Welcome to Apex everyone, I your host Well and today, as always, we've done knife news and starting in the blog in print world. We have knife and former with the hope, x1 micro flip review, it's a smaller, yet still chunky, hope Knight that well you just have to go see what a conformer has to say and from the truth about guns, we've got how to qualify for EDC wizardry status, carrying a few of these uncommon, EDC items and I put that one in pair guys, because you just got to go. Look at the list. It's yeah just go, go! Look at the list. It's well worth a few minutes to do that, and then in video this week we have right here on as our YouTube channel. We have so what's inside videos for the three currents of Evil knives to practice the nausea and the backlash, and then we have new acquisitions.
That would be watery things that I acquired. That's not right. It was acquisitions for 2018 in August. And what did you guys want to see? First, pretty much everybody said they wanted to see the stitch first, I'm gonna. Try to make that happen, and hopefully it will, and it's jazz 23.
He brings us a little knife therapy with the flag in, Buster, and I'm, not gonna, say anything else more about it. You just started to watch the video because, oh my god is yeah get over there soon, as you're done here. Data's show notes watch that video first even before you watch mine and then and then watch mine. Then you watch everybody else's, except for the highlighted content which we didn't talk about, but that is simple little life, and he is grabbing a knife right out of liquid nitrogen. If you guys don't know liquid nitrogen is about negative 320 or so degrees.
It makes things really brittle, and he's going to show you what happens whenever you draw a nice steel directly on concrete and another block of steel at that temperature well, sort of at that temperature. Maybe we'll talk about that time later, but I'm not gonna, tell you what happens. You'll have to go, watch and find out and back to our knife therapy with spaz at 23. He also has the Seville, nausea, steel testing and first impressions. Whenever the nausea Canada came in I sent one down to Nick because I didn't have, you know like a whole case of um or something I only have like four totals of the knives, and I'd like to send some out to the guys in the past round groups which brings up a point.
If you are a knife reviewer, and you are not in our pass around group, you need to email me. It's way down there at the very bottom of the description of every video and if we think the two will fit with what we're doing we'll get you in the past around birth anyhow, he took that Nadja and people had been comparing it to vg-10 the 9 CR 18 move, that's in knife, and he put it up against spider, combine t10, and you got to go. Watch the video to see how it came out, but yeah just you know and slice dicey. He brings us a zero tolerance, zero 393, SW. Well, one of the seems like 2 million sprint runs for the 0 393 I have an original one over here that I haven't reviewed because they have sprint run to heck out of this knife.
You can get it in this 35, V, n I. Don't know it seems like Oh. Most of the sprint round journey is 35 and that's weird to me, but you know whatever, because my base models in 20, CV and I can pull liners out it and make them any anodized. Color I want so yeah anyhow, and he also has a slice. Ii will tell you about the 0 393 as a knife, not just the sprint run, and he also has the three rows manufacturing neutron and that one is gonna, be really cool for blocks and lots of you.
It's a soup cool, a knife from three or was manufacturing love them. Knife brings us the Fer rum, Forge Forts 2.0 says now: there's two I thought there were more than that. Anyhow, oh, let your bass! He strolls in yeah, I, nicked Scrolls. He doesn't just walk. Furthermore, he strolls yeah with the tantra he's all obtained room, almost all pain during this week, Donna.
What's up with that, a little weird for Nick, but okay, he's got the Santa Fe from Tantra and the Amarillo from Tantra, and he also has the T, REM or Three Rivers manufacturing, Neutron and I did not watch the video, because I didn't want to spoil it here, but I assume the Nick gave that probably the second-highest marks ever right behind, probably the SKA ha, or he is weird, so the Norseman, maybe, but I'm, assuming that he loves the neutron I'll go watch it after I get done, recording and editing this and EDC year. Review brings us kind of first look at the Medford production Praetorian. The overarching thing here with this production for touring that we dropped into the past round verbs from Blade HQ is very interesting to me. One. You guys saw my review or if you didn't, you should go back and watch it, and I was pleasantly surprised.
I did not expect the Praetorian to be as good a knife as what it was. I expected it to be a good hatchet. Furthermore, I expected it to be a good hammer. Furthermore, I expected it to do all these things very good except being a knife, and it did do all those things well, but it also cut really well. It was you know, & Star I found the same thing: it's a testament to very Medford and Bedford knife and tool and how they successfully pull off.
This kind of short grinds hollow on that particular model, and it's a well just go see what EDC gear reviews has got to tell you about it and blade. Banter brings us the bullet. He says it's got an awesome, pop-up I think we actually talked about that one last week, but a blade manner deserves it again, because I bet I know what happened. I bet was I was editing. I left that one in there, but he's getting double bringing up on the apex for that one.
So he's getting plugged twice what a deal because I'm not going to edit. This out. Sorry, if you heard it last week, Eugene Juan brings us dashboard review number 93 knife company, practice I, still think we missed what was it 87 or 88, not sure, but yeah using snuck one in there honest and verge shot for a review of mini strops for EDC. Those are pretty cool, you'll have to go see what the birds got to say about it and then from shortcut reviews we have the tank room Orion. We should get painting room everywhere this week.
You know how that works. It's kind of a thing, knives, new or old, can still seem to hit a bunch of reviewers at once that just baffles me. I. Don't know why that happens. But well you know it does an epic snuggle.
Bunny brings us the React. Valhalla! That's an interesting knife from Rio. Take a road I! Don't know how I feel about that one. But you know the snuggle bunny will tell you how he feels go check it out and peed over Cedric Nate outdoors has got some of the DCI he's doing a little salt water resistance testing. That's why I suggest you go watch because whether it turns out good or bad, you need to know because you got skeleton grinder Hogged, and we know that dudes a professional salesman.
You know you are Jim, don't write argue with me, and we need to know if it works, because I think we can press Jim. But if Pete says it works too well, you'll see there you go and seven ready brings us a giant mouse based billion we've looked at that one here, pretty cool knife I was a bit disappointed about how they came in the box was pretty rough, but overall, it's a very good hand, filling small knife, and it's an it's one. I kinda like not as much as I could, but still a pretty good knife in that size and cutlery. Lover makes it up this week with The Heretic, Manticore X and that's from heretic knives and that's one of their new OF, and he says it's a seriously awesome new OF. If you'll see what the cutlery lover has to say about that and Kevin Clara comes at us with the SK blades, but 8:30 marksmen and that's another March than this one is a g10, and it's hull of round, and if you are at all interested in the marks in the series, it's probably wanted to watch this video, and it's probably one.
You want to check that out, because you know that is just having the GUN and all dried if pulled it off right. That would be awesome for the marksman series and from blade centered. We have the Curtis knives NATO disassembly in review, neat little knife and, however, a JD's knife life, we've got dying the scales of the way. You rectifier. He ended up one of those kind of tan scales that I am not a big fan of either.
I know that many of you love that color, but I, don't and JT absolutely reported, so he whipped out the red dye and goes through dyeing I'm with you pretty cool and then closing things out this week. We do have this up a little white video about dropping a knife right out all into cement. Hey guys, that's it! If you are a knife channel out there, and you are looking to get a little extra exposure, it's not a huge amount, but we can give you a little extra photo right here on apex. If you let us know that you are out there. If you don't tell me you're out there, then you're, not in my weekly going through and looking if you are a viewer, and you have seen channels that I'm never talking about it's, probably because I don't know about them.
That cooked me up the apex tips or tips at the AP. It's over on the apex news website. On the right hand, side there is an email account, you can click I'll bring a little pop-up thing up, and you can send something to me: I think I even have a forum somewhere over there if I, don't I'm, sorry, but I think I set one up and let me know about these channels. If you are a review channel- and you are not part of our pass around- let me know email address, for that is in the bottom of the description on every video and give me your email address. I will obviously be give me your email address, but also give me your URLs, your Instagram information.
Now what guess, where your Instagram handle, what your Instagram handle is and the such like, and I'll get that information to the guys that actually make those decisions, because I don't get to make all those decisions anymore. We've got Dave and Nick are also part of the pass around organization. So it's not all me anymore, it's kind of a group effort, and we will get you in there and get you acquainted with the guys and get you set up. You guys have a wonderful day, don't forget to Like share and subscribe click on that little bell: the Bell wherever the Bell is somewhere up there and you guys have a great day. I'll see you next time.
