Hello and welcome to the unboxing of the Xiaomi Redmi nine prime, the smartphone fills the gap for Xiaomi. After the note series had to be priced beyond rupees 10 000 due to the GST rate hike, and it brings some interesting features to boot. Let's see, what's inside the box, the box tells you the basic specs of the phone, but, most importantly, there is a logo here that says that this phone is 100 made in India. Now, let's quickly remove the cover, let's take a look at what's inside. Oh yes, this is the sim tray ejecting, pin a very handy tool that we keep losing all the time very important tool. Keep it safe inside we have a document which is the user guide for the Redmi 9 prime.
There is also a transparent cover for the device itself. This is a very good touch. This will help keep your brand-new smartphone scratch free. Now, let's take a look at the hero of this video, that is, the Xiaomi Redmi nine prime neatly wrapped in a protective plastic wrapper, let's also get rid of the sticker. The phone is made of plastic, but the design is quite subtle, and it's quite nice to look at with that.
Sleek matte black finish. The Redmi logo is quite prominent at the back as well. Let's switch the phone on and keep it to one side and go back to the box. There is another cardboard lid under which we have a type c charging cable, a charger for the phone and that's all you will find inside the Xiaomi Redmi nine prime box, the Redmi nine prime runs on the MediaTek hello g80 chipset, it's part of MediaTek's gaming portfolio and comes with two arms: cortex a75 cores and six arms, cortex a55 cores, giving it a good mix of performance and efficiency. As for the cameras, there are four of them, not a 48 megapixel sensor, anything but the 9 prime offers a 13 megapixel primary camera, an 8 megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 5 megapixel macro camera and a 2 megapixel depth sensor.
That's a lot of options to dig through a 5020. My battery keeps the lights on, and it comes with an 18 watt fast charging support, which, frankly, is great for the under 10k segment. The display is LCD with full HD plus resolution measuring 6.53 inches and comes with an old school notch in the middle. The body has p2i coating, making it splash resistant and the display is protected by gorilla glass 3. This particular model is the 128gb variant with 4gb ram, and it is matte black, so that's it for the unboxing.
We will be testing this phone for our in-depth review hit the bell icon to be the first to know when we put out a new video thanks for watching.
