finish in your face, subtle launcher, and it's just a nice little way to spice up the overall look of the phone, which is pretty much similar to the rest of the TCL 10 series.

Now. My horizontal camera array, of course need an Adam, ignore your fingerprint scanner, which is a bit old school, better, getting out of the sidebar budget offerings, and your important detail is that it's accurate plus it unlocks the phone relatively quickly. While I say ergonomics domain, it's not as curvy as I want it to be so major morale, but it's not bad enough for me to merit some minus points. As for the buttons they're, not wobbly, they're, nice and tactile, the layout is pretty much your usual, my headphone jacks, to ask- and I'm glad you still see this among budget phones, and you even have a dedicated Google Assistant button on the left side. Sadly, Hindi nylon customizable, that would have been a great touch, but then again you don't see dedicated Google Assistant buttons on most budget friendly phones.

So it's there if you need it now. Anyway, let's move on to the screen, which is a specialty for TCL, so the 10se has a 6.52-inch, HD plus v-notch lcd and since TC el photo. Of course, you have their next vision technology to enhance visuals. If you haven't seen this already imagine boosting them pointing saturation and your sharpness, so it does make a difference. Basically, TCL use their know-how from primarily being known as a TV brand to make their smartphones arguably better.

But of course, if you're not a fan of the enhancements, you can always turn it off in the display settings. So since dimensionally, not the new notch, packs cameras, the front camera is at 13 megapixels at an aperture of f 2.2 and fixed tune, focus just so. Keep that in mind, along when you're, taking selfies and then for the cameras on the back. You have a total of three, so you have a 48 megapixel main camera at an aperture of f 1.8, you have a 2 megapixel depth sensor and kitten five megapixel long shot. I really appreciate the fact that TCL put an ultra-wide shooter on 10 SE.

For me, that's a win so just plan samples, but it's the usual things that you expect from a budget device. It performs the best when you have a lot of light: okay, young details, just a main camera and okay in dynamic range. Now, understandably, you will see that the images are a little softer so ultra-wide since again, five megapixels long shot, not too bad, but in a month again the more light you have, the better okay. So, let's move on to the real reason why I think this could have been a solid option and that's because of the internals- and I really think that's what holds back the TCL 10 SE, and it's because metro day today and processor nag am permit, which is the MediaTek hello p22, which is paired with four gigabytes of ram and 128 gigabytes of storage, running off a 4 000 William hour battery that supports 15 watt charging. Now to be fair to the p22.

It can still run the basic apps, Facebook, Instagram, tick, took and YouTube quite well, and I was able to play some wild drift using this device better than graphics now and if you want to enable 60f you're only averaging about 48 frames per second, according to the in-game counter. Now. The biggest thing here is the fact that the 10se is going up against some really heavy hitters, there are phones from techno, infinite, realm, Poco and Xiaomi, some of which have 5g ready, smartphones below 10, 000 pesos and, ultimately, that's why. I think the TCL 10 SE could have been a perfect option if it had a more up-to-date processor, because again it takes a lot of boxes for a phone in this price range decent screen with an added oomph because of the display powers of TCL. It looks good and, depending on your preference, you might even think that it looks better than other offerings out there.

You have the ultra-wide angle camera. So it's not just the macro and depth sensor that we often see, so brands can say that triple cameras and, of course you have the other features that really round out this phone.
