Pixel 3 XL vs Samsung Galaxy S20 FE Speed Test By Serby Waffles Tech

Hey guys welcome back to my channel uh right now. I'm going to do a quick speed test with a Google Pixel 3 XL and the Samsung Galaxy s20 fan edition. Now the Google Pixel 3 XL was released in 2018 with the snapdragon 845 processors, the Samsung Galaxy s20 Fe was released last year September October with the snapdragon 865 processors. So on paper, the s20 Fe should be a lot faster. Let's go ahead and boot them up and see which one's going to load up faster, all right, both headphones in hand and at the count of three boots them up. One two three go all right, so it looks like the pixel is going to go ahead and boot up faster by actually a good amount, all right, so we're going to give that one to the Google Pixel 3 XL, all right.

So let's go ahead and make sure that uh this one's also connected to the same Wi-Fi network: okay, they're both connected to the same network, all right! So let's go ahead and start off with the phone app one. Two three go all right, I'm going to say Samsung got that one. Let's go to the messages, one two three go, I'm going to say Samsung got that one uh, let's go ahead and go to messenger one. Two three go once again. I think Samsung got that one.

Let's go! Do a camera all right count of three one: two three goes and the Samsung got that one as well, but by just a hair guys not like a big difference here, all right. So let's go ahead and do play store one two three go, and it looks like Samsung's going to get there a lot faster. I think it has the better Wi-Fi connection here. So it's got a more modern modem. All right.

Now, let's go ahead and uh. Let's go to YouTube. One two three go and it looks like Samsung is going to get that one too all right! Now, let's go ahead and do uh. Lets uh open up a web page here, one two three go: let's go to samsung. com, and I'm going to say: actually I'm going to say that the pixel got that one faster, all right guys.

Now, let's go ahead and do Amazon one two three go: Samsung wins that one all right! Now, let's go ahead and do a game here: let's do temple run all right, so you'll find all the games here. Okay, temple run right here, count of three one: two three goes now. This is where the 865 snapdragon should be a lot faster, and it does seem that way all right, but not by a lot, but you know maybe a few seconds, but you know this is a. This is a three-year-old processor. This one is just from last year, so we're going to go ahead and play a little and see how the gameplay is all right.

So as far as gameplay they're, both smooth you're not going to have any issues playing games on the pixel, no matter what, even though the processor isn't um quite the same um as the uh, the galaxy, but it's still it's still a great processor guys. You're going to have no problems with games on the pixel at all. So all in all I mean I'm going to say that uh. I think this is a fantastic buy. I think the Google Pixel 3 XL right now.

You can pick this phone up for about a hundred and fifty to two hundred dollars, and I'm going to tell you uh for that price. This is still a fantastic phone um. This one has a quad, HD plus display, so believe it or not that this actually has a higher resolution than this phone um, it's a beautiful display, and then you know this is OLED. This is an AMOLED they're, both fantastic guys. If camera is your thing, the video recording on the Fe is much, much better, but the photo shots.

Uh are just better on the pixel so um. By far, actually I'm going to go ahead and take a photo right now, real, quick, just to kind of compare a stock camera here, I'm going to go ahead and take a photo here with uh the Samsung all right do that all right now take a look all right, then I'm going to take one here with the pixel and take a look at that. You guys tell me which one's better now this is more true to life uh than this, but they're both fantastic guys, um and another thing is what I love about android is that you can always add Guam to change the uh quality. Here we go and now this is the Guam version, which is not quite this uh quality, but it's still pretty good compared to this one. Now you see how different it is.

This one's got a more of a yellow tint to it and then, when you put g cam you're getting closer to this so other than that guys. Both of these are fantastic phones. The pixel is dear to my heart guys. So I love this phone fantastic phone. This is another great, great phone.
