GOOGLE PIXEL 5A - Better Than Expected! By TT Technology

The, Google Pixel 5a is going to be even better than we expected, and I'll be sharing the details right after this. So today, we've got plenty of information about the Google Pixel 5a we've got specs design discovery that is going to be even better than we expected, along with official confirmation of its existence.

Let me know in the comments what country you're actually watching today's video from so the first bit of news about the Google Pixel 5a is about the launch john prosper, who is usually spot on with launch dates, published a tweet earlier this month to say that the Google Pixel 5a, which was code named barrette, was actually cancelled and would not be launching at all, thankfully, for pixel fans. It's now been confirmed that this information was false.95 google issued a report in which a Google spokesperson confirmed that we will be seeing a pixel 5a. They stated that the pixel 5 a5g is not cancelled. It will be available later in the year in USA and Japan and announced in line with last year's a series, so it's definitely coming, and that statement tells us that it's likely to be august this year, while it may only start in USA and Japan, it may also become available in other countries if it shows success.

Next up, we've got code discovered in android 12. That may just confirm the specs of the Google Pixel 5a 9-5 google found code in android 12 previews, 3 that mentions Barbie, which is the code for the pixel 5a, and it's listed with the SM 7250, which is also the code name for the snapdragon 765g. What many people are claiming that this is actually bad news? It's the same chipset we had in the five, so I don't see what the issue is. The pixel 5a is, of course, the budget friendly offering and the new aim seems to be at bringing the flagship photography in a much cheaper package. We don't need powerful chipsets and the 765g is still a perfectly capable system on chip.

Normally, we would be expecting a cheaper chipset in the budget model, so I think this is better than we expected and great news for the 5a. Of course, it is still unconfirmed, but given it's in the android 12 code, it's looking very likely and also given the current chip shorted using an old system on chip over a new one makes a lot more sense. Next up, we've got camera samples published by google that, on further inspection were taken with a pixel 5a. The photos were published by the Google AI blog and have since been deleted, but the EXIF data was already captured. The first photo was an older photo taken in October 2020, it's a photo of Taiwan, which is where the pixel phones are developed, but it shows us that Google have been working on this for some time.

It was also taken with an f 2.2 lens, which is no doubt the ultra-wide we've seen on many pixels in the past. So this means that the 5a is going to have a dual camera, as the ultra-wide is, of course, going to be additional to the primary wide angle. The next photo is a lot more recent taken in February this year and although the handset wasn't mentioned in the EXIF, it was removed at the same time, meaning google were hiding it. So this means it's either going to be the pixel 5a or it could also be the pixel 6. So for those waiting for the pixel 5a, it's looking like it is coming, and it's hopefully going to be a great value device with the incredible photography we expect for those in other countries that don't feel to let down just, yet that may be released further.

The Google Pixel 5a we're getting a 6.2 inch, OLED display with a resolution of 1080x2340. While we are seeing a lot of 90 hertz displays in the market at the moment, and the pixel 5 was 90 hertz. It does not look like this will be and on the 5a we're going to get a 60 hertz display on the front. We get an 8 megapixel wide angle, camera for the selfies, and this is, of course, in the form of a punch, hole, selfie camera in the top left corner on the rear. We get the same camera setup we've been seeing for years, which is a dual camera setup and a LED flash.

The main camera is a 12.2 megapixel wide angle, with optical image, stabilization and phase detect autofocus and the secondary camera is the 16 megapixel ultra-wide it's going to be capable of 4k videos at 30 or 60 frames. A second, the chipset is still a little unknown, but according to code discovered in android 12, it could well be the snapdragon 765g, there's expected to be one variant available, and this is going to be six gigabytes of ram with 128, gig storage and the phone is going to be powered by a 3 85 William hour battery with 18 watt fast charging. We do, of course, get Bluetooth, 5, a fingerprint scanner on the rear, and we also see the return of the three and a half mil headphone jack. It's going to come with android 11 and for those wanting to purchase we're expecting them to aim around 400 or 400 pounds, but this is still unconfirmed, but overall, it's looking great and especially the pixel 5a is more aimed at the people that want a capable phone that also takes great photos and videos without breaking the bank. It's great that we have so much information already and if their previous releases are anything to go by, then more and more info is going to come flooding in.
