Samsung Galaxy Note 20 - GOING "LITE"

We've been talking about the Galaxy Note 20 ultra for a while now and thanks to yesterday's complete specs leaks, we can confirm that really. This is the best of the best from Samsung in terms of hardware, except for the galaxy fold, which is just absolute magic from the future, but in terms of the smartphone form factor. This has the best hardware that Samsung can currently put in a device, but ever since the Galaxy Note 20 rumors, this is the base model. I'm talking about things were kind of strange. It's really pointing towards not just a smaller version of the ultra, but really just a completely different type of phone. First was the rumor that there would be no SD card support and then coming to the screen.

Well, just completely not a flagship screen whatsoever, and it looks like all of these have been confirmed. So after the note 20 ultra complete specs leaks. Yesterday we have the note 20 specs and it well, it's not really a flagship phone, so it seems Samsung have gone completely crazy or maybe this is a perfect move from them. So confirmed is the 60 hertz full HD AMOLED display on the note, 20 and well. That is just really a mid-range display from Samsung you'll find a display like that in some of there a series- phones, not to mention we get.

The official renders also confirming that. Well, the design is really an series design as well. The bezel's, certainly bigger than what you find on the ultra gone, is any sort of curve. It's a completely flat display, and if you take a look at the full specs list in comparison to the ultra, which was given to us by win future. As you can see here, it definitely is lacking in some areas compared to the ultra.

No glass, like you, find on the ultra or pretty much every single other flagship foam will be getting a plastic back, but keeping the metal frame on the Galaxy Note 20. Also confirmed, is that this phone will start at eight gigabytes of ram, which certainly is lower than the base 12 gigabytes you'll find in the note 20 ultra confirmed, also is the use of the galaxy s20s camera system, so a 12 megapixel main a 12 megapixel ultra-wide and a 64 megapixel zoom camera, which will have three times optical zoom, going all the way into 30 times with digital zoom, the same 10 megapixel selfie camera as you do find on the ultra also ENIM compatible, which definitely is a good thing and an ip68 water resistance rating, because the phone is smaller, the screen is smaller. Obviously, the battery is two four thousand three 300 William hours, which isn't actually massively smaller than the note 20 ultra, but the ultra has a new type of screen panel technology. That is way more energy efficient than the note 20. Anyway.

Battery life will have to find out when the phones actually launch another area that is lacking compared to the ultra. Thanks to this information from win future is that the s pen isn't getting the really great upgrade in terms of latency that is going into united 20 ultra. So we heard those rumors, and it was confirmed yesterday that the note 20 ultras s pen will have a reduced latency. So when you use the s pen to touch the screen, the latency is just nine milliseconds and on the note, 20s s pen is 26 milliseconds. These are small differences, but it just goes to show that the ultra really is just ahead of the note 20 in many areas.

It is not just a size difference. They certainly are different phones altogether and really should have different markets. Let me know what you think in the comments about the differences between the ultra and the base model, because they're not the same phone, and that might actually be a good move for sales overall. But let me know what one you would choose out of the two I'm interested to know. That's it for your Samsung news, though thank you for watching subscribe.

If you liked it thumbs up, if it was useful, and I'll see in the next one.
