So in today's video we're gonna look at some of the best cases available for the galaxy a51, so the prices on these cases range from $8 all the way up to $40 in I'll leave a link in the description below with current pricing and more information on each of the cases covered in this video. So the first case up is a clear case by ring key and, unlike some of those other thin clear cases, this one actually has military-grade protection. Here's a close-up look just so you can see just how thick this case really is. Unfortunately, you're still going to get a ton of fingerprints on here, so you're gonna constantly have to wipe those off, but as far as protection goes, this case is perfect. There's also some holes there on the side for a lanyard, the power and volume buttons are covered up by that CPU material. The power button does have some nice texture on it, and they stick out plenty, so they're easy to find and use really nice cutouts here on the bottom for the speaker, headphone jack and charging port.
This one's got some really thick edges around the screen, so you're, definitely not going to have to worry about dropping it. So if you want to clear case to show off your new phone, you're, probably not going to find a better one than this. This next case by urban armor gear or UAG is also military standard drop tested, and this is the Scout series. I've got this same case for my Moto G, stylus and I got to tell you this thing is super durable, it's sort of a hard CPU material with a matte black finish. This one just has a really nice rugged, look and feel I think they could have made the volume and power button stick out just a little further, but it's still pretty easy to use.
So just like the rink case, UAG does a perfect job of giving you an extra lip around the edges. So when you drop your phone, you don't have to worry about it landing on the screen. It's got a nice cutout on the back for the rear facing cameras. As far as thickness goes. This is probably similar to the clear case by ring key.
It just gives you a little different texture, maybe slightly better grille. Overall, the Scout series is a perfect choice. If you want something rugged, but not something, that's going to weigh your phone down too much, so the next case up is also by UAG this time. The Pathfinder series, this one's, also military standard drop tested. Just like the Scout series, and you can see it- does have sort of a rugged look to it, but maybe just a little thinner material and a little different style again.
It's that hard CPU material, which is going to give you a lot of protection, pretty much the same power and volume buttons as the Scout series. But this one's definitely a little easier to use. You can see it's got some extra thickness around the corners. It feels just a little more slippery than the Scout series. It's definitely a smoother finished nice cutouts there on the bottom.
For all your ports and speaker, you can see around the camera module just how thick this case is and as far as screen protection goes on this again, UAG is perfect at that. So you don't have to worry too much about dropping your phone. So the next case up is a hybrid case by cover on so the back is a hard plastic, and then you've got a little softer CPU material around the edges. This one does not have a built-in screen protector, but it does have a piece of plastic going around the screen that the back snaps into, so you can still see your phone for the most part, which doesn't look too bad other than having a lot of dust all over it. Power and volume buttons stick out just enough, so you can find where they're located, and they seem to have just about the right amount of click.
Enos' volume, buttons, work perfect on this one as well, and you're. Going to get perfect screen protection from that plastic front, which the phone snaps into, and you have a nice cutout there on the back for the rear facing cameras. So, overall, this is another good choice. If you want something good and cheap, so the next case up is by try, hey, try he yeah I have no idea, it's a weird one, but this one is also a hybrid case where you've got a black CPU material on the inside and then a harder shell on the outside. It has a really nice texture on it.
That's going to give you a ton of grip. Now this probably isn't my favorite. As far as styling goes power and volume buttons are sort of a bright chrome color, but both of them are super easy to use. Now this one is a little slimmer case than the others, so the lip is going to be a little smaller on the screen, but it still is gonna. Give you just enough protection.
It has a nice tapered opening for the rear facing cameras, nice cutouts for all your ports on the bottom and speaker, and just like the others. Also, a cutout for your microphone on the top. So, overall, if you want a cheap case, but has a pretty good grip and decent protection, this one could be a pretty good option for you overall I think the case that has the best value and perfect protection is the clear ring key fusion case, mainly because it's only ten dollars, and it's just got perfect, build quality, and then probably my second choice would be either of the cases by UAG.
