Good morning everybody this is the planet earth you're, going to be doing a speed test here, um with visible wireless 5g near a cell phone site. Let's see what kind of speeds we get very respectable, 38 megabits down, 30 megabits, upload speed, that's respectable, very respectable! Let me try the Verizon server. The writing server is not doing too well. Even though, if you had Verizon wireless pre or post paid, it would go a lot faster, but unfortunately it doesn't interest, but the upload still remains the same or just a little better 35 megabit uploads. That is very respectable. Now, lets uh, let's manually, switch it over to um uh, not bad 13, but just LTE.
So. Well, that's a big difference.180 megabits, download, 24 megabit upload speed just for doing the Houston Verizon server that ain't bad. That's not bad at all, 200 megabits, almost and then 20 20, megabit, upload speed. So let's go ahead and throw that back to automatic switches back to 5g all right. Let's see what we get with the same server with our 5g connection here, a little worse on their 5g.
For no reason for no reason whatsoever, but their upload speed is better on the 5g variant speeds 33 to 35. That's pretty good for this tower weird, so their LTE is faster than their 5g, at least in this area, and this is this: is this that's weird man? Why are they so windy? 16, megabit, download, 118 megabytes still good, but that upload speed is impressive. I'm very happy with it from Verizon, so their upload speeds are faster on their 5g slower on their 4g, but you get faster download speeds on LTE, slower, upload speeds on LTE, but on 5g you get slower download speeds, but you get higher upload speeds. That makes no sense to me. That is weird, as heck so fast same about the same amount of download speed, which is about 100 megabits, very respectable speeds, 120 megs, okay, that's respectable, but then the upload speed is respectable too at 28 to 30 megabits per second very respectable speeds.126 megabits, down 35.5 megabit, upload, speed, uh doing the server to Houston instead of San Antonio. I don't know why, but it is faster.
It seems to be faster for some reason: let's try Dallas see what kind of space let's see if anything, better or worse up, lower latency, but the speed is, is okay, all right, so 100 megabits a little lower latency 120 megabits on their 5g services, 30 megabits, upload, speed, okay, so good, good, upload, speed, good download, speed! Okay, so let's switch it over to LTE all, let's go ahead and back it up here, let's go ahead and just back it up here: okay, 140! Oh, it's going to go it's there. We go we're going to hit them. We almost hit 200, so 170, 168, megabit, download, respectable, but then the slower upload speed on LTE but the higher down speed. I wonder why that is on Verizon, but not anybody else. Well, ATT.
Does it too, but T-Mobile seems to be pretty good with their 5g. That's weird man that is really weird. Almost 200 megabits per second on visible 21 megabits, upload speed, which is perfect, very respectable speeds, not going to lie those are very respectable speeds. Uh. Let's go to the Google play and see how things load.
Obviously, you know it's loading pretty fast for the latency issue too, not bad, not bad, huh. Okay, that's not bad! My bad roll, okay, just a regular Verizon test! Now and let's see what happens: 112 millisecond ping download speed we're getting about a hundred 140 150 160. Uh, it's going to ratchet about 150 because they don't want you to get above 200. Remember that I think I don't know. If I don't know if that's confirmed or not, let me see if I can look at that tower better and get a better thing all right, so we got 158 make up, I'm not mad at visible.
They were having issues for servers and I don't exactly know why. Where are you, Mr cell phone tower? I don't see you because it's really dark out here: okay, 100, let's figure this out! 190 191! Excuse me 17! Excuse me, let me just figure this out all right, Mr cell phone tower: where are you? Oh, there you are okay, let's see if we can get a better signal from you right in front of you now can we hit? Can we hit it come on? They did say 200 megabits right, so that was the max with 200 megabits. Exactly I'm right in front of the tower man like I, I can get no closer to it. If I try it for LTE, I don't know about 5g but for LTE for sure. Come on.
Yes over 200, all right now that we hit over 200, let's go ahead and go back to all right. Let's see what we get we're right in front of the tower. We can't get any closer without uh, getting the umbrella effect.108 millisecond ping uh, just not as good LTE, is faster for some reason. Okay, so 33 35 megabits is the upload on this tower.148 and 35 megabits very respectable alrighty. You know what thank you guys for watching.
I think that's been very respectable. Considering it's 25 a month. It's just 25! Look how fast it scrolls all right. Let me just click on crypto, okay. Let's click on the wish suggestions, Pinterest loaded, fast uh.
What else can I try? Let's go to YouTube's loaded, loaded, a little of latency, but not nothing that you really can't tell unless you're specifically paying attention to it. Okay, I's very respectable, very respectable speeds. On for on visible, you just gotta, be on an uncontested tower at five o'clock in the morning, all right, just a random speed test again, one more time: 106 millisecond ping is respectable, but then again that's the Dallas and not San Antonio but uh. Obviously, the 5g seems to be just a little.
