Official Sony Xperia 5 II Style Cover Stand Case - Black Unboxing and Review By Big Unbox

What is up guys welcome to the big unboxing, where we do that small tech and today, I'm back with another big unboxing for you for the all-new Sony, opera, 5 2, and today we're back with the official stand cover, I should say style cover with stand to unbox, do a quick review. I paid for the overnight shipping, got it quickly, and you know we'll get it to you as quickly as possible.

Here on the channel, I pay for the stuff, like you guys do so, let's go and get to the unboxing to see if it's a hit or miss for your brand-new phone presentation. You know it's: okay, Sony branding right, there style cover with stand, and then you can see a little back. What you're getting here. So that's pretty much it. Let's go and check it out to see.

What's going on here, I'm kind of curious how this is gonna, be I really you know you never know what you're going to get Sony official cases, they're kind of hard to come by um, surprise actually got it so quickly, they're, really not a readily available, at least in the United States, I'm not sure where other parts of the country, but we'll see what we're getting here. If I can get this out of the box, which is struggle city here, they're making this tough on me here, guys struggle city right here, all right. Let's see what we're doing here, let's go bust. It out like this one: let's go and tear it open. Let's do this right there we go there.

We go struggle all right here. We go got some literature. Furthermore, we don't need that. Let's put that to the side, here's what we're going to get all right. So all right! This is a little disappointing.

So the complete side is completely exposed. This side is completely exposed. The bottom part is completely exposed. So really you got some basic coverage to the top and then some bumper part right there. I'm not sure what kind of look they were going for feels like kind of like a hard shell plastic.

Okay, it feels okay to the touch nothing premium body got a little branding right there, okay, the kickstand. It may be the selling point of this one, but it feels nice, and it tucks away. So it's completely flush got the camera cut out right there. Now. This is what I do like I one thing, I will say that I, like the interior, this one kind of got like a felt finish to it like very soft to the touch around the actual bottom part of the case itself, but I just think that this leaves you too much exposed.

I'm not really sure what kind of look they were going for 35 bucks. Oh, that's a tough one, guys, I'm not sure what I was paying for, so we'll see how it goes. But anytime I get something. That's not giving me full coverage is a disappointment and then this one might be a big disappointment just because of the lack of coverage. So put it like this.

I like the way the back looks, got the Sony branding right. There looks very clean to the very nice matte finish very soft to the touch I like the actual way. It feels again nothing on the side, so really drippy wise. It's really gonna that slippery sides of the glass back you're not getting any type of extra grip camera coverage. They did a perfect job with the camera coverage.

It's raised up all the way around the bumper, so you can see what they did there. They actually did a perfect job with the camera coverage. That's one thing I would say: look how thick that camera coverage is very nicely done, but again completely exposed right there, let's go and check out the actual kickstand boom like that boom, like that, the kickstand actually is probably the best thing about this. Look at that. It's a really nice kickstand tucks away, so it's flush you're, not getting that wobble wobble wobble faster, like a lot of those get you and I hate those.

But again, let's go and check out the lip because everybody locks up. This is not giving you a fat lip guys. This is not lip you're, not getting any slippage. You got nothing on the sides and nothing on either side completely exposed this. This is a tough one, and you got maybe right there.

You got a little coverage right. There bottoms cut out so easy access. I guess to the power and then completely exposed on that side. You do get this top part covered easy access to the actual mic. Okay, so I like the way it feels lightweight light to the touch almost feels like your raw ROG in your phone, which probably is what they're trying to go for here, giving you some minimalist case, but I have to say guys: this is a big miss.

They really missed the boat on me on this one, I'm not sure what kind of look they were going for if you drop this thing, you're still getting dinged up on the sides of both sides and then no lip coverage. I ain't rocking a screen protector, so you got that, but I just feel like for that price point. They missed the boat if they were to cover this up, even if they let the bottom part covered or exposed, I would say yeah. I like this case a lot, but I would say this: one is a big miss.
