So Watson I got the pixel three I just got. This I'll have an official unboxing, but it was getting late, so I just took it out for a camera comparison against T last year's pixel ? and the results will amaze you. So let's go and take a look. Okay, so today we're going to do a quick comparison between the pixel two on the left and pixel three on the right. This is a real pixel three that I just got yesterday, and this is a pixel two with the latest pixel three camera APK. So they both have same camera software as far as pixel 3 camerae, but it is a pixel 2 on the left and pixel 3 on the right.
Now, at the end of this comparison, you can go and download all the original images and compare them yourself and also, if you have a pixel 2, you can go ahead and install the pixel 3 camerae to get the pixel 3 performance that I'm, showing you here I'm. So what's fascinating. Is that most of the photos they look nearly identical. So let me go and start with this guy. Oh, you won't really see too much difference between these two photos.
They both look nearly identical in low-light performance now, I usually use low-light performance as an indication of how good a camera is. This is where you're going to see the biggest difference. So that's why I took these shots in the low light in these shots. If we go ahead and close up to forty-niners in this shot, you'll see the exposures slightly better, with pixel to a slightly cleaner images with forty-niners there. But if you go ahead and go down to the ATM again exposure slightly better with a pixel to it slightly cleaner, with pixel three or in this next shot, you probably won't be able to tell difference.
They look nearly identical in performance, merely identical. Alright, here's an outdoor shot, exposure about the same and nearly identical photos as I was taking these shots. I was thinking to myself. It is the exact same camera. The camera sensor, camera hardware, I, don't think it has improved.
I didn't actually look up specs on it, but just by looking at the photos, I can't tell the difference between the two Oh in this shot. You actually get slightly cleaner shot with the pixel to is killing pixel three right here. Look at the proud sponsor of San Francisco Giants much cleaner with the pixel to UM. Here's a shot where the pixel 3 does a little better in exposure. Well, they're about the same.
It's hard to tell all right. Here are another shots. Take a look at the Corona sign up here and exposures, much better with the pixel -. You could actually see the details behind this wall. Pixel 3 has a little trouble, so I'm.
Thinking at this point has this camera actually gotten better. Here's a shot in low-light of a golf game, thingy, not huge difference here. Here's another sign nearly identical guys, nearly identical, absolutely no difference between the two cameras: um, here's a shot of South Park game, nearly identical the pixel ? actually looks slightly cleaner, but I'm not sure pixel 3 has beauty mode on, and I might have had my beauty mode on the pixel 3. So that could be the difference, but nearly identical again. Here's an another scary ghost thing and look at this and look at this.
You got a cleaner photo better noise reduction with pixel two, nearly identical shots. Let's go ahead and go to Michelob light here where I was focusing on and in this photo pixel 3 slightly cleaner about it about the same. Let's go to this bud here, I would say slightly cleaner with the pixel 3, but not by much. Let's go ahead and zoom in all the way here, yeah, and you're nearly identical here are another shots, nearly identical now, you'll see the colors are slightly more saturated with the pixel 3 I. Remember this photo clearly.
This is actually the right colors. This is the realistic, so pixel 3 tends to sometimes saturate just a tad more than pixel 2, but not huge difference between the two awesome neon lights, which is a great test of how well the camera exposes both did really well. Nearly identical photos you'll see that it's slightly yellow or slightly more color to it, with the pixel 3 I'm, just like a really tiny bit slightly more saturated another low-light test and slightly different colors, slightly, slightly washed out with pixel 3 shot of the gas station at night. Nearly identical, even the level of noise is nearly identical between the two amazing are in these shots, I'm slightly better with the pixel three, as you can see here, nearly identical performance between the two phones, again, nearly identical, nearly identical here. Also look at the exposure.
I, don't really see any difference between these two phones, nearly identical. Here's a portrait shot now portrait shot is where the pixel 3 really shines. Um, you get a lot more bouquet. You can also adjust it. You can also adjust it with pixel too, but not as much, but you will notice the background.
Blur is not accurate here. Vs pixel 3 is very, very accurate. Even this low light situation. This is with the back camera. So I just proved to you that there's absolutely no difference between the pixel to pixel 3.
As far as the camera performance, when using a pixel, 3 camera software, the hardware's obviously has not changed the sensor size and the camera itself is nearly identical. As last year's pixel 2 they're, nearly identical the only difference I saw was actually in portrait shots where you get more blade that are processing with the pixel 3, but otherwise it's all in the software. So as long as you install your pixel 3 camerae on your pixel 2, you get the same performance as a pixel 3, but yeah you can go and compare the results yourself. I don't make up stuff, and you could do this test yourself. This is probably going to be the first test that shows that camera performance of the back camera is exactly identical on the pixel to pixel 3 yeah.
So if you have a pixel 2- and you want to upgrade your camera- just install the pixel 3 camera um- you don't have to get the pixel 3 and that, as far as other features that the pixel 3 has that does not support it by pixel, 2 I would imagine they would work on the pixel 2. Its last year's processor, but it's soon and be able to be fast enough to do whatever pixel 3 has Google may not officially support it, because otherwise, there's no point in buying the pixel 3 over the pixel 2, but yeah I just want to get the truth out there hit the thumbs up for me, pixel 2 and pixel 3 have nearly identical performance as I'm showing you here, and you can do your tests yourself, and you'll probably get nearly identical. Results have a great day and, as always, stay click here to subscribe. You.
