Pixel 4 & 4XL Zerolemon Battery Cases! Are they any good? By J. Williams

Alright guys welcome back to another version of shot on pixel I got the picture for exhale shooting this video as I talk about the 0 limit cases for the pixel 4 and the 4 exhale, so first I want to tell you: I was able to make it obviously pretty much a full weekend with both of these cases with some differences, the pixel for case not lasting as long as the pixel for Excel, but ultimately they run about the same. So I got these cases pretty much at the same time and I start reviewing them. At the same time, even though I put the videos out staggered on the unboxing, I got these at the same time and I started using them pretty much at the same time. So with this being 8000 and this being 6500 you're, adding on to both phones a lot of battery and a lot of power. So how I recommend you use these phones? Are these cases? You can do it. However, you want to do it, but I'll recommend this I recommend that you put the phones in the cases while both are at a hundred, so they both should be at 100% and then, when your phone drops to about 70%, no lower than 50 hit that button and start charging the phone back up, because if you don't do that, you're not gonna, get as many charge cycles.

You're, not gonna, get as many cycles or the battery case will die faster if you're letting the phone go really low and then the case is going to have to work extra hard to get it back up to a hundred, which means that it's burning through the battery a lot faster. So that's just what I recommend it and recommend to you guys, based on what I'm doing with the phones, so I was able to do that, and I tested both cycles. So I tested the four was running the phone low and then charging back up and the Forex sale. I didn't let the phone drop below 50% and end result is this. The pistol for Excel already has better battery, but it lasted even longer.

You know our product could go four to five days with this case and with using that cycle, and even with the pixel four I could probably do three to four days: fool through with no charge just using the case in the phone starting off with a hundred on bolt like fully charged on here and then fully charged on the phone. So I did. The picture for Excel was not letting it drop below 50%, but with the pixel for I. Let the phone run down below 50%, and you know. Obviously it's gonna, like I said, is gonna work harder, so the case worked harder to get the phone back to a hundred, because it's not the fastest charge.

It's not the slowest, but it's definitely not the fastest, so in in in the end, I didn't get as much battery out of this case. For that reason, so the next time I use this case I'm, not gonna. Let the phone drop below a 50 to 70%, probably about 70% on the pixel, for because it does have a smaller battery. It has a good battery on its own, but ultimately, when you're getting these cases you're getting these cases, because you need to make it through something. You need the power when you need it and I think these cases work great they're, not very expensive anymore, like they used to be, and you could go, listen, you could go with any brand.

You want, but out purchase zero lemon cases prior to getting them for review and that's how pretty much my channel worked. I guess they saw some videos and today this guy's cool, let's send him some stuff and that's pretty much how most of the review items have come in on my channel, the OEM see that I'm buying their products, I, guess, and they decide hey. This guy will be a fair reviewer so or whatever was gonna. Give him some cases, though ever since then I probably haven't purchased any zero lemon cases in years, but these cases are good for what they're supposed to be useful, which is powered a lot of you guys say you know what I would never use that as too bulky. But there will come a time when you need to charge what, if there's a power outage.

These are the ultimate backups, the ultimate backups. These should last you an entire weekend, or at least three to four days into your battery or your power comes back on at your house, or you're in a situation where your car broke down, and you have to walk and there's no charger, you don't have to carry the wires connecting all that with a power bank. Those are cool, but you can just put your phone right in the case. Ideal usage for those types of situations so I've been ultimately again, you're not buying these for the way they look you're buying them, because you need the power and that's why people buy zero lemon cases. They don't buy them, because oh I want my phone to be triple the size, because, let's be honest here, these are like tripling the size of your phone, even on zero lemons website.

They show three pixels on top of each other and warn you hey look. This is going to triple the phone size so be mindful of that. But with that you don't just get a battery case, you get a case corner protection drop protection. You know, I have tempered glass on both phones, so I could lay them flat on the table. Somebody wants to ask Jay: why do you lay your phone's flat on the table facing down out of sight out of mind? I, don't like to be on my phone too much I do push out a lot of content and believe it or not too much of something is definitely bad for you.

So I don't want to be on my phone that much I want to be returning your phone beeps. You can end up looking at it face it down. That's just a social media tip for you, so you can be more social with humans, and you're. Acting face-to-face turn your phone down, so you're, not too quick to look at it if it lights up with a message, I also run it on vibrate. Sometimes if you need to for phone call comes in you'll, hear it vibrating, especially via Steam pixel, because vibration motors on these things are incredible anyway.
