TCL 20 Series - Press Kit Unboxing - TCL 20 Pro 5G, TCL 20S & TCL 20SE Unboxing By The YouTube Tech Guy

Hello this is r. I. c. k. y the YouTube tech guy, hey guys. So today we have a really, really cool unboxing from TCL.

I believe it has their lace and grace phones that are being announced today. So let's go ahead and check this bag out, and I saw some things already here. So let's first see a mask: gotta love the mask: have a nice TCL? Look then! So, yes, we do have the tcl20 pro. Hopefully that is one of the ones we have in here and just some literature on it, including some perfect cameras and other things and a little wrap packet open up to elevate your vision. Hopefully you guys can use that tagline guys and let's go ahead and check out the main bag whoa.

We have a bunch of goodies here. Let's go ahead, so I see the phone: let's go ahead and check out some fun stuff before we get to the main event, so we have some sunscreen some hand sanitizer some insect repellent, some insect bite spray and some after sun spray. I've never heard of the after scent spray heard of the rest. You know what I'm going to Disneyland tomorrow, so this is going with me all right. Then we have this.

Oh, that is clean. Look at that man. This is nice, got some pliers file flat head love, it little bottle opener little knife, little Phillips little saw and another bottle opener a little thicker on that one, but very sleek. Looking thank you so much TCL. This one is really nice.

Looking then we have a water bottle that does music. What is this? It is a TCL water bottle and I do believe it has a micro USB play music out of this little speaker. That is pretty insane, and then you just have a big old water bottle in here. Keep your drinks cool. Another thing I might use tomorrow at Disneyland.

I will rock this TCL. That is pretty cool bam. All right. I am currently charging my water bottle. I never thought I'd say that, and now, let's check out what we have here.

Oh, we have some couple of goodies, so there is the main powerhouse the TCL 20 pro 5g. I cannot wait for this one, the 10 pro. I still have in my bag every time I travel, so this is now finally going to replace it and man. Furthermore, I can't wait to check this out definitely using this tomorrow, and it looks like we also have its brethren. So here we have the TCL 20s and the TCL 20se, really great budget and entry, low, low price entry level really surprised how low this price one is so definitely got to unbox all of these, but they didn't stop there.

Oh, no. They have more things in here. Oh so, first, let's start with the obvious, we have a case for our tcl20 pro, and it's a rugged one, a little gotta love rugged cases. I will put this one on after I unbox it, and then we have the cedar creek outdoors. What is this? Oh, just a bomb flashlight, what it is, not only a bomb flashlight, but it has Zoom what the heck I've never seen.

Zoom. Maybe I don't go the outdoors enough, but you guys put some batteries in this and see what the heck zoom does. Okay. So I have found out that this is normal and this is zoom. So it looks like a more concentrated shot.

I've never seen a flashlight. Do that fascinating all right. Now, let's get to unboxing these phones all right now, let's start off with the tcl20 SE and s series. Now these are the entry level and mid-range device, and they are really, really good for it. So the SE is coming in at under 200 it'll work for any GSM carrier in the US mostly- and you have some perfect specs here: 128 storage, four gigs of ram 48 megapixel main camera.

You have 5 000, William battery stereo sound, and you have a 720p 6.8 inch display. That is huge for this grade. It is actually if you notice, bigger than even the s series. So if you just want a huge screen with a huge battery life, this is your one and because it is 720p, that's going to last you a very long time. So definitely like that aspect.

Then we get to the tcl20s. This one will be coming in at about 250, and it will be working with Verizon and most GSM carriers in the US. You get the same storage and ram for the most part, 64 megapixel camera a little of an upgrade there. You have the 16 megapixel camera on the front, so better, better selfie, five thousand William battery still, and you do have a 6.67 inch display with 1080p, and you have an additional button, which I always love extra buttons to use for your Google Assistant or something else just perfect to have extra programmable buttons and TCL offers that at this price, so let's go ahead and open them up and see what it looks like. So, let's see this big 6.8 inch display- and this is definitely a big one- let's go ahead and take this off and turn it on and bam. Look at that.

This does not look like an under 200 smartphones. It looks really nice and okay, so the trim is plastic, but this feels like glass- I don't know if it is. It definitely has that glass like feel, though just a premium feel more so than a cheap feel to it. So let's go ahead and while that's turning on, let's check out- oh that's another thing, so you have a charger inside which isn't a given nowadays, and you have the manuals, but I mean way to go TCL giving a nice just case to start off with get ready, and you just have that right from the get-go love it. It's just awesome, and it doesn't distract from your having its does get a little fingerprints on it.

But it does not distract from that good look to it and then, once you get those fingerprints off, it just looks beautiful, and you are protected and have a huge phone. Now I will say: obviously you can see that chin the bezel around it, and it does copy my forehead at the top. So overall, a good look to it, though, and just perfect feel I definitely do like the feel of it. It is lightweight, and it's just a solid phone one that it really goes to show you what you can get and for value with this company all right. Now, let's open the s up and see what we have here.

So again we have that case and those quick guides are right there, so they went with a matte finish on this. This feels nice, oh man TCL. I love the way this feels so nice. It really is that glass stick. I feel like it just I like the matte finish, and I like the classic two-tone.

If you have a metal around the edge on this one, so the plastic around the edge and then just a nice soft texture on the back, but that phone just looks clean, get that two-tone and put that case on it. So this one, if I'm not mistaken, you're going to have a fingerprint scanner on here. I'm not sure. If it's on the side, I will have to check on that yep so that fingerprint scanner power button combo. Is there's your little extra programmable button, and it just feels really solid good has a little more weight to it and that comes from the metal trim and while that starts up, you got your cord power boom, and again we say that cannot be taken for granted and there you go this one has the more traditional hole punch a little less chin, some bezels around the sides, but nothing too shabby all right, and then we have the cr?me de la cr?me, the TCL 20 pro 5g, and with this one we have a couple of standouts, so you still have a 6.67 AMOLED display, but instead of the flat you get a curve to it. Hat makes that nice sleek.

Look it's a 48 megapixel Sony sensor with optical image. Stabilization, that's gonna, give you better overall, photo quality and especially in low light action, shots, and definitely in your video. This one can shoot 4k at 30 frames per second on both the front and rear camera. But you have the most important one which is 1080p at 60 frames per second, once you film, with that it will change your life plus with all that you get the six gigs of ram and for that better video quality, 256 gigs of storage built in coming in at a price of 4.99 for 5g. All of that, you really get a lot of things: 4, 500, William battery and, of course, the most important feature, the feature that everyone fell in love with and, of course, the most important feature, the feature that everyone fell in love with the 10 pro last year, an IR blaster which allows you to control anything with IR.

For me that is so great not only for when you travel, you can control the hotel, TVs and everything you need. You control all kinds of appliances and everything in your house that works with any remote. Basically, that is a feature that you cannot take for granted, and it's one I definitely miss. So, let's go ahead and check this out bam that two-tone. It basically takes the two different tones you have with the last two phones glossy on the SE and the matte on the s when it comes to the pro you get both really nice and sleek, and this is a definite premium feel metal glass.

Just really, you can feel that weight given to it, and it really feels good definite curve design. You can you just you know that style for so long now, and it really stands out as a premium quality for that but man. I just love that two-tone all right. Well that power's on. Let's see what else is in here, oh, and I'm so sorry, I forgot to say the feature that, of course I need for a daily driver for me to consider a phone for a daily driver.

You know what I need: wireless charging. You get wireless charging, 15 watt wireless charging to make exact, which is super quick faster than some other phones. If you know the ones I'm talking about, got the power adapter and of course you have a nice case to it, but for this one TCL did send us a case. So I am now going to put it on and see how it looks on here. This is a really nice case from protect, and it just has an awesome grip to it.

Look at that protection inside and there you have it phone- has a really great grip to it. Now you have a nice power volume rocker, but also you have again this extra button. You can program to do whatever, and this is a really solid case and a really good-looking feeling phone going to put my sim card in and test it out and just see how good it is.
