Hello guys thunder jam welcome back to a brand new speediest comparison, and this time it's going to be between Redmi Note 9 pro and the Redmi Note 9 Pro max. Both the devices look identical, literally identical, because I mean they are identical. The major difference or the only difference between both these devices is in camera and charging support. So the regular Redmi Note 9 for supports 18 watt of fast charging, but Redmi Note.9 Pro max supports 33 watt of charging, and I tried the 33 watt charger on the reading. Note 9 pro it did not charge it faster and the big one is in the camera sensor. Redmi Note, 9 Pro max gets a better camera sensor as compared to Redmi Note 9 pro.
This does not mean that the reading note nitro has a bad camera at such it's. Just that Redmi Note.9 Pro max performs little better when it comes to camera department. When it comes to rebooting the device. Redmi Note 9 Pro max, consistently booted up faster as compared to reading note 9 pro, even though, when it comes to the actual hardware, it's not between 720 g processor is present in both these devices, and both these devices are 6 GB ram variants. I mean I'm kinda expecting both these devices to perform similar, considering, as you can see, 6 GB ram on both these devices and Redmi.
Note 9 pro is on 11.0 point 6, whereas Redmi Note 9 pro max is on 11.0 point 2. Let's see whether or Redmi Note 9 pro and the node name pro max can perform similar, considering both of them have the exact same hardware or the red node 9 pro max has some extra optimization, which makes it run faster. Let's try with Twitter application. Okay ready, note, 9 pro max was faster. Let's try Instagram once again, 9 pro max was faster Facebook application or this time finally Redmi Note 9 pro was faster as compared to nine pro max.
Let's try YouTube music application or note 9 pro watts faster. Ok, I thought, as if Redmi Note 9 pro max, has some optimization, which makes it faster because it's priced higher that doesn't seem like the case. Flipkart's application was opened faster. Clearly on the Redmi Note, 9 Pro max this time, YouTube application a slightly faster on the 9 Pro max Play Store, faster on the nine Pro max as compared to nine Pro Chrome application, and we are going to open one particular website, and it was opened faster, I guess, on the nine pro max slightly faster as compared to Redmi Note 9 pro: it's not a huge difference. It's its a very few milliseconds here and there let's see DRM info application.
So why do mine? 11 certification is present on both these devices, but when it comes to Prime video application, both of them were very fast to open it up and when it comes to streaming quality. You will be surprised to know that Redmi Note 9 pro max and Redmi Note 9 pro both of them support full HD playback I mean that's a good thing when it comes to Netflix application, both of them were very fast to open it up and, as you can see, Redmi Note 9 pro max with the exact same hardware supports 1080p playback on the Netflix application, whereas the Redmi Note 9 pro I mean even after the having same hardware, he does not support full HD playback on Netflix yet- and I had already mentioned this in my earlier suite test- comparisons Redmi should definitely get it fixed and get 1080p playback on the Redmi Note 9 pro as soon as possible when it comes to device info hardware. Redmi Note 9 through max was slightly faster to load it when it comes to speed test application. I am expecting both of them to perform the same constraint. Both of them have the exact same chipset, and both of them are from one same manufacturer that so, let's connect to the same server and let's click go just in case.
If you do not know, I have a 50, Mbps, stable, download and upload connection. Let's see what are the speeds that we get so, as you sign the first result, Redmi Note 9 Pro max was slightly faster in the second one. Redmi Note, 9 provides faster, we'll just leave it there and finally, we are at the games. Let's start with asphalt, 9 game and, let's see which one opens it faster. I feel like both of them are going to be very fast I'm, going to bet on Redmi Note, 9 Pro, because last time before shooting the video and I tried it right.
Even node, 9 bros was slightly faster at Costco as compared to note 9, bro Max, and this time it's going to be, and this time once again it's going to be ready, note 9 pro, which will open the game faster as compared to ready note 9 pro max. Let's try subway surfers game now and when I did this test last time, both of them were almost at the same time the Redmi Note 9 pro is faster this time, just like not few seconds few milliseconds faster as compared to reading note 9 through max pop geography by game, I feel like Redmi Note.9 pro max will open it first too, considering it complete the look. What both of them opened it at the same time, that's fantastic! So when it comes to games, I feel like two of the games should open faster, but when it comes to pop Jumbo, both of them were equally fast. Let's try the multitasking test now and, let's see if all the applications are running in the background. Frankly speaking when it comes to software optimization for multitasking test, both these devices are very well optimized, and I'm.
Expecting all the applications to be running in the background and I. Guess that's what is going to happen here. DRM info application is in memory. Chrome is also in memory. Play store, is in memory.
Ok, let's go back, YouTube is in memory. Flip car application is in memory as well. YouTube music is in memory, Facebook, okay, it's been reloaded on both these applications, but the both these devices, but that's quite normal Instagram, is in memory. Twitter is also in memory on both these devices. So, as you saw, multitasking test went pretty smooth for both Redmi Note, 9 pro and 9 bro max, let's start with the an tutu benchmark now and let's see which one scores faster, and now I'll also talk about which device to go for.
If you have a budget of like fourteen fifteen thousand rupees, and you're confused between bodies devices, I feel like the major change is only in that camera department ready, note, nine Pro max, we click better images, but then, once again, Poco x2, with its Sony I, make 686 sensors, will click slightly better images in certain scenarios as compared to ready me note 9 pro max. So if you have budget of almost 17 thousand rupees, then I feel like polo. X2 will be a better choice, not just because of the camera, but also 120 Hertz refresh rate and better G cam support. Better extra, like development around the device will be better on the Poco x2 as compared to Redmi Note 9 Pro Max Plus. You will get ads on both these devices, whereas you will not get any lack of acts on the Poco x2.
That's a major plus point, but if you have a budget of only 15,000 rupees or 14,000 rupees, and you cannot go beyond that, then I feel like Redmi Note.9 pro is a great choice. Considering it comes with great battery life, very good performance, literally very good performance. The software is very well optimized in that case as well. So if you have a budget of around 14,000 rupees, then Redmi Note 9 pro will be my choice for 17 thousand rupees. I would rather go with Poco extra than going with Redmi Note, 9 Pro max I feel like Xiaomi or ready me should have launched the Redmi Note 9 pro with Redmi Note, 9 chrome axis camera sensor at the price tag of 14 or 15 thousand rupees.
Instead of launching two different phones at different price points- and that was actually very close, so we got to like 76 thousand on the Redmi Note: 9 probe errors — like 69000 137 on the Redmi Note 9 Pro max. The major difference is only in CPU Redmi, note 9, but for some reason scored about 5000 higher than compared to 9 Pro max. Let's try the Geek bench up the bench —, let's see which one performs better here and the scores are here: 566 on the radio, 9 /, on 561 on the Redmi Note, 9, Pro max and I. Guess: that's no chit for the speed test. Comparison I already talked about the major differences and which device to go for and why to go for, and that's one check if you under this video, give this you thumb up subscribe to the channel, because many more awesome videos like these are going to come real soon on the channel by the way, if you are planning to buy any of these, do watch detailed review of both devices to decide which one to go for do not judge which one to go for on the basis of this sweet taste comparison only, and I guess that's it.
Thank you for watching. Tata see you again in next video bye.
