Samsung Galaxy Watch 4/Galaxy watch active 3/Android Wear from Samsung - Rumors/Reports & Wish List By AppX

All right now, we do not really know whether the next galaxy smartwatch is going to be the successor of galaxy watch, 3 or galaxy watch active 2. In other words, we don't really know at this moment whether the next galaxy watch is galaxy, watch, 4 or galaxy watch active 3, but still there have been a lot of exciting rumors and leaks already making rounds on the internet, which is keeping us on our toes now. First, let's talk about what is expected to come and later, let's discuss what we really want. Alright, the latest rumor is about Samsung ditching, the ti zen OS and offering an all-new Wear OS based smartwatch.

The leaks also say that Samsung could completely ditch ti zen OS, or they will launch a Wear OS watch along with a ti zen based watch. Now this leak is really, really surprising, and I was never ever even dreamt about Samsung ditching, the ti zen based watch. I do not know to what extent this rumor is true. I am not for it, but if there is a werewolf smartwatch from Samsung running on snapdragon 4100, I would love to give it a try, but I do not really want to see ti zen vanish, because that is a really polished, wear operating system compared to the android Wear OS. Furthermore, I'm sure Samsung has spent tons of money developing this operating system for variables, and they won't get rid of it so quickly.

Anyways. The time will tell now coming to a couple of other rumors. We have seen one of the Korean news agencies reporting that Samsung is coming up with an optical sensor which can measure the blood glucose level. If these rumors are believed to be true, this will be so helpful for those with diabetes. One can instantly measure the glucose level on your wristwatch without having to draw the blood using a traditional method, not sure if there is any catch to this, like in the case of blood pressure, monitor, we have to use the physical device at least once a month.

Having said this, we are yet to receive official ECG and BP features in most regions around the globe. FDA is yet to approve the blood pressure, monitor feature in the US, so I don't think blood glucose measuring tech will land in most regions anytime soon after the launch of this feature, so this will just be a feature exclusive to Samsung's home market and subsequently to the other markets, and god knows when the Korean news agency also states that this time there will be three watch models again. I do not know whether they are talking about three different watches altogether or three different variants of the same watch. This is what we know so far about these upcoming watches, which is expected to be launched in Samsung's upcoming event during August 2021. There is no official confirmation on the launch date as of now.

Let's talk about what we really need on this upcoming smartwatch, we really don't want them to kill ti zen OS. So let's hope they don't do that. I wish they offered both the variants, one with the android Wear OS and the other one with ti zen OS. That is going to be fascinating. Next, if there is a Wear OS watch from Samsung, I hope they enable the watch face developers to make all the watch faces compatible on various as well.

I don't know whether that is a possibility, but I really hope they do Tyson offers more than 80 000 watch faces and that's a big market out there, so if they make it compatible with Wear OS, watch and launch it, nothing like it all right, then the battery we have had just 340 images on both watch active 2 and watch 3, which lasts about 1 and a half days to 2 days, whereas on the galaxy watch we had 472 my battery, which lasts for more than 3 days. If I'm not wrong, I wish Samsung offers a bigger battery, keeping the slim form factor intact or upgrade the chipset to make the battery more efficient and last longer. Okay. Now, if they are coming up with Wear OS device, then we obviously want to see a snapdragon where 4100 chipsets, which seems to be the best chipset on a various smartwatch as on today. Coming to the memory, I believe 8gb memory would be good enough.

However, there should be bigger ram at least 2gb, which would be great to make it future-proof to handle the updates. These watches people don't upgrade more often so hope they offer a bigger ramp. Apart from these specs, I really wish Samson cleans up some bugs on ti zen OS, for example, fall detection is not really functioning on my watch. Sometimes the OS freezes exercise, auto-detect feature is too slow to detect. These are some issues I'm facing on my active 2, not on watch 3.
