What's up everyone welcome back to the channel so once again, another comparison and this time we're comparing the iPhone 11 Pro to the iPhone 10 R, now I'm going to be covering the cameras a little, not a lot, but you know a little: I'm going to make a whole separate video talking about it. I'm going to do speed comparison, talk about the hardware and a lot of different other minor things. You know: I've owned the iPhone 10 hours since launch I've also owned the iPhone 11 Pro since launch, so I have strong opinions on both now before I go too far into this. Video I am giving away an iPhone 10, or so, if you want to enter that giveaway click, the second link or third link down in the description, it'll say free, iPhone, 10 or giveaway open and then there's a link where, next to it, click that link watch that video to explain exactly I, don't and enter it's completely free I just want to say thank you for you guys. You know showing me so much love but which we need to I'll. Be completely honest.
If you own an iPhone 10 are the iPhone 11 Pro definitely is an upgrade in a lot of different ways, but I would not recommend updating, 2ln an 11 Pro, because, as far as we know, the next generation of iPhones at 2020 ones are going to be an even bigger upgrade than this. So, even though the 11 Pro is a better phone, I would say, keep your 10, or you know, you're, definitely not losing anything. Apple still selling the 10, or so this is still a usable phone. It's obviously it's not even old, like I hate when people say. Oh, my god, this is the older generation like yes, it's older, but it's not.
It's like I'm, still, a tremendous one of the best ones in the market. Still so, even though the 11 Pro is the better phone, keep your 10 all right, you know that's kind of the best way. I can go about it now. Looking on the front, this is probably one of the biggest differences on the front of the 11pro. You have a 6.1 inch, Super retina DR display it soul ahead. It's a very, very good display on the front of the iPhone 10, or we have a 6.1 inch, retina LCD, whatever Apple wants to call it. Definitely between these two.
The 11 pros panel, in my opinion, is far better, but the iPhone 10 RS panel is still good. The issue you know I feel like they should have at least put a hole that is bonus if they're going to keep that resolution so low, they really kind of messed that up. But you know what are we gonna? Do we're going to go back and return all of our phones? No we're not! So what I'll tell you are the 10 R's display is good enough, but the iPhone 11 pros display by far is the better display. Now the overall build quality I'll, definitely say is much better on the 11pro. So on the sides you know the chassis I've always said this.
The iPhone, 10 or kind of gives the impression that it's like an iPhone, 6s plus or something it has, that kind of like aluminum feeling to it, but not like that. I'm type on the 11pro I feel that premium type you know it's brushed aluminum. Why do we know what this is, but whatever it is, it feels much more premium than the iPhone 10 are most chances are, though, you're going to have a case on your phone, so it doesn't really matter, but I do like that feeling on the back of the phones, you can tell some of the biggest differences? Obviously a triple camera set up on the 11pro, a single camera set up on the iPhone 10 R, and what I'll tell you is that the back feeling of the glass and I said this before? If you watched my other comparisons, you already know it's not a secret I feel like the iPhone 10 horas feeling on the glass feels more premium to me than the iPhone 11 pros I. Just like this regular glass feeling, I, don't really I mean I, don't know, I, think it's an acquired, taste I, think it's cool. Apparently this is a lot more durable, but this 11 pro is like frosted, bat glass, I, don't really like it.
I mean I'm. Going to have a case on it like I said, so, it's not a big deal, but some people might like this, but I feel like more people are going to like this. I just happened to be the type of person that doesn't really I mean I, don't know if I had to choose. I would probably pick the iPhone 10 RS glass back, so no headphone jacks on either of them. Both have Lightning ports blind buttons.
All that stuff, so I mean ultimately like the other comparisons like they're. Almost exactly the same in terms I mean they have the notches face ID face. I'd apparently is improved on the 11pro, but in terms of the outside, that's pretty much it. You know not that crazy of a difference. You know obviously much better build quality on the 11pro book, ultimately, the same exact thing now in terms of software.
This is where things get a little interesting. The 11pro theoretically should outlast the iPhone 10 are, but the iPhone 11 I have to bring this in, and the 11pro are probably going to get the same software updates as they should, because they had the same chipset, I kind of believe that the iPhone 10 R will probably last as long as the iPhone 11, because they are so similar, Apple still sung in the Apple stores. You know alongside the iPhone 11, even though that really doesn't make much sense and doesn't really you know, improve my point in all I just think the iPhone 10 R will probably last as long as the iPhone 11, meaning the iPhone 11 will last as long as the 11pro meaning the iPhone 10 R could potentially last as long as the iPhone 11 Pro, but that's kind of a far-fetched idea. We have no proof that yet, but as of right now, the iPhone 10 R is still going to get many more years of software support and probably will last safely or probably not last as long as the 11pro. So this one will probably get an extra year of support.
Then the ice ten or so that pretty much covers it up in terms of software now I'll hit on the specs I'll, do a speed comparison right next to it, yeah iPhone 10 or has the Apple 8 12 Bionic chip, hex, core CPU and three gigabytes of RAM on all the models. There's a couple variants of them, but all models have the three gigabytes of RAM. The iPhone 11 Pro has the Apple 8 13 Bionic chip, hex core CPU as well, but those cores are clogged higher, but this model and all the models of the iPhone 11 Pro, have four gigabytes of RAM. So an extra gigabyte of RAM on the iPhone 11 Pro, then on the iPhone 10 R. So let's go ahead and see which one is the faster device between these two all right.
We got some of the same apps on both these devices. All the apps are cleared out in the background, for you guys can see, I always mess it up, but let's go and see which one is he faster and let's go and do Facebook three-two-one and the 11pro was way noticeably faster than the iPhone 11 iPhone, 10, RS, sorry, Netflix, 3, 2, 1 and again the 11pro was the faster device, Twitter three-two-one and again the 11pro, the faster device Quizlet three-two-one and again the 11pro is the faster one. So I think the 11pro could probably be the faster one. Every single time, Dropbox 3, 2, 1 and again the 11pro is a faster one. So this might actually be a pretty quick comparison.
Sofa 3 2 1, but when this happens, I like to see at least the 10 are being faster at least one time, but we might not see that, as you can see, there's honestly a pretty big difference between these. If I'm not gonna lie, thank you, 3, 2, 1 and even getting into that load screen the initial one I mean it's so much faster on the 11pro. Now, usually, I don't over hide things, and I'm trying not to override this one, but I mean it's a noticeable increase. I mean it's pretty impressive snake versus blocks three two one, and again you know with all my past comparisons. I don't think there was this big of a difference even between my iPhone 8 and my iPhone 11 Pro I think I.
Compared to this one is actually much bigger than which was weird, because this is a newer device. So, as you can see, there's a really, really big difference. The iPhone 11 Pro is the faster one. It's to stack three to one and again getting into that ad was faster on the iPhone 11 Pro Temple, Run, 3, 2, 1, and I might have to restart you up now after we start it because I was in games action both of them temple run again three two one and this you know, isn't a crazily intensive game, but it does. It will kind of showcase something you know, and I just hit.
The camera I do apologize, but actually that one was kind of weird I. Don't know why we get like non-consecutive cannot consistent things that pop up all the time. I have no control over paper either. Two three two and again paper attitude was faster on the iPhone 11 Pro. Getting into some gameplay, you will see they're all actually, I can I, don't know it's a pretty glitchy game overall, but I kind of see.
There might be a little of a difference: Temple Run, 2, 3, 2, 1 and again even getting into that initial load screen so much faster on the iPhone, 11, Pro and I. Think I even saw some glitching, that's going on the iPhone 10 or which was really weird, as you can see crazy difference between them. Let's see if there's any glitches going on and I, don't really see any, but there was quite a bit of difference between them: fruit, ninja, 3, 2, 1 and again you guys saw iPhone 11 probe. So how much faster it is so impressive. Let's go and end it off with the Real Racing 3, 3, 2, 1, and again I hope, I, don't have to download anything on either this device.
Actually, the tenner I might just the way it's looking up. Nope never mind we're good and, as you guys saw the iPhone 1011 Pro and finished it up faster than the iPhone 10. Are so pretty crazy, I'll go ahead and show you guys a multi-core score that I had on ? ? and, as you guys will be able to tell pretty big difference. I mean we're talking like one hundred and twenty thousand points, the f110. Our score is still super high, but I mean obviously the 11pro is a faster one.
So and that's exactly how I would compare this to and my kind of sum it up. The iPhone 10 R is a little slower than the 11pro. You know it's definitely noticeable, but I, don't think if you know you're sitting around you're just using your phone, if you're not comparing them side by side, I, don't think you'd notice that big of a difference, the 10, are still the faster device, but the 11pro isn't noticeably faster. Let's go ahead on the cameras. This is also one of the biggest difference between these two now I'm, not the one to like to override the camera, but there's a pretty big difference.
So we have a single 12 megapixel sensor on the iPhone 10 R, but we have three 12 megapixel sensors on the iPhone 11 Pro. So we have a regular lens. We have an ultra-wide, and we also have a telephoto lens. So you have a lot more features in functionality: I'm in the iPhone 11 Pro's camera, then on the iPhone 10, or it's camera in terms of a quality standpoint. You'll be able to tell I mean they're going to be pretty much.
That I mean the 10 or is not going to be as good as the 11 I hate to say it. You also don't have the ultra-wide sensor. You also don't have that telephoto lens, so you can't have that two times optical zoom, but you have enough going around you, I mean you have the Porsche remote. Furthermore, you have a lot of things going on with this still, so it's not like you're just getting a horrible camera. This is still a very functioning camera, but there's no other way to say that the iPhone 11 Pro is the better sense, and not only do you have that ultra-wide set, so you still have that and maintain the telephoto lens.
You have a lot more functionality on the iPhone 11 post camera than you do on the iPhone 10 or so you know I hate to say it I hate to do it on you guys like that. But that is how it is. You know. I will make a whole separate video talking about and going into detail about this comparison and the speed of the camera can present between these two so make sure you guys are subscribed, so you don't miss out, but between these two 11pro definitely ones in the camera department now hitting only battery life. This is kind of interesting because before, if you remember with the iPhone 10, other people were saying this battery life was amazing, one of the best on the iPhone, but now I think the 11pro kind of matches this battery life.
So they have almost the same sized battery. There's about like a 50 million bio difference, they're both around 3,000 man-hours, so I'll probably tell you maybe the 10r is, but the tenor has been out for a year if you're getting a used one, the battery has probably degraded this one is not full anymore. This one is like 95 percent or something in terms of battery help. This one is still at 100%. So, even though this one has a higher screen resolution, everything I think the battery life might be the same around the boat, so kind of give it a benefit at it up, but I, don't think one will definitely outlast the other in my opinion, so that pretty much covers up the whole entire comparison.
What I'll tell you is, if you have an iPhone, 10, or I would say, keep it going to an iPhone.11 Pro is probably I mean you're, getting some cool features here and there, but I think overall, the same functionalities are almost the same and I think it's too early to tell like, with a software thing and the know, you aren't definitely getting a speed improvement, so that's definitely cool you're. Getting an additional gigabyte of RAM, so that's awesome, but I just think overall, like you should keep your iPhone 10 are for sure, but if you're going to the Apple Store and your mom or dad or is buying you a phone or whatever I would say, get the 11pro if you're. If you have that advantage, if you have that capability get the best one you can, the 11pro is better. In my opinion, you know I would say, with the iPhone 11 Pro is a 10 out of 10. This one is probably like an 8 out of 10.
You know you're getting the additional, probably year of software support you're, getting the better cameras if that's important to you, you're, getting a better fest you're, getting a faster phone as well. The hardware improvements to all that screen all that stuff between the 11 and 11 Pro I didn't see that big of a difference, you know I, would say, get the 11, but this one there is quite a bit of difference. So that's all what I would say if you want you can even get a 10 s. That's like in the middle of these two and the price wise it cycle the same almost in the user market as an iPhone 11. So that's pretty much if I'll leave the cheapest iPhone 10, R and 10 s is that I find on Amazon I'll link up straight down in the description below, so you guys can check those out, but that is pretty much it if you guys have any other questions or anything leave it down in the comment section below that, like button ell me so much, but definitely hit that subscribe.
