Hello friends, this is Nolan here for technique, and today we going to unbox the brand new Samsung Galaxy j2. So the g2 is a new device under the J Series and this is a budget device we just launched a couple of weeks back, and now we have the device with us for a cue card boxing. So this is again a 4G LTE enabled device, so Samson recently launched the j5 and j7 which we reviewed recently. So this is a budget device, so the Box looks quite different from the j5 nj7. You can see a lot of cartoon figures on the box packing, and we have the Airtel double data offer. That's when you recharge with a particular amount of data, you get double the data for that particular Reacher.

That's the data, double data recharge offer and on the rear panel you have this cube. Specs mentioned so 4G LTE enable device again it's a Super AMOLED device, USB OTG, on-the-go, fast processor, and then you have a one-point regard a quad-core processor. That's the Enos processor. It has a 4.7 inch, HD Super AMOLED display that's 960 by 540 pixels, five megapixel autofocus plus 2 Omega pixel front facing camera, and it has eight gigabyte internal storage, which is expandable and this one gigabyte RAM. So those were the specs of the j2.

Now, let's get started with unboxing, so again, a similar tool, the j7 and J 5. You can see this is India sim card only so you need to activate this device in the purchase country itself, so we can't activate it elsewhere. Now, let's get started with unboxing. So let's open the case- and here we go. This is the Samsung Galaxy j2.

So that's the device. So you can see it's a pretty small device. It suggests a 4.7 inch device. So let's open it. So there you go.

The design boys are nothing's changed with respect to the other J series very similar to even to the j1. Now, let's see what else is inside, so we have the manual and warranty information. So that's the manual and warranty. Then you have the year force included it's pretty basic earphones. So that's the phones.

Now we have the standard charger, so no USB cable included in the box packing. So this is a standard charger, no USB, cable included. Then we have this two thousand William of battery. So that's all in the Box packing. Now, let's remove this via panel and insert the battery into this device.

So you can see the rear panel has a different design. It's an it's a matte finish pattern, and you can see there is a pattern on this Surya panel. So let's remove the rear panel and insert the battery. So you can see also see that the chrome finishing around the device is very similar to the a5 and g7. So that's the internals.

This is the SIM card, one micro SD card and the SIM card too. So now let's keep the battery here and boot the device. So this is a five megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, the speaker unit there for GDS branding, and then we have the front facing camera as well. So, let's boot this device, so there you go. That's the Samsung Galaxy J 2, so interface wise are very similar to the GFI nothing's change.

Here this runs android, 5.1.1 lollipop. You can see the custom notification center here again, you don't have an ambient light sensor. You need to use outdoor mode in case you're going outside. That's the only way are to get the screen a bit brighter than the regular use. So this is the interface.

So a display looks pretty vibrant. It's colorful, it's a Super AMOLED display, but the touch response doesn't look really that good, it's kind of sticky our time. So it's not really smooth like the j5 and the j7, but still it's a budget smartphone. Now, let's open the camera interface. So then, if he is again looks so very similar to the other j7j series I can see.

This is a pro mode. A lot of options included. Different modes included sound & shot sports mode, there's no HDR in this device. So that's one thing which is missing and record our videos in HD. That's the maximum in resolution.

This will full HD video recording and the maximum megapixel is 5 megapixels for the rear camera. Now there are sorts of French facing a 2 megapixel camera. So that's the camera aspect: let's quickly take a step and see how fast is the camera, so it's pretty fast, no lag whatsoever in taking photos and the quality also looks pretty decent for a budget, a 5 megapixel camera. So we have detailed camera review later so stay tuned for that. So this was a quick unboxing.

Now, let's also have a look at the storage offered, it's eight gigabyte, internal storage and let's see the amount of storage available in the first boot, so out of the eight gigabyte around four point: three six gigabytes available in the first boot, that's pretty good, a storage capacity, I would say out of the eight gigabyte. You can expand my micros card, but we are not sure whether they can install apps on this. We card, probably not because the j5 and g7 does not offer that tough feature. So probably this device also will not offer that now, that's the storage space, so this was a kook unboxing. So, overall, this device looks pretty good, not in terms of the hardware, because hardware is not really competitive.

With the other devices like the euphoria, the red meat ?, even the Lenovo a6000 plus there is k3 note- so all have better specs than this. So but, if you're looking for a Samson device in the budget category, this is pretty good device. The build quality of the rear panel looks pretty good. We would say this is much better than what we saw on the j5, especially with the rear panel. The rest oral of features remains almost the same as that of j series.

So it's an ultra budget device. It's priced 8 for double 9. That's official pricing. You can pick it online as sellers offline stores. So this is not an explosive device.
