All right guys today we're going to be taking a look at cloud sitting on the Galaxy Tab, s7, plus that we have here we're going to be playing some x-cloud games, so we can see how they actually work on this tablet and how well uh you know the latency is and stuff like that with the controller and just how well games perform on this. So let's go ahead and take a look gaming tech eating break is the game we take going for a recce is the game in tech. Gaming techie is the game in tech, gaming techie all right guys. So here we are with the application here for cloud on the Samsung tablet, so we're going to go ahead, and you can see that this is the new application. You've got the cloud functionality right here, which is what we're going to be looking at today. So let's go ahead and just dive right into a game: let's go ahead and start with some halo 5.
Guys. Here we are some halo, 5 multiplayer, we're playing online here with the Xbox controller. Let's see how well we do here. Oh, man there's two of them here, and I knew that wasn't going to go well. We got that one right as I spawned I'll take it there's so much nicer playing on a giant screen compared to your phone.
I mean it's awesome that you can play on your phone on the go. There's no doubt about that, especially with the racer fish, but being able to play on a giant screen like this anywhere is awesome. I don't know what kind of aiming that was sniper rifles on the field. Let's see if we can get some action here. Look at these people at looks like they're over there across the map.
I guess he ran guys sniper up there, but you can see that this is running really well. You can see it's running really. Well, I mean no issues with it at all um sometimes you'll see um like the screen, um artifacts a little just because the connection, speed and stuff, but overall you're playing halo 5 on a tablet that would never be able to handle halo um and with an Xbox controller. Like I said um, it runs really well and I, like the latency, isn't that bad either as far as with the controller and the screen, so let's go ahead and switch over to a different game all right. So here we are with marvel: vs cap com infinite.
Here, let's go ahead and try a fighter here and see how it works on this on cloud, let's go ahead, and we will pick Captain America we'll pick Iron Man and as far as who we're facing, let's do hulk and Spider-Man avengers assemble nobody. Here we go not that good at fighters. I mean I have fun with them, but don't expect any sort of skill to be shown on the screen, but that's not what we're here for nope getting wrecked by the computer, but considering I've played this game like three times. I'm not surprised this particular version marvel or station have played a lot, but miss me with that, and he's down. Oh, I'm calling that weapon again.
Damn it no well. It was a closer fight than I thought for someone who hasn't played this game uh very much and fun. Like usual and again, the latency and stuff felt pretty good. I mean um, I don't know if I'd go out there and play this, you know competitively or anything, but playing this casually online with your friends and stuff seems really solid, and I don't have any issues with the controller at all. It seems to work really well, as you guys saw no glitches or anything in that game whatsoever, so that worked well, let's go ahead and switch over to one more game.
All right guys here were some forza horizon here. Let's check this out and I just crashed seems to be working. Well, though, a couple of audio hitches, but nothing that crazy yeah. It seems to be working really solid, can't play crashing again. So this game has a couple of audio hitches sometimes uh when with the sound when you're racing, but nothing that really distracts you from anything just not as uh.
I don't hear any audio issues with the previous two games that I noticed, but it's its a little more noticeable here, every time it hitches, and you hear that sound cut out for a half a second but, like I said, that's nowhere near a big deal, considering what we're doing right now playing a giant game like forza on our Samsung tablet here um. So this is pretty awesome, so yeah, that's a look at three different games on cloud running on this tablet, as you guys can see how it looks like and uh, let's go ahead and get to the table. Now. Let me do my final thoughts on cloud sitting on the Galaxy S7 tablet, all right guys, so that was x cloud sitting on the Galaxy Tab. S7 plus now, as you guys can tell the games run fantastic on here.
Uh remember: the x cloud is running at 720p in comparison to the video that has now uploaded as well. You guys can see on this tablet with Stadia, which runs at a full 1080p. Um Xcode still runs really well and there's a lot of games to play. A lot of great games to play on that service, and I'm something I'm really looking forward to be playing on here. One of the things that I did notice between Stadia and on cloud here is that cod definitely seems to load games a lot slower, like I cut that out.
So you guys didn't see the load times. Obviously, but when you click on a game, and it has that spinning rocket, it definitely takes longer for these games to actually boot up and load on CD. It definitely seems to be much, much quicker, um. So two comparisons between the two services, but regardless cloud on here runs fantastic, it's great to be having it on a screen of this size, which makes it a lot more fun to play, as opposed to the video we did previously with the racer fish on the phone as cool as it is to play on your phone and that's going to be something I'll be doing all the time, because it's easy to do when the controller feels fantastic in your hands with the racer key sheet um, but on here uh, using an actual full Xbox controller and playing it on a screen of this size. It's just so much fun to do, and I'm really excited to continue to play Stadia games and Xcode games and just those games in general on a device of this size.
So the Galaxy Tab is great for it there's not a lot of black bars too. You guys saw that majority of the screen was actually taken up, which is good, and I'm just having a lot of fun with it. Guys cloud seems to be running really well. For me, just a couple of hitches, as you guys saw in the video, sometimes with the audio and stuff, but overall, really impressed with how well it worked um and the low latency that was on there with the controller in the game. So guys, if you guys have any questions about anything you guys have seen here today, as always leave it down below.
If not, thank you guys for watching until next time, tank gaming techie is the game in tech, gaming, techie, gaming, tech eating back is the gaming team going for Iraqi is the game in tech. Gaming techie is the game in tech me tank.
