Samsung Galaxy Book Odyssey - Good enough for Gaming? (2021 Release) By ALLSTARSPACE

Hey, just guess, do me a favor and just guess: how long do you think Samsung has covered the galaxy book odyssey at the recent unpacked event, considering it is a 50 minute, long presentation, yeah one minute, ouch, it is advertised as a gaming laptop and I would say it's not really a niche per se right, but I think it's way more than just a gaming laptop, and let me explain when I think of one: I have this image in my mind, these big brakes with these RGB lights coming out left right and center, and these big bezels around- and we know this is a design for many reasons. However, by looking at all the information we receive from Samsung, this could actually change right now. So here is what I have done. I've taken all the measurements I received from Samsung for the galaxy book odyssey compared them to the MacBook Pro the 16-inch version, including weight and everything else, because in my mind I believe, aesthetics and design and weight play a big role. What you see here is the 16-inch MacBook Pro the current version and the upcoming galaxy book odyssey will be smaller than this. It will be smaller than what you see it will not be as wide.

It will not be as deep. So that's already smaller, it will be a tiny bit thicker by 1.5 millimeter, but it's overall smaller than this version of the 16-inch MacBook Pro, but it is also slightly lighter. Yes, that is correct and sorry, so I can just one thing can I can. Can I be really? Can I be honest to you yeah, it's okay! Thank you. I like it for the simple reason.

This could be a good combination, a good combination for a gaming, slash working laptop. As you guys know, it will be released with the RTX 3050 ti GPU and there are no secrets here anymore. We all know this. What may be appealing to many of you guys is that you do have an expandable storage and memory available, so you can configure it as you wish and going back to the design. Briefly, all of this design can only be achieved or one part of this achievement is the new pro keyboard and to me this is some kind of double-edged sword here.

But let me explain: you do have this all new redesigned keyboard across all the galaxy book lineup, whether that is pro 360 odysseys. It's all the same, however, because of the reduced key travel, this could really influence your well, I wouldn't say gaming performance per se, but the way you handle it. If that makes any sense and look, it is the same as when you do office work right. You still have the reduced key travel, but again here's a flip side to that, because it doesn't matter which line you're going to go for. You still have the same keyboard, which means you also have your fingerprint reader on the power button.

Furthermore, you also have this backlit keyboard with three different lighting stages, so that is all standard across all the books, including the galaxy book or the sale. It sounded almost Russian here or they say. Oh, they say: well, you know what I mean anyway, although our press material shows a navy blue color, which I really like across the entire lineup, it will be available. Apparently it will be available in mystic black, but then we do know what Samsung does sometimes across the world. You open up your Samsung dot whatever and then suddenly you have a new version of a laptop available, so I wouldn't just count on the mystic black.

I want to see that navy, blue or mystic blue, so the battery is not the most powerful one we have seen there are better ones or bigger ones, with a higher capacity and different laptops out there. But what is really uncommon and unknown is the battery charger, because that has a whopping 135 watt, USB type-c charger available in that there is a speedy recovery. That's a given for you guys, there's nothing spectacular going on for the display. It is a TFT LCD, full HD, 1920x10 resolution, and you know what it is, what it is. We have to see what it looks like, but going back to my earlier statement of this being a good compromise for gaming and working, we do have that webcam included is 720p, webcam is included, and that may not sound that much, but we do have something included that is called studio mode which really helps you.

It's a software feature that something included that really helps you to look your best after a heavy night of gaming and all the other new software features will be included, as you can find, on a 360 and or on a pro. It's basically quick share, intelligent noise, cancelling studio plus, and you name it, but not forget to mention the Dolby Atmos, which is highly customizable in itself for each mode and there's also that gaming mode available. All of this, I am intrigued, especially with this new sleek and slim design, for the upcoming galaxy book ODC 2021. I know I know I haven't touched on the tiger lake h chipset, yet the 11th generation intel I haven't touched on it, but Samsung claims to have redesigned the entire cooling system. So it is all speculation for now until it's no tie once tried and tested full time.
