iPhone 10 R vs iPhone, 11, Pro speediest, let's begin with a boot up in three two one and see which one can get there. First now we're going to see in this video how much of an upgrade you do get if you decide to trade in or get rid of your iPhone 10 R for iPhone 11 Pro, now keep in mind that this one has three gigabytes of RAM and Apple. A 12 Bionic, and this one over here does have an apple, a 13 chip with four gigabytes of RAM and the iPhone 10 R beats the 11pro on the boot up, and so let's see how they do with face ID. So if we take a look at the iPhone 10 R, you can see very fast in performance now. The iPhone 11 Pro is supposed to have a little faster performance, and so, let's take a look at the iPhone 11 Pro now, and you could see swipes right in not seeing a big deal of difference between this and the iPhone 10 R. Now what I do see a difference in is just the iPhone 11 Pro.
You can kind of look at it on odd angles, whereas with the iPhone Tamara I feel like. If you look at an odd angles, you might miss more often than you loving Pro, okay guys. So we've arrived at the app portion. Everything closed out for the 11pro everything closed out for the 10r. Let's go to calendar pretty similar.
Let's go into clock pretty similar again, let's go into calculator pretty similar for both looking good on the 10r I like to see when the older phone is hanging right there with the newer phone. Let's go into Facebook, you could see a little faster there for the right Twitter. Maybe a hair quicker like you would have to go in slo-mo to maybe see which one was faster. I think that was the 11pro. Let's go into Snapchat very similar, let's go into YouTube and you could see again very similar I think I hear quicker on the right.
Let's go into music here, and you could see iPhone 10 are there so in app, not a big deal of a difference here. Let's go into speed test and speed test slightly faster here for the 11pro, and here comes a 10 are in just a second. If it'll find the network there, it goes so a little quicker. Therefore, V, iPhone 11 Pro, let's go into Amazon and see how it does faster. Therefore, the 10r went in the app no big deal of difference: let's go into eBay.
So if you are trading to the 11pro, you can expect a hair, quicker performance, but a lot of other things like maybe a little better camera performance. Well, actually, a lot better camera performance and better battery life as well. You can see Spotify pretty similar on both platforms. Let's go into the prime video we might get an ad here, let's see what happens and no- and this looks like the iPhone 11 Pro- was faster there. Let's click a link here you could see this is.
This is really just gonna, be down to you. If you got a 10, R and you're getting a living Pro. You know you want the smaller size, maybe you're done with the 10 R. Maybe you want the better OLED display. There's a lot of things: let's go into pub key mobile, but I, don't I, don't think speeds going to be one! You could see in this test that we're doing just open up our day to day stuff.
We might be playing pub G or something it's just, not that big of a deal of the difference so yeah 11 Pro, is a hair quicker though, but I mean you're, not going to lose and pub G just because of a hair quicker. So that's pretty good stuff for the 10 are showing that D 10 are so well optimized. You can keep it a long time, let's go into dead, trigger, to see what happens here and that one's going to the 11pro hit play. So the chips I think it's gonna show more in the long run like later on is when it's going to show more of its performance gains on the right. Let's go into the final game, Mortal Kombat and see what happens here.
So this game is a little graphically intensive, so we'll see if the 11pro can show up the 10r with its more performance that it technically has here, and it looks like it is, so you are seeing that the living Pro does have more power. It's clear right here, just loading up these graph is its a more powerful phone, but I don't think it's enough at all to be a reason to upgrade your 10r, but still, if you do upgrade, it's not like you're going down at all, you definitely are not you're, actually going up a little in performance, but not enough to make that your reason let's go ahead and just go through the applications to see how they do handle the RAM management. So that's on the right side on this one: let's go into dead, trigger and come out of here. So what I like about the iPhones is that they come out of these apps so smooth, and you can just see right there very good stuff on both and some people say well, you need to go ahead, and you know check to see if it paused, but mostly the apps, aren't pausing. However, I will state that a lot of these iPhones will, with this lower amount of RAM.
If you are running them hard, and they get a little warm, they will start to close some apps in the background I've had it happen to me. So if you're going hard on them, it can't happen but day to day generally, it's just super well optimized, and it's not going to bother you on this one, so you can see them just both holding the applications like its nobody's business, let's go into you calendar and just, just excellent great performance on both of them. When it comes to holding those apps again, like I said earlier, they can sometimes reopen and closed. It depends on how many you get open, but well day to day for the kind of RAM you got. It's very impressive: ok, so here's a browser test target com, three-two-one and you could see the 11pro does actually have a little faster, LTE performance.
So that's one good thing about it. If you want to upgrade, you will get a better performance in mobile data for the iPhone 11 Pro. So let's go to bestbuy. com three two one and see which one gets there first looks like the 10 arm might have had that one, but I'm still seeing better performance day to day. My experience on the 11pro tenor is not a slow phone I'm not trying to make either one of these look bad, like they're, both perfect, where the 11pro can make the 10r look bad.
It's just the display quality really for this last one. Let's go to Walmart comm three to one and see how they do whew the 10r looks: I have to have one that one as well so yeah, overall, both very smooth and browsing against the weight on the pro motion display for the iPhone 12. But again you know this upgrade. It's like no upgrade. Besides the other pieces of hardware like the camera, the battery and I would like to see Apple in the iPhone 12 give us something that's like definitely noticeably quicker or smoother.
That would be great. Okay, so I have the same. I movie clip loaded up here. We're going to go ahead and export this, let's go to export project, and we'll see it's ready for sharing that one's ready. That was faster on the 11 Pro.
Now we'll hit save video here, and we'll save this video in 4k, so that's it 4k, and you can see which one does is faster. Now: here's where the iPhone 11 Pro, with it's a 13 Bionic, should show some true performance day to day stuff about equal, but look at this a 13 go and as the video gets longer, maybe it'll be even quicker. Let's see which one finishes out. First yep: it's going to be the 11 Pro, but not substantially. So again, this is only a 30 second 4k clip.
If we did have like maybe a five-minute clip, it would be a little of a different story. Here's the final Geek bench scores, which don't really mean much in the day-to-day, but what's reassuring about this video is even though the 10r is technically not as fast is that you have seen that the 10r is still keeping up actually know someone who upgraded from the 10 R to the 11, Pro, and they've loved the experience of the 11 Pro. They like that, it's smaller, but if you're like you know what I want to get the 10 R, because it's cheaper now the 10 R is still a fantastic phone. The main reason to go ahead and jump over to the 11 Pro is going to be the ultra-wide camera, and it also has about the same battery life, if not better in some scenarios, depending on how you use it day to day I. Think, what's really impressive is how the 10r is continuing to perform.
So let me know if you guys did this upgrade and if you're going to buy one of these. Let me know if you have any questions, comments, concerns and, if you already like having experience with both share that with the community, helps people to decide which phone they want to buy right now thumbs up. If you enjoyed it. Thank you very much for watching Nick, you're open you too messier technology I will catch you all in the very next episode and peace.
