Back everyone lets's go and take a look at iOS 15d battery life on the iPhone 8 plus. That sounds like a movie intro now on the iPhone 8 plus, specifically iOS 15, has actually been pretty good. You know, I haven't really had too many issues with it, but I will tell you the battery life is good. You know, I'm surprised how good it is for a first generation beta, but what I'll tell you are. Is that it's not as good as iOS 14. You should not install iOS 15 by any means on your main device.
If it's a side device go for it, but I've been pretty much seeing that iOS 15 is around the same battery life as iOS 14, it's not as good, but it's around the same ballpark. So I think right there, that's a pretty big thing in and of itself in the last 10 days. If we go and take a look at that, for example, a couple of things here and there you know, there's been a few changes, but nothing super crazy. You can see all these apps taking a lot of you know battery life and that's one thing: I've been seeing a lot of these beta apps things like FaceTime and news and stuff they've been taking a little more battery life because it is a beta, but by the time the official version comes out. It's going to get better so to put a number on it.
I would say it's like 85 to 90 percent of what iOS 14 is in terms of battery life. It's actually pretty decent standby time is pretty decent usability. Time is pretty decent. So overall, I think it's great. Obviously I would not recommend anybody to download it and install it on their main device, but I do think you know if this is pertinent to what the official version of iOS 15 is going to look like, then I think it's going to be a pretty decent update at that.
So take it as you will, but that's pretty much it if you guys have any other questions or anything. Let me know in the comment section below hit the like button. That means so much but definitely hit that subscribe button. More importantly, everything else I love every single one of you guys, hopefully I'll catch you guys in the next video peace out. You.
