Alright guys, this is a quick little video here on how to charge your laptop using your cell phone and there are two key components. You need to know here. First, you need a laptop that uses USB for charging. I've got a MacBook here, it's a 2016 MacBook, and it has a USB-C port right there. Your laptop doesn't have to support USB-C just has to support USB charging, and what we'll do is we'll take my nexus 5x, which is an Android phone. My primary phone here- and this also has USB-C on the bottom.
What I'm going to do is I'm going to take a USB, C port plug it or excuse me, a USB-C cord, plug it into the bottom. There I'm going to then plug it into my laptop, my Apple MacBook I'm, going to go ahead and take my Android phone I'm, going to slight swipe down I'm, going to tap on this option here, I'm going to say, charge this device supply power to the other, connected device and press that button right there boom, and then you're going to check out my laptop. You hear the little ding, and can see the charging starting to happen now. This isn't going to provide a lot of power from your phone to your laptop, but it may actually work in some critical circumstances. Let's say you're on an airplane and needed last few minutes of power if you're taking an exam in school- and you know the last few minutes of power or, if you're doing something else, setting off an email etc.
, something that you need to squeeze just a hair bit of power out before that your laptop dies. This may actually be a usable solution for you again you're going to need a phone that supports USB out. This is an Android Nexus 5x made by LG and a laptop that supports USB charging so hope you guys have found this little review here. Interesting and maybe you'll find some use for it doesn't forget to check out everything else happen. YouTube rate comment and subscribe, thanks.
