Samsung Galaxy Tab A: Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro Case Review... By Average Tech Guy

What's up guys, averagetechguy here, and today we are back with another video. As you can see, I have the Samsung Galaxy tab, a sitting right here beside me and, as you can tell there is no case on here now. You know, I'm all about my cases protecting my devices. You spend a lot of money for these devices. Furthermore, you need the best in protection, so this is what I got for you subcase unicorn beetle pro now. This is for the all new Samsung Galaxy tab: hey we're going to get this open, we're going to check it out, and we're going to see how we like it stay tuned.

So I actually have two brand-new cases here by subcase, both in the lineup of unicorn beetle. Pro this one is blue. This one is black. I like the blue one, so I'm going to open both of them, but I'm only going to try one on since they're, actually from the same case lineup. So when you first get if it's nice and sealed in here.

Take that plastic off. Now I want you to know. There is a qr code right here that you can scan. You can go and find out how to install it, or you can come here, I'm going to show you how to do that as well. This is what it looks like when it first comes out.

Get your little card telling you how to install it. Put that to the side. For now this is the other one, the actual black one, I'm going to open this one. Let's see same thing, you get your qr code, and you get your installation guide sitting all that to the side, and this is what you actually get in the black now both of these have plastic that comes on front of them nice hard backing over here. Like I said, these are the exact same case, guys I'm not going to try both of them all we're just gonna.

Do the blue one for right now, but we do have the black one over here, so you saw what the black one looks like now. We're going to take this peel that off. Ah, let's see where we want to start always down here in this corner. This is going to be the best place to start guys, there's a little nick right here. You just insert your finger and boom pull that out just like, so, so next we're going to talk about this, because there is a layer of plastic.

That's in here there is a plastic film behind here. You know I'll just peel that off like so and then voil? there, you have it so plastic coating on the outside plastic film. As always, you are going to snap this on the front of your tablet now snaps on with these, just like that all four corners making sure that they're in there nice and neat once you have it in that pick up this now before we put it in. Let's talk about this, because this is a honeycomb shell. Now I want you to pay attention to that, because these little honeycomb grooves they're, going to hold air behind your tablet, drop your tablet, they're cushioned by the little pockets of air that are in there.

This is a hard CPU with rubberized edges and a hard backing. So you got that hard plastic front here with a cover, and then you're going to just drop that bottom part in bottom. Half goes in top half goes in, and you're just going to seal it all the way around making sure that there are no gaps in between. So when you get it, it is not that heavy. It's a durable case.

It's gonna, protect you against falls cracks breaks. All things of that nature. Remember. There is a plastic layer in between here on the front of the screen. The actual lip of this is raised, so you got that nice edge around.

There goes all the way around raised up, so your screen never touches the flat surface that it's laying on buttons over here nice and tactile. Everything feels good sounds good, nice and click up top headphone jack. There we go mic is available right there down bottom. Our speakers are wide open and this is where our charging port will go right here. USB type c fits right up in their grooves on the side, going to help you hold on to it nice and drippy um, I'm looking for there.

We go right there looking for my subcase logo, they always put it on the outside. So we found that then, on the back, you got a hard kickstand. Now this kickstand is extremely durable. There. You go you're only going to get this one angle with this, though you can't flip it over.

It will stand up like that, but that's the main way it's supposed to go. That's how we're going to ride with it lock that back in make sure it snaps. Let's see you want to hear that snap when you put that on, and you actually have these little grips on the bottom as well, so it's laying on its back. It's not going to be doing a lot of sliding camera cut out, matches up really well and camera back here. It sits down in that deep, deep groove, so you're not going to have to worry about any scuffs any scrapes any marks.

As this is a beast of a case, you got these hard rubber edges. You got the heart backing. It's a shell. These unicorn beetle cases have been drop tested. They are dust, proof, they're, shock, proof, they're, you get 360 degree protection, you get a screen on the front.
