Official OnePlus Sandstone Bumper Case for OnePlus 8T Unboxing and Review By Big Unbox

What is up guys welcome to the big unboxing, where we do that small tech and today, I'm back with another big unboxing for you for the OnePlus 8 to the t, and today we're back with the official sandstone case to unbox. Do a quick review as always I'll, throw up the link in the video description. If you want to check it out, pricing is actually gonna, be the cheapest one that they have available at one plus this website 24.99 comes in two different colors, you got black, or you got this green color and I remember people always get the black versions, but I remember people telling me that the color last year for the eight I actually said last year a few months ago for the eight that was that teal color did get discolored so take that for what it is, but the black shouldn't have those issues. I wouldn't think all right. So let's go check it out 24.99. This is the official one.

Let's get right to it. Nice presentation from OnePlus got a little branding up top and then tells you more details about what you're going to get and let's get right to it to see. If it's a hit or miss take a little tab right here, pull them off real quick. Give you two tabs. Let's see there, we go boom, let's check it out, I would say I got all the cases from OnePlus.

This is probably my least I like the way it feels a lot. I just don't use it as much um out of all the ones. I think the carbon bumper is my favorite, and then you do that that nylon, one is always like money as well. Furthermore, I don't see a nylon one for this one, but this one using my it's perfect case. Furthermore, I just don't find myself using it as much texture feels a little different on this one version.

Uh doesn't feel as kind of uh. I guess I want to say sandstone he doesn't feel is kind of is drippy. The material is a little softer, which is not a bad feeling actually feels a little better still got the nice feel to it, OnePlus logo right there and then the sides. This is what I like what they did here. You can see the sides, that's going to give you that extra grip on the sides, and they go all the way around the bumper area, so you get edge to edge protection and then edge to edge grip as well, so very nicely done.

OnePlus logo looks black and clean camera cut out, we'll check out the camera coverage doesn't seem much lipid. Usually they have something raised up above it, but I don't see anything raised for the camera interior. This is what I'm not a huge fan of hard. Shell plastic just doesn't feel soft. I mean there's nothing soft about this particular case on the interior.

Um, to make me feel comfortable about slapping my case in or my phone in it. I don't think it's going to scratch it, but I would like a little some more softness to give me that, like a security blanket to know, I'm not going to get my phone scratched up got a little OnePlus branding at the very bottom and then the same material all the way around the bumper, which is hard shell, plastic. So that's pretty much it is one part case got a little flex to it. Nice grip is, like I said: let's go check out the phone that gray silver, whatever you want to call it pole or something wipe it down, wipe it down beautiful. I think it looks gorgeous definitely slaps right into place like that.

Now that's a nice looking case nice, looking phone that black you can see kind of just around the camera area that silver popping through nice. Little added touch wonderful grip on this one. I like the grip a lot. This is probably the best feature of this particular case. Is the grip edge it's going to give you more grip than any other case from one plus camera protection? Yeah, it's decent enough.

I guess it's raised up enough. There are no issues at all: it's not crazy protection, but it's decent enough. I would say that I wouldn't have any issues with that. It's its definitely got that raised edge, although we're in the camera, so no issues there. Let's check out the lip, because everybody likes our fat Elizabeth, all right.

So lip protection yeah. It's not, not terrible same thing. It's pretty much the same lip protection as the official carbon bumper case. So not a lot of difference. It's got a full edge, that's protection! You can see the slippage and then right there or on the actual, like speaker, it kind of dips in just a little, but for the most part you actually got full edge protection.

I like what they did there around the bumper nicely done: volume up and down, click and responsive. You can actually hear the clicks, which I really like it's a nice satisfying feeling you got that little speaker right there, speaker grill, you got your power, and you got the mic board. Everything looks good and precise and clean, and then power button same thing, click and responsive. Let's check out the alert, slider easy access, you can see how it's dipped in right there. So the cutout looks very seamless easy to get to no issues at all there.

In the very top you got the mic port up top as well. Very nice got some really nice grip to it very nice, so I would say overall uh the cheapest one you can get 24.99. Is it better than the official carbon bumper? No, but I think its different type of uh if, if you're looking for just the best grittiness, is that any the most drippy case is probably the best way to put it I'll check out this one or, if you're, just on a budget- and you want the official product, but you want to spend 40 bucks for the bumper one check out this one. This is probably going to meet a lot of your criteria. It's going to give you some nice grip, nice protection, while still maintaining the overall look of the phone itself, so I'm gonna call this one a hit.
