iPhone 12 Vs iPhone 7 Plus Full Battery Comparison!

Welcome back everyone. This is a very interesting battery comparison that I did because it's just so weird, and I have to say this iOS 14. First, the iPhone 12 iPhone 7 plus, I really do think iOS 14 has had an insane effect on the battery life, it's kind of a given. Now I think that's something that we all kind of expected, but in this case it's just so blatant in my opinion now how this battery test works. Basically, I take a bunch of my phones and compare them against the new ones and in this case the 7 plus and the iPhone 12 I kind of put those on all the way brightness that they had the 100 max brightness. I cleared out of all the apps in the background and I just waited and seen which one died.

You know I let them I didn't let either phone die out on their screen and I tried to check up on them and I tried to check in on them, as you know, frequently as possible, I kind of got sidetracked and stuff. I was doing other things, but an hour into the test exactly an hour and eight minutes in I saw that my iPhone 12 was at 90 and my iPhone 7 plus was at 52. Now, like I said, all apps were cleared out in the background and for an hour worth of screen on time. It really doesn't make any sense that my iPhone 7 plus was already at 52. That's an extremely low percentage to be at even for an iPhone 7, plus that battery size, I think, is bigger than the iPhone 12.

So it really doesn't make any sense and that battery hasn't degraded. That much. I think it's around 85 percent, which is a lot but for a 2016 device. You know it's still pretty decent and for the iPhone 12 to be that much better. Just really doesn't make too much sense to me.

Now. Here's the weird thing I try to check back in on them as frequently as possible, like I said, but I got totally sidetracked and basically what happened was. I was watching all the phones and I think the iPhone 6s died very first, which was not even that surprising, but the iPhone 7 plus was like one of the second or third devices to die out, and that phone died at two hours and 52 minutes in the iPhone 12 was still like at whatever it was 63, which is insane, and I don't think the iPhone 7 plus has that much worse battery and I don't think the iPhone 12 has that good of a battery, in my opinion, for it to die this fast at 2 hours.52 minutes is astounding and for the iPhone 12 to still be alive. It genuinely does not make any sense to me. So here's what I'll probably tell you I, even though the 63 advantage that the iPhone 12 had.

It really doesn't scream to me that it's that much better, because on iOS 13 I was having a pretty good experience on the pretty much all my devices towards the end of it. In the beginning with it was causing a lot of problems, but towards the end of it is was pretty good and this was iOS 14.1. So it really didn't make that much sense to me why the iPhone 7 plus was this poor. You know the battery size is theoretically still pretty good on it, so it didn't make any sense, but I would assume it's iOS 14. If you have an iPhone 7, plus, that's still in iOS 13.

I want to hear your guy's opinion on the battery life. I know it's not going to be the best, but I would assume it's still pretty decent in this specific case, the iPhone 12 did beat it by quite a bit, but I don't think it's as cut dry as we may be expecting so that really pretty much covers it up.
