Today we're reviewing the Samsung Galaxy a80, a mid-range phone- that's probably upper range came out 2019-year-old. This is a year review. I wanted to put it back in the box I'll, get that mint condition and not be conditioned with the original experience. You got. The phone 6.7 inch, seven inch super AMOLED display glass back and if you already know this phone has a flipping camera because it has that edge display. Put that on the side, then right here we got the 25 watt fast charger.
We got this right here, the cable for the type c charger spring right. Here we got the Samsung earbuds they're, not AKG, but they're still perfect, I would say, probably upper tier for the wireless earbuds or wired earbuds. I mean perfect bottom side of the box off the side. You get this. It comes with a case, the books I had to order this from.
I really don't know where I got all families. I want to shift it from my career or something you got the case. It's a hard plastic case, pretty good. I use it. So, let's take a deeper look into the phone exterior on the right side.
You have the power button on the bottom. You have the single firing bottom speaker with the mic type c: charging port the sim card tray, which is a double sim and no expandable storage. Furthermore, you have the uh volume rockers, you got another mic up top on the back. Furthermore, you got the gap glass with a three camera setup in the center there's a 64 megapixel camera and on the far right and there's an ultra-wide and the far left. That's a depth sensor.
It's mainly just for taking really nice portrait shots as they call it live focus and at the front you have a 6.7 inch super AMOLED display, and it has an under display fingerprint scanner. It works pretty good. I have a set to my two thumbs and then this finger, if ever just sitting on a desk, and it's a little slower than the um the flagships, but it's a mid-range. We didn't expect so opening up the camera, app you'll be able to see the camera flip up, and this is probably the coolest part of the phone. That's why I got it all.
You get all three cameras so like if you want to take a good portrait shot and guess what this is a perfect phone for you, especially if you take a lot of selfies, you have that nice 64 megapixel camera up front, and it's not, it doesn't kill the camera. If you go to hold it down like this, it should make up setting noises. They don't come out and say that if you push it down it put it pull itself back in and close the up, so yeah. Here's everything you get laid out, the earbuds what they say they call it superfast charging, there's the brick, the cable for the um type c charging case and the phone. So as you can see the chips chipset that the 80 has is a snapdragon 730, eight gigabytes of ram and a 128 gigabyte storage capacity and there's the CPU other CPU stuff that I don't know what that means.
So other people should here's some non-copyrighted music just to test out the speaker and make sure it's maxed is is all right, so that's a kind of screen test with the audio test. So you know what it sounds like and looks with a full screen display bye. So, yes, that was the screen and audio test. Personally, I think it's pretty good. Oh, she got a little louder, but what can you do? One thing I did want to mention is: there is no um 3.5 millimeter headphone jack plug-in on this phone? This is one of the few ac phones from 2019 that don't have the audio four point. Three point: four millimeter audio jack.
So I was a little sad about that because I have some. I still have some things that use a headphone jack about, like whatever everything's moving to Bluetooth. So all right. I know this may sound dumb, but when I got this phone I had a little of trouble putting on the case, because how they tell you to do it is to tell you to put it in to the corner, doesn't fit that well within the time you do that, and it is really annoying. The easiest way I found is just by slipping it in holding it here and just pushing down it's that simple.
It fits perfectly because you can tell it fits perfectly when it just hugs this camera right here. I should wrap it up for the Samsung Galaxy 80 and if you didn't, uh drop a like, and if you want to see more stuff like this, because I don't know if I'm going to do it on it just depends on if anybody even watch this but yeah, if you liked it like it, alright have a good day. Peace out.
