The iPhone, 12 and OnePlus 8t are finally here. Both with improved charging apple have increased it from 18 watts to 20 watts. OnePlus have jumped up from 30 to 65, but Xiaomi is still the king with 120. Here is the brand spanking new apple 20 watts charger that we do have a smaller battery at 2815 compared to the 4500 on the 80, with a bigger block as well 65 watts, the Xiaomi has the same size battery as the OnePlus with a ginormous 120 watt block in the box. This is technique and without further ado, let's go okay, let's start off by testing out the temperatures, while the phones are actually off and not plugged in, at the current moment, they're all sitting around room temperature of about 21 degrees in Celsius, we'll test this out throughout the test. Time interval top right corner above each device.
We have the battery percentage in relation to the time interval, not in real time and above that, the branding, of course, and next to that, the degrees in Celsius. We do have optimized charging off on the iPhone and off on the OnePlus. There is no option for it on the Xiaomi anyway, after just 10 minutes 21 on the iPhone 32 on the OnePlus and 43 on the Xiaomi, me 10 ultra remember the OnePlus and the Xiaomi do both have dual cell batteries, two batteries split into both 20 to 50 William cells. After 16 minutes we got 32 on the iPhone 52, passing that 50 mark in just 15 16 minutes for the one plus very impressive, then 70 percent the mi 10 ultra. We already saw this one coming since it has extremely fast charging, and we have the iPhone jumping up by 14 degrees in Celsius, the one plus jumping up by 18.8 and the Xiaomi jumping up by 26 degrees in Celsius. Is it going to degrade your battery over time? It might just let's see what happens at the end of the test in relation to that after 25 minutes 50 on the iPhone, that's actually pretty impressive, but it does have a smaller battery than its predecessor 79, only one plus eighteen.
Ninety-three percent on the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra and now the mi 10 ultras degrees and Celsius, has dipped a bit and the iPhone has escalated over there. After 30 minutes, we have 58 on the iPhone and after 31 minutes, we hit 100 on the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra the quickest I've gotten is 29 minutes, and it is actually advertised at 23 minutes. So it's not necessarily the best, and it's peaking out here at 37 degrees Celsius at the end of the test. So it did cool down quite a lot by the time it clocked off with it over there 66 after 35 minutes for the iPhone 98, almost clocking out the OnePlus 8t and after just 37 minutes six minutes after the Xiaomi with pretty much half the charging wattage and the same size battery the OnePlus 8t did an absolutely incredible job here, actually advertised at 39 minutes. When I did the unboxing, it took 50 minutes just shy of an hour over there.
Much better conditions. This time around it did a great job. Optimized battery charging is still off always have to keep checking that on the iPhone 66 after 35 minutes reaching the 45-minute mark. We have 78 percent over there and talking about the OnePlus and the Xiaomi over here, the Xiaomi actually did 145 William hours per minute throughout the test, from zero to 100 and the OnePlus 122, with the OnePlus, of course, being hotter first 50 on the Xiaomi 205 William hours, as opposed to 150 for the one plus first 50 88 on the iPhone 12 over here after one hour, which is not terrible. I guess you could unplug it at this point and still enjoy your phone for a good solid day, but it does have a smaller battery than its predecessor.
So you might not reach that point with 88 you'll probably get around five hours of screen on time, which still isn't terribly bad.95 percent for the iPhone 12 after an hour and 15 minutes pretty good. Considering the iPhone 11 Pro max's 18 watt charger did it in about two hours, two hours 30 minutes to fully charge. It's going a lot quicker here with 99 after an hour and 30 minutes, but this is almost half the size of that battery. Well, three quarters: I guess you could say 99 here, and we are about to head over to the 100 mark after one hour and 37 minutes an hour slower than the OnePlus, which has pretty much double the size battery but triple the size. Wattage block the iPhone 12 did 50 in 56 Williams per minute, total William hours per minute, 29 per minute throughout zero to 100, first 80 47 William hours per minute and the last 20 to 12 William hours per minute.
That is ridiculously slow. Of course the Xiaomi was definitely the best in this case third place the iPhone 12 with one hour and 37 minutes. Here we do have the wonderful new 20 watt charging only a 2 watt upgrade from its predecessor, not terrible. I guess you could say one plus eight t an hour quicker than the iPhone 12 with 37 minutes here triple the size, wattage block, much, much bigger battery size, slam, size battery first place, the Xiaomi mi 10 ultra bites twice the charging as the OnePlus 8t 31 minutes like it's much of a richness, but the OnePlus does indeed get hotter and just to let you guys know the iPhone 11 Pro max has about a thousand 200 William hours of a bigger battery cell than the iPhone 12, and it's two wattage slower when it comes to charging at 18 watts. Overall, it did it at about two hours.30 minutes I usually get a time of about just over two hours, but it did a reading of 27 William hours per minute and a much smaller battery with faster charging for the iPhone 12 that 29 so not much of a difference over there and the iPhone 11 Pro max got an average of 62 William hours per minute in the first 50, as opposed to 56 for the iPhone 12, which is indeed slower, just some food for thought over there.
