Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so this Samsung's Galaxy is 70. We can say the hand that is the s7 of 2019. So in this video I am gonna, compare it against the galaxy a 9 of last year. Right now you can buy the a9 for the same price or maybe lesser than the galaxy is 70. So let's get into the video and starting off with the construction, and it's going to be different. Both handsets the 70 is coming with the so-called plastic design, which includes super reflective, plastic back and plastic frame versus on the a9.
It's going to be Gorilla, Glass, 5, back and aluminum frame, so the construction is super premium on the a9, while in that department the a7 is not that far behind, as you would think considering its plastic body, but the assignment is plastic. Bag can get scratched faster than the a9 s. The screen is 6.3 inches diagonally on the a9 versus r, a larger six point: seven G's on the 70. So what about the overall size? Well, the dimensions are not the same, but the difference is also not going to be not spill, and they're almost the same, and as for the weight hell, they are exactly the same as well. Now, as for the bezels, this side and the top bezel thickness on the 70 is the same while having an arch for the front cam and the bottom bezel thickness is also lower on the galaxy, a 70, giving it very high screen to body ratio.
The fingerprint scanner is on the back on the a9 versus its in screen on the 70 and right now on the 70. It does have speed issues, but it can be solved via software updates, and if that happened, then this definitely going to be. My object. Comment in the comment section for connectivity both handsets have the USB type-c ports and the headphone jack and the loudspeaker being on the bottom side and at loss both are North water-resistant. The display is Super AMOLED in both handsets with Full HD resolution, so same pixel density on both, and it's good.
This display is gonna, be one of the best things about both entities, because Samsung makes the best displays in the market for their phones and as both her OLED. The always-on display is going to work on these and as for the production, the a9 it's going to have coiled a class five on your screen, while Samsung has not specified this screen production for the age 70, but no need to worry, it is gonna, have Gorilla Glass or some other tempered glass protection on its screen, two major upgrade in terms of the performance, so the a9 came with the Qualcomm snapdragon 616 side versus the 70 is coming with the snaring 675. The CPUs are super powerful on the 675 compared to the 660, so in everyday use. You are easily going to notice. The performance difference between these phones in terms of the GPU.
The performance jump is not that huge, but still it's going to be faster on the 675, while, as for gaming, both handsets can play pop G and high settings. As for the lamb and storage, both Hen chard's comes with either six or eight gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of storage, which is expandable. So everything is great here, but a gigabyte of RAM could be an overkill into the cameras, so it's going to be 32 megapixels main sensor on the 70 versus 24 megapixels on the a9. Firstly, the pictures taken from the 70 does look like they are taking from a 32. Megapixels sensor means the detail.
Is there, unlike the a5 which is facing these detail issues and the a9 also faced the same problems? People did say: pictures taken from the phone does not look like they're taken from a 24 megapixel shooter, but this problem aside in good lighting pictures taken from these phones, are not going to be bad to look at while, as for low light, the a9 is pretty good here versus the 70 also performs better than the galaxy a5. So I think both are going to be great here, but the 70 does have the high resolution advantage on the a9. The telephoto sensor is 10 megapixels, and it's going to have two times optical zoom versus the 70 does not have that, but both phones to have the wide angle sensor so on both handsets it's gonna, be eight megapixels in resolution with 120 degrees of field of view means super white, but on the a9 there is no distortion correction for this wide-angle and only a 70 I, don't think. There's going to be a correction to because it's coming with the same sensor as the 50 and pictures taken from the 50 are also distorted. But if it's wide-angle came out to be different, then I am gonna.
Let you guys know in my update comment and at loss both have the depth sensor for better edge detection in portraits both entered captures videos in 4k resolution at 30, fps and both can also do 1080p at 60fps, but in both of this mode, stabilization is gonna, be missing on both handsets while it's gonna, be there in 1080p at 30. Both handsets are going to leak over 240 FPS slow-motion videos, but the resolution is gonna, be Sam or 20 P on the a9 versus 1080p on the 70 and the 70 also have the super slow motion feature which is gonna, be at 480 fps. While the resolution and the duration of this feature- it's not confirmed yet, but whenever the 70 is going to come out, I am going to post an update comments having all the accurate numbers. The front camera is 24 megapixels on the a9 versus 32 on the 70, so plenty of pixels for the front side. So try turning on the HDR mode, which outputs images in 12 megapixels.
But then the difficult lighting is not going to affect the selfies at lost for the battery and the 70 is gonna, be ahead here easily. First, thanks to its more energy-efficient CPU and with that it has more capacity as well, which is 4500 near bears versus being 3,800 milliamperes on the a9 and as for the fast charging, the assignment is going to recharge, faster as well to fully recharge the a9. It takes one hour and 50 minutes versus the SM one does the same in one or and 40 minutes, and it takes 60 minutes for the handset to get to 80%. So this is it for this video guys. Let me know what you guys think about both handsets and if you found this video interesting then be sure to like it, and I will see you guys in my next video peace out.
