The Samsung Galaxy 8n is not as fast as the company's premium phones, but it's actually better when compared with other devices in its category, it is still smooth and responsive, and if you're an owner of such a phone, you can easily determine if it's running, slow or just working, normally hey guys, I'm Harold from the Droid guide, calm and in this video I will guide you in troubleshooting your Galaxy, a 10-month, running, slow, first solution force, restart your phone. The first thing that you need to do if your phone is running slow is the force to restart. It is possible that the problem is only due to a very minor firmware issue. Most of the time it can be fixed by doing this procedure, which is actually a simulated battery removal which refreshes the device's memory as well as reloads its absence services to do it, press the volume down button and the power key at the same time and hold them together for 15 seconds or until the logo shows. Your device will continue to boot process until it reaches the lock screen. If it's still sluggish after this, then try the next procedure.

Second solution run your phone in safe mode. We need to find out if this problem is caused by one or some of your apps, there are apps that can actually make your phone become sluggish. That's the reason why you need to do this procedure to run in safe mode press and hold the power key until options show tap and hold the power off option until it changes into safe mode, tap the safe mode icon to restart your device. Once the reboot is successful, you should see safe mode in the lower left corner of the screen, while your phone is in safe mode, try to see if it's still running slow. If the problem is fixed, then find out which app is causing the problem to do so.

You have to restart your phone into standard mode. Try to remember the apps you installed when the phone started to have performance issues. If you already have an app in mind, launch the app drawer and go to the screen where you can find the icon of the app tap and hold on the icon of the app you want to remove when the options show tap uninstall and then confirm that you want to remove it, you may have to uninstall more than one app to get the problem sorted out. However, if your phone is still running slow, even in safe mode, then move on to the next solution. Third solution: factory reset your phone.

At this point, a factory reset will be necessary as long as the firmware hasn't been modified in any way. You should be able to fix this problem with a reset, but make sure to create a copy of your files and data to reset your phone swipe down from the top of the screen and then tap the Settings icon, scroll to and tap general management touch reset tap factory data reset scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap reset if prompted enter your PIN password or pattern, tap, delete.
