Galaxy Z Flip 5G Problems | NO DEX SUPPORT !!! By Eazy Computer Solutions

What's up everybody: this is Eric the tech preacher, so DEX, that is one of my favorite features on galaxy phones. I mean going all the way back to when DEX was introduced back with the Galaxy S8, I love DEX. I've been showing you all guys a lot of my DEX videos and everything between well. Some of you guys hit me in the comments and say easy. The Samsung Galaxy z5 5g does not have deck support, and I'm like nah. It has deck support.

Well, guess what I went to my business and I tried to connect my device to a monitor and I try to connect this device to the Samsung DEX pad and guess what this phone does not have deck support. Let me explain, and it's frustrating I mean I paid- I mean the phone is 1500 plus bucks, and it does not have deck support. Wow. Let's go and talk about this sit back and relax and get your popcorn ready and follow me on this journey. Let's go what's up guys.

This is Eric back with another video, so I got the Galaxy Note 9 I got the Galaxy S10 plus. I have the Galaxy Note.10 plus, and I got the Galaxy Z, flip 5g, and I've been reviewing this phone. I've been having it for over a week now, and one of my biggest features on any galaxy devices is DEX. DEX is the win window be off for me to get a lot of business work done? Well, I got the Galaxy Note.9 plugged up right now the decks and, as you can see, it's working great, no problems with decks with the Galaxy Note 9 and if I take the same chord here that I have, and I disconnect it and I plug it to my Galaxy Note, 10 plus I love this phone. If I plug it to my Galaxy Note, 10 galaxies, s10, plus and wait about a few minutes and all of a sudden here we go dex is going to come on.

So now I have decks going on my Galaxy S10 plus, okay. Well, let's go to unplug it and go to my Galaxy Note, 10 plus right. So once I plug up the chord Galaxy Note, 10 plus, and give us a few seconds, and we're going to get DEX so why Samsung did not include the software with the Galaxy Z flip and, as you can see, the Galaxy Note, 10 plus have decks. Okay, here's the Galaxy Z, flip, 5g, right and Samsung did not include the software with this device. So when I plug it up here USB type c and I plug it up and guess what no decks it's no decks, it doesn't even prompt you.

It doesn't tell you anything, and I tried this with my laptop. I tried to plug this up because, obviously you have depth decks for uh windows, and you have no software here now wait a minute. This is an ultra premium device that does not have deck support. Now, I'm a huge fan of decks. Think about the galaxy.

S8 has decks and deck support. Galaxy S9 have deck support. Galaxy Note got deck support all the galaxy devices coming from the Galaxy S8, all the way up to the Galaxy S10 plus have deck support, guess what this phone does not have deck support. I can't this is out. This is unreal, and one of you guys hit me on the comments say easy.

That phone does not have deck support, I'm like nah, but here it is plugged it up, and I tried to use my DEX pad, and it's the same thing so hopefully, Samsung will give us a software update with this device because wait a minute not having deck support on a 1500 phone is unbearable. It's not real Samsung got to implement some type of software. With this device I mean come on now. I can't believe that the Galaxy Z flip does not have deck support. I mean come on.

If that was the last thing that I would assume that this device will have is not having deck support, but this device does not have deck support, and I am shocked and surprised at that. So man Samsung, please man. This is give us deck support on the Galaxy Z. Flip 5g, I can't understand this. I want to make this video because I mean I'm sitting up there like in this may that I'm plugging this device up.

So I got my wireless keyboard. I got my mouse, and I'm ready to type and do some work. I got this big old, huge display here, and this phone does not have deck support. Now, if this is going to be your daily driver for professional use and for personal and play you got to have decks baby, I mean you, don't have pin support, but it got to have decks and Samsung. You got to do something fun.

You got to do some Samsung. Furthermore, you got to have deck support with this device. Furthermore, you cannot not have deck support on a 2020 high ultra premium device. Furthermore, you got to have deck support, wow! It's its! It's its! Furthermore, it's! Furthermore, it's! Furthermore, it's frustrating uh to uh! You know for all the users out there that you know a lot of you all guys who are easy. I don't use decks, but it's not the point.

The point is that this device does not have decks. The point is that this is an ultra premium device, and it doesn't have decks. That's frustrating this is there from easy computer solution. I may get a Galaxy S8 for Christ's sake that have decks Galaxy Note.9 have decks galaxy s and I have decks. We got a lot of galaxy phones that have decks and the Galaxy Z flip 5g. The new kid on the block. Don't have that important feature for me important feature for a lot of business people that use decks. Wow.
