Poetic Guardian Series Case for OnePlus 8 Pro Review By Big Unbox

What is up guys welcome to the big on box, where we do that small tech, and today I'm back with another big unboxing for you for the one plus a pro, and today we're back with the case from poetic. This is gonna, be the Guardian in series to unbox. Do a quick review as always up throw the link in the video description. If you want to check it out, pricing is definitely on point 1699. This looks like a dual air case. That's going to give you some, hopefully big-boy protection for your already big boy, one plus a pro, but hopefully anybody looking for some nice protection.

This wasn't going to be for you and the price is definitely on point. So, let's go and check it out a presentation. This is what you get. The mail I actually like what they do here. Just a nice creative, looking packaging poetic, look a little of design basic black, but you can tell.

Are you buy the case that the level of thickness is definitely a thick case from poetic? Can they do a couple different cases heavy-duty protection cases? I got the other one. Coming all the way as well, so we got two of these from poetic on the way for your one plus eight pro, it's going to put that to the side. You can see what you're going to get here now, what I do my first impression you got this pre-installed screen protector, which I'm not a huge fan of these I know it's I know I get the gist of it. But to me, it's like this plastic II really non. It feels very unnatural to the touch kind of just cheap kind of cheapens.

The experience of the phone but I think I've seen people where they cut that out where, if they cut it out, you actually get some really heavy-duty big-boy protection, all around the edges of the phone itself, so giving you some extra reinforcement for the bumper area, but you can see this is going to be a clear case kind of hybrid case. We get a thick bumper, thick rubber, bumper, that's gonna, give you a really nice protection and then overall just a nice design. You can see poetic at the very bottom, but you can see if anybody looking for some heavy-duty protection and once a pre-installed screen protector that you work, you know got a heavy duty, job, or you're working on the field stuff like that this may be, for you might be one of those things that you're actually well. Let's see. Oh, this is cool.

Let's check this out. I almost miss this. Let's check this out. Look what they're doing here now I almost skipped ahead. This is an if you don't want the pre-installed screen protector, so they give me this extra reinforcement you throw on top of the actual bumper, and you are still getting that experience without this screen protector.

So I like that, a lot they listen to the people which I appreciate some companies don't listen, and they tend to listen to this because it wasn't one of my favorite features of the phone I thought it made kind of a cheaper experience, but they did a good job by throwing this in there, it just makes a big difference now. Hopefully, it's a hit. Nobody gets ahead of myself, but let's go on the bike down the phone real quick here, make it look clean that black I saw it in the waste wanted to get signed up real, quick Lots on camera, but very nice looking case now, if I can get to the actual case, part itself, let's see without struggles. This is one of those two Park Aces, so you just never know how it's going to turn out when you do the unboxing all right, so here's the case itself again, one piece a little of flex to it: hard shell plastic on the back clear. So you are going to get so nice.

You probably won't get much yellowing on this because of the black bumper using a yellowing effect. If your full clear case this one actually doesn't have any clarity on the side, so you are probably gonna, be okay with the yellowing effect. Now this is the screen protector. That I was talking about see you see just off. You hear that that's what it is I'm, not a big fan of it.

I see what they do. If I appreciate why they fit in there, but this is what I'm excited about. It looks like this one: it's got you take this off, and it's going to be basically, let's check it out right now. If there be a little on this, one I'm really excited what they did check it out lots sticker struggles check it out. The plastic is crazy.

In this thing, this is ridiculous. I might put the video on pause. They could give this get this off. Alright, let's see what we got here. A little left all right.

So let's check this out. So this is what I'm talking about you got that reinforcement heavy-duty reinforcement around. So this is going to go on top of the case itself, and you can see no actual screen protector. So none of that plastic- you see you can still use the screen protector on the top of whatever you're doing, but you're going to get the actual protection. Now this is what I was talking about: I'm, not a huge fan of it, but I do like that.

The fact that throws it in depending on what job you have you might want to actual little extra protection here. That's what it is just a piece of plastic, so I feel like it kind of just affects the user kind of user ability of this thing kind of just the whole experience of the phone itself. So it's gonna pop this into place. Let's check this one out. First, thank you guys.

You do this boom snaps right into place. You're still getting it actually doesn't feel terrible, actually doesn't feel terrible pop this in a place like this snaps right into place. I think I got it upside down. Let's try this. Let's try this like this, got it upside down.

Let's try it again, guys, let's try to you. This is this. Is my first unboxing: do you I swear, let's check this out there we go much better. So then we'll take this back part off. Maybe there we go.

So, let's check this out guys boom heavy-duty protection. Look at that huge big-boy protection that you're going to get. So you can still see the back of the phone. It's still gonna show off the beauty of the phone. You got the OnePlus logo right there OnePlus logo right there.

You can see the protection you're getting around the camera and then look at that. All that reinforcement look how much extra reinforcement you're going on the edges, it's heavy-duty guys, that is nice and then the camera protection. That is definitely on point as well. Now might not look like crazy right here. They do give you reinforcement, so you're, not getting a lot crazy right there, but see what they do here.

They raise up the bumper on the back of it. So you're never going to be flush. It's never gonna completely flush on the actual back of it. So I like what they did heavy-duty protections, definitely going to give it some weight to it. But overall nice protection, let's check out the lip cause.

Everybody likes a fat lip that is crazy. Lip protection, look at that edge to edge look, how much extra reinforcement and bumper you got sticking out that way. It's probably going to add a lot of blinks to the phone. That's already a huge phone. This is gonna.

Add some crazy link to it, but look at that crazy for texting. You got this on there. You got the pre-installed screen protector, and it actually doesn't feel too bad guys. I'm, not gonna lie about that. It doesn't feel terrible, almost sticks to it.

So it's not as crazy. Now you will have to redo your fingerprint because it's definitely going to affect that. I want time to do that on the video, but it actually doesn't feel too bad. I have to say that it feels a lot better, and almost it doesn't have the hollow feeling it kind of sticks to it. But look at this.

You drop that you're good to go. Look at that nice protection, very nice protection volume up and down it's click, you're responsive, and you can see you got the little flap here, I'm, not a huge fan of that I see what they do it. You can see the flaps covered up right. There sticks right into place like this I guess you could cut that off. You're, not a big fan of it.

A speaker grill looks good power, button, allure, sly or good to go now. Let's check it out with the screen protector, I should say the non-existent screen protector, but I'm, not gonna, say this is actually better than I expected. So I might even try to use this if you want rockets free protectors, probably better than raw dog, all right, so we'll put this into place. Hopefully I line it up right this time. Let's check it out.

Let's see yeah I like what poetic did here. They listen to everybody, I'm sure everybody has some plates about not wanting to use the actual screen protector. So they're like okay, we're going to go ahead and lewd this for 16 bucks. You really can't beat that price point so snap it into place like that and I like the fact it fits perfectly. So look at this same exact thing, perfect and look how much lip protection you're going to get on this.

That is crazy. Lip protection all day, very nice-looking. It's definitely not gonna, be for everybody, but I've, yet to see a full heavy-duty protection. That's going to give you this kind of options for it. Whether you want to use this or whether you don't want to use it.

I have to say that this one to me is gonna, be a big hit for anybody looking for some nice protection and still wants to show off the back of the phones a lot of times. You get these big-boy cases, and it covers up the entire phone. With this one. Look you still got the logo. Still.

She doesn't want that beautiful black or whatever color you got so overall I have to say this was a hit shout out the poetic on this one.
