So this is the Xiaomi mi 10t pro. This is their latest flagship smartphone, and it's packing a lot of tech like we're talking, 108 megapixel camera we're talking 5g. So if your market has an infrastructure you're going to see those faster download and upload speeds and lower latency, it's a black and gold box, which I personally think looks classy. Now inside the box, you get another box, and inside that box you get paperwork which we obviously do not care about. You get your sim tool, you get a dongle which is for your headphones. This is something a lot of manufacturers are no longer, including in the box.
So thank you Xiaomi for keeping one in there, and you get the typical plastic CPU silicone case to protect your smartphone. I like that these are included because a lot of times people will buy a phone, and they won't have a case right away, and they have to wait for one to come in. So this one can hold up, keep your device protected until the good one comes in the phone, which is a 6.67 inch device. You get a fast charging, brick in the box, which does 33 watts and to match it. You get a 33 watt charger and finally, you get an USB type-c cable to charge your smartphone, so this is the black model, but depending on how it reflects in the light you get these like grayish and silver tones making its way through you've got a camera bump.
But this is very typical today, considering you're using these bigger sensors and these sensors need more space, so you're going to have a little of a bump on the back, not as big as the note 20 ultra but bigger than most devices. That means, if you have it on the desk like this, it's going to wobble a little the front and back is made out of gorilla glass 5. It feels very premium to hold like I like the rounded edges of the device and the rounded back. It feels comfortable in the hand, not slippery. Thank you Xiaomi for not putting an edged display.
This is a flat display, so when you're typing on this, so much better than smartphones that use an edge panel. In fact, I hope a lot of companies stop doing this and just bring back flat displays you got your camera notch or camera bump or hole whatever you want to call in the top left-hand corner. It doesn't bother me, but it's a 20, megapixel camera. You have your speaker on the bottom and another one in the earpiece. It does support dual stereo speakers.
USB type-c, you have your sim tray, which is also a dual sim, which is great for a lot of countries that really want that work and home functionality in one device. You have these volume rockers that feel solid, fingerprint scanner, it's not embedded in the display, but it's actually in the left-hand side of the phone. This also acts as your power button. If you hold your phone with your right hand, it's going to feel very natural if you hold your phone with your left hand, you're- probably going to have to bind your fingerprint to this finger, which makes it a bit more awkward than using your thumb. Now.
One thing I noticed that Xiaomi included is an infrared scanner, so this is like the perfect hardware tool to like to make your teacher angry like they'll, be watching a movie in class, then you can just go on your smartphone and turn off the TV speaker quality. Let's do a little comparison and see how this sounds compared to the note 20 ultra now my favorite feature of the device is the display. It's a 6.67 inch AMOLED display it's full HD plus, but it has a high refresh rate high refresh rate of 144 hertz. The highest refresh rate. I've tested on a smartphone is 120.
Not really noticeable going from 120 to 144, but going from, let's say, 60 or even 90. You can feel the difference, but what Xiaomi is doing is they're, adding an adaptive aspect to it so, depending on the type of content you're consuming, the refresh rate will adjust if you're, watching a movie, and it's 60 frames per second, the refresh rate will match it if you're playing a game, and it can support 144 hertz, and you can get the frame rates to match it. This display will run at 144 hertz, so this phone feels very smooth, like you combine that 144 hertz refresh display paired with eight gigabytes of ram and the snapdragon 865. This is not going to slow down on you. There's a 20 megapixel camera at the top left, so in typical Xiaomi fashion, you could either take a picture with face smoothing on, but, unlike Samsung, you could actually turn it completely off and get rid of all the beauty effects.
There's also a lot of cool features for video, for example. This can shoot 8k. It takes perfect AK video during daylight, but some of the more interesting features were with its ability to do a video clone. You guys have seen my twin videos where I'm talking to myself. Well, you can do that with this smartphone by putting into landscape mode and activating the feature you can essentially clone yourself.
It also has dual video, so you can use your front facing camera and rear camera at the same time. So since it has that 33 watt charger in the box, the 5 000 William hour battery charges fast. But if you don't want to, it also supports wireless charging. Look, this is a cool device. I like the camera setup software features you may or may not use, but are there in case you need it, but the most attractive thing to me is the adaptive refresh display.
I think this is a cool feature if you're a gamer or just want a fluid experience using your smartphone, I'm going to do more of a deep dive into this device in the near future. So if that's interested or interesting to you make sure to subscribe and drop your questions, if you have any in the comment section down below, I'm also giving two of these away. So if that interests, you there'll be instructions in the description of my live stream that I did before releasing this video, like the video, if you liked it subscribe, if you haven't already, and I'll see you guys in the next video.
