30 Minutes Fast Charging Speed Test Challenge - Pixel 3XL Vs Oneplus 6T Vs Huawei Mate 20 Pro

About hi everybody and welcome back to the channel today we're doing another video comparing three devices and see how much can we charge them if the battery ever gets depleted stamp to zero, meaning your device shuts off, and you plug them on there provided chargers that came with each one of these devices. How much can you expect to get out of these devices as far as a charge? This is TK. Let's go ahead and check out the pixel 3 XL, the OnePlus 60 and the mate 20 Pro. So here we have all three devices. We have the 1 plus 60, supporting a 37 hundred million battery. We have the pixel three XL supporting m30 430 million batteries so technically a smaller battery, even though a little bigger than this, and here with the May 20 pro we're supporting at 4200 William battery each one of these devices carries their own fast charging technology that comes with them in the box.

An example would be here: the OnePlus 6 does come with its own brick. That has the ability providing as fast charging and really fast charging. We saw that last week as long as you're using the provided brick. This is an u. s.

blocker comes directly with this Thunder purple one and the provided cable, so we're going to be using that for the OnePlus 16 on the pixel 3 XL. This is the one provided from Google again I haven't even unboxed it, yet it is a USB charger that you can use, but this is supposed to be the most optimal charger for this device to basically recharge this device as fast as possible. This is the supercharger from Huawei 40 watt charger. Unfortunately, my cable was made as a European plug, so I'm using a converter. For all intents and purposes, this is the exact look that came with this phone with the cable.

It's the same thing for all three devices, although in kind of order perspective. Technically, we should be able to do this. We'll put the OnePlus 60 here as well as the pixel 3 XL, on the left, as we're looking at a beam 30 for 30, 3700 and, of course, 4200 um to make sure that we're starting at the same point from each one of these devices I allowed the battery each one of these phones to deep lead down to the point where the phone shuts off, meaning the batteries so low. That device shuts itself off I did not turn them off. Last week's video I showed you guys where the OnePlus sixty did not turn on by itself, and that was because that's what happened if you allow the device to shut itself off, because the battery is too low, the OnePlus 60 will not turn itself back on.

If you shut your phone before the battery's down to zero, yes, the phone will restart, but in this example, because of a lot of the comments we got on last video, where I'm going to do is about me. Five or six percent I'm going to go turn on the device and make sure that this device and pixel 3xl are all on, because the May 20 Pro will turn itself on by itself, although I have them all plugged in at this point, they're not plugged into the wall, I'm going to plug them in at the same time. So we start the timer. At the exact same moment, Power has been provided to all three devices. You'll notice right there, the 1 plus 6, did not turn itself on.

This is actually an off-screen loading battery, so you'll notice, there's 1% here the while we made 20 Pro is turning itself on and let's double-check here. Yeah, the pixel 3xl did the same thing as the 1 plus 60. It did not turn on again nothing I controlled. This is how they're configured, so I'm going to allow them to go for maybe a couple of minutes right now and then, as soon as we come back by like the 5-minute mark I'm going to turn these guys on and allow them to basically charge while they're on. So now we are about the 5-minute mark.

They've been charging now the May 20 pro is at 7%. The OnePlus succeeds at 9% and the pixel 3 XL is at 8% I'm going to go ahead and turn on all three devices or the remaining two devices, so here's 1 + 60 s. Turning on and I'm here. Turning on the pixel 3 XL, the air that will be XL is at 60%. We are at 17% with the 60, and we are at 18% here with a DM, a 20.

We are at the 15-minute marker, the VAL, the pixel 3 XL is clocking in at about 88 88 degrees. The 60 is clocking about 83 degrees and then May 24 is about 88. So again, roughly in the 80s again we're supercharging. These devices they're definitely gonna, give us some warmth. But if we look at the device itself, we are at 24% on the pixel 3xl, and we are at 25% here on the 60, and we are at 31% on the May 20 Pro.

Now we're approaching the basically about 20 minute mark, let's go ahead and check on the temperatures so about 89 got a little warmer 86. Also, a little warmer here on the 60 and then 91 running here on the May 20 Pro a little higher, so we're in the 90s. Now here percentage-wise on the battery, we are at 30% on the pixel 3xl. We are at 33% here with the 1 plus 60, and then we are 43% with the May 20 Pro again about 20 minutes right now we have 10 more minutes to the completion of this test.25 minute, mark I, read here so now, so we're now we're in the 90s on the pixel, 3 XL and still in the 80s upper 80s in the 60 and even higher 95 degrees. Now, with what we're running on the 20 Pro, let's look at the batteries.

We are at 37% here and our 41%, and we are at 55%, okay, we're pretty much at the 30-minute mark we'll do a quick temperature test for quick, 92 degrees. Here on the 3 XL. We are at 90 degrees here, 89, 90 degrees on the 60, so roughly about 90 degrees and, of course, 98 degrees on the picture on the May 20 Pro. This is basically 30 minutes worth of charging, so on the pixel 3 XL, you can roughly expect about 43%. This is from dead ? about 30 minutes worth of charge using the provider together charger on the 60.

We are up to 48 percent again, this is with the built-in charger it did recognize my face and, of course, unlocked it. It's using some power. Obviously, when you turn on the device, when we charged last time at 30 minutes, I was able to get over 50% when the device was off but again, based on the comments from the first videos, you guys wanted me to turn the device on, so I did and, of course, last but not least, we are looking at 66%, roughly a little less than what I had before, but within a couple of percentages on MA 20 Pro again within 30 minutes, we went from 0, meaning the batteries have gone down. ? all the way down to charging off the device. ? approximately 50% here so I would say about 30 minutes for 50%, in about 44 45 percent here on the pixel, 3 XL and, of course, about 66 67 %, and this thing is still going on.

So of course, as you keep going longer, you'll definitely be seeing that obviously that May 20 Pro will get there. First, the pixel sorry, the 60 will get there. Second and the pixel 3x l will come last. The performance that we got today was definitely based on the fact that each one of these devices was using the chargers that came with it. So that's one main thing you want to keep in mind: do not use this with any other chargers, secondary cables, hubs or anything like that.

It will not get the same quality or the speed that you're getting today. As far as performance comparing last week that this week, we'll just compare first and foremost a pixel 3xl did about forty-five percent. Forty-four to forty-five percent. Now not the best charging last week's in magic to have a thirty-four hundred William battery roughly about the same size, and we were in the eighty percent using the brand-new wire charger. So again, the new tech, that's coming out is definitely providing us faster charging on our devices.

As far as the sixty I did take your recommendation from last week's video. A lot of you guys made a comment: why did I not turn on the device by default? It doesn't turn itself on I turned it on for you guys in this video to showcase how we can perform on this, and unfortunately, it did perform slightly worse than last week, because device consumes power when it's on, so we got about roughly a little less just about fifty percent, not fifty-four percent. What we got last week again still pretty fast for the sixty for the price point and the fast charging that we have here and hopefully with the one plus seven that we'll be able to see some of that Luke charging capabilities that we see in Apple right now, so keep in mind. This is the sixty in 2018. Last but not least, of course, the May 20 probe performed almost as good as last week's video in about sixty-six percent, not 68 and I.

Think it just overall may be a timing, I'm pretty sure if I check on any one of these devices right now, they're pretty much even further than that. All of these devices are very fast at charging. All of these devices have a great performance and battery life. Just keep in mind this test. We're just trying to show you guys if your device for any reason goes down to zero, and you have no more power, and you plug it in this is where you can expect from any one of these devices.

I'm going to try to find three more devices to put together for you guys for next week's video. Let me know in the comments below what combo would you like to put together from the videos you've seen on the channel, so hopefully you could see some devices that have access to like and subscribe as usual share this video with any of your friends if you'd like to share with them how the performance of these devices do while quick charging. This is TK I'll see you guys in the next video.
