And welcome back to another speed test, G video. Now before a Samsung announced the Galaxy S 20. They also announced the galaxy s 10 light, so the s10 light is a 20 20 s range phone from Samsung, and today we're going to be comparing against the galaxy s, 20 ultra no expecting the s 20 altered to win. But the question is by how much have you ready? Let's find out? Okay, we have the galaxy s 20 ultra on the left-hand side. That's the snapdragon 865, it's running in 1440p. On the right hand, side we have the galaxy s, 10 light with the clerking 855 and that's running in 1080p and, as I said that it's looking pretty neck-and-neck at the moment, a slight lead now being developed by the galaxy s 20 ultra as it went into the Jason test.
It's now into the compression test, while the galaxy s 10 light is still there it's now into the compression test, but it's not that far behind this could be an interesting race as we take both of these Samsung devices same manufacturer same year of release all the way down to the line which one is it going to win the course. The big difference is snapdragon 865 versus snapdragon 855 and, on the left hand, side less significant, lead now being built up by the s20 ultra as it's the first into the blur test, which is the beginning of the mix. CPU GPU part of his test and as I said, that the galaxy s 10 light is now into the blur test. While the galaxy s 20 ultra, has made its way into the infinite scrolling list. In a minute, we're going to see the smoke smoke smoke particle test, we're going to see what the frame rate is there on the left-hand side, 28 frames a second for the smoke particle test on the left as it when introduced says on the right-hand side.
The smoke particle test is now running. What's the frame rate gonna? Be as the s20 object flying it sways, seamlessly, 19 frames seconds are quite a difference there between the two seamlessly. It's flying its way through this unity test, flyovers can get you into that valley, basically go into the Unreal test. Of course, we test unity and unreal with two main popular platforms for building 3d games, and this seems to be cutting its way like a butter through hot knife. Through this unreal test gains in forest, it's going to be there we go 1 minute, 30 1.5, as the S 10 light is now going itself into the Unreal test. It's going to make the same fly over through exactly the same graphics.
What's the difference? Going to be here, of course, it's running at 1080p compared to 1440p when it gets at the end, we'll see the final time. What's the difference, going to be, let's find out sure it's coming to here. Now there we go one minute: 51.9, okay, let's break down those schools and see exactly what happened, and so the Galaxy S 20 octal one as we would have expected. So one minute. Thirty-one point: five versus one minute.
Fifty-one point: nine so kind of 22nd is gap there between the two devices. So what happened in the CPU? Thirty-eight point: four versus forty-six point one. So a big win there for the galaxy has twenty ultra in the CPU Department. Twenty-three point: three versus twenty-six point: eight: when we get to the mix CPU GPU, to get another win there by the galaxy s, twenty ultra and then finally, in those GPU test row, twenty-nine point: six versus thirty-nine point: zero. So a big difference there between the two, even though the galaxy s 20 ultra was running in 1440p.
So overall that means one minute. Thirty-one point: five, so a clear win by the snapdragon 865 in the galaxy s, twenty ultra, my name is Gary sims. This is speed test gee. I really hope you enjoyed this video. If you did, please do give it a thumbs up.
Also, we, like these types of videos, will not stick around by subscribing to the channel. Ok, that's it I'll see you the next one.
