Hey guys this is Cretan for gizmo times, and you're, watching a quick gaming overview and a gaming review of the Xiaomi's Redmi Note 10 pro max and basically the note 10 pro as well, because they are basically the same smartphones except for the camera. So with the performance they are not different at all. So we are talking about PUBG mobile, the game which most of us prefer to play, and uh I'll show you the graphic settings, some gameplay as well to let you know about the performance you can see over the top. You have towards the top left the fps monitor, so that you get to know how good are the frame rates here, whether the performance is good or not, and whether there are frame drops. So if you are someone who is looking for a decent smartphone under 20 000 performing uh well in the gaming, you can check out this full video to see if this phone is worth it so uh under the graphic settings to begin with. If you look at it, you have smooth and ultra that's 40 fps, balanced, ultra and HD high is possible.
HDR is not possible and if you're someone who's into PUBG, while you know a lot of stuff about it, you know that there was something called a GFX tool which would actually unlock 60 fps gameplay on this kind of phones, but on android 11 that is not possible on android 11 everything is restricted. You can't do those file changes in the uh system files. So now this is based on android 11, so you can't even use GFX tool. So one thing is that you are going to get only 40 fps, not more than that. So right now, let's go quickly into arena training and try to play a game and see how well does it perform, and then we'll obviously move on to the other things such as the classic games, and we'll also show you when there are multiple people dropping at the same place.
How good is the performance at that time so keep a check on the frame rate guys. That is what is important, uh to show you whether the phone performs well, whether there are frame drops or not. If there are frame drops, obviously there's a need for optimization, but so far I feel that the need won't be there clear talking down. Clearly reloading cover me: no mercy reloading expired enemy down. The blue team is in the lead cover me so far, it's very stable uh and if you remember, I had some issues or complaints regarding the Poco x3 having the same chipset, but there was a lack of optimization in that smartphone, but here we don't see that reloading cover me dead, expired, reloading, nice shot cover me target down, killing spree for the blue team.
Great you're, about to win the red team doesn't have a lot of time left so far as you can see, it was quite smooth and whenever there's a smooth performance you obviously have a better gameplay as well. So that's where you saw the phone to be doing well and uh, there were no frame drops now we will do some classic games as well a quick gaming review. Obviously, if you want to know more about everything in this, we can, we do live streams on our gaming channel. That's gaming, Joe, so you can check out that as well. Hey is foreign, so guys after that, a little of classic on angle.
Now you can see this is the senate boot camp, where we actually do the final testing of the fps, because here it really matters because there are a lot of people jumping in the same place and that's where usually we see those lags. Let's see how it goes here. Excellent work is uh gunfighter. I need a weapon: okay, foreign search for vehicles, foreign ah yeah, so guys, that's it. I would say uh in a way the Redmi Note 10 pro max is quite a performer.
It's similar to how we saw most of the other smartphones, including the GL, miss seven uh, including the Realme Naruto, 30 pro as well, and alongside that even Xiaomi's own smartphones. That's the Redmi Note 9 pro max the last year and the Poco x2 Poco x3 was not so good with the performance having the same chipset, but still this performed a bit better. The only issue for me is that uh you don't get the option of 60 fps. Even with the GFX tool, that's the issue that I would say. Yes, that's an issue because, with those tools at least users with their own risk, would at least get to unlock 60 fps.
But since this phone is coming with the android 11, you can't do anything more than that and in android 11 everything else is locked, so you cannot actually go to 60 fps. You would always be logged with 40 fps, but otherwise, if you are okay with uh casual gaming and uh, you want an overall, better smartphone for everything. Together I would say this is not a bad choice at all the Redmi Note, 10 pro or the note 10 pro max, both are the same uh. So that's it guys. I hope you like this video, if you do, share and subscribe to x, for more thanks for watching, see you next video.
