Apple iPad 8th, Generation, ?, Unboxing, +, Accessories, hey, what's up YouTube, welcome back to my channel. This is your girl, able Samara, and I'm super excited today, because I'm going to be unboxing, my new Apple iPad, 8th generation and like my MacBook Pro, which I did a video on you can check that out after this. If you want to see that, but it's been a long time since your girl had an iPad. The last iPad I had been an iPad Mini from like 2012, and it doesn't work... , it's not... Apple would give me like 20 dollars for it.

If I traded it so yeah. , I'm going to go ahead and first share with you the unboxing and my first impressions, and then I will also go over like the different features of this iPad, which are really cool, and I also got some accessories for it that I'll share with you, the Apple Pencil and then also some different accessories from Amazon I'll go over all that with you today and yeah. Let's just go and get into it now I will mention that this iPad- I ordered it last week, but the day after they had the Apple event, so right when it was released on the website. It said to expect it by October 5th, to October 7th. So I was like.

Oh man, it's going to be awhile before I get this, but it came already. I got it yesterday, which was September 21st, and I was just pretty shocked. So, if you're looking to get this, I think they ship faster. You might get it faster than what it says on the website: ASMR (ASMR unboxing), ASMR, (ASMR, unboxing), ASMR, (ASMR, unboxing), ASMR, (ASMR, unboxing), ASMR, (ASMR, unboxing), okay, first impressions. This is way nice, it's bigger than I expected it to be.

I thought it was going to be a little smaller for some reason I don't know I got it in space gray, so let's go ahead and just turn this on and see what it does all right guys. So while the iPad is setting up, I figured now would be a great time to go over the different specs and the features of the new iPad 8. So the finish that I selected was the space gray and I opted to get the 128 GB because I know I'll need the space. This cost me $429 for the iPad itself, so because I opted to get the 128 GB version, it did cost me about a hundred dollars more, so I paid $429 for the iPad, but if you were getting the 64 GB version, you would just pay $329. I also got an Apple Pencil with it, and this is the first generation Apple Pencil.

That's what pairs with the iPad 8 and that cost me $99, and I chose to get Apple Care on the iPad, which was $69 and apple, will charge a $4 recycling fee. So my subtotal was $601, and I paid tax of $46.20, which then brought my grand total to $647.20. What you will get in the box of this iPad is the iPad itself, plus pretty much the charger and then some information that comes with it, and this iPad has a 10.2 inch display, which is the same as the iPad 7 and honestly, the only main difference between the iPad 7 and the iPad 8 is this a12 bionic chip, which essentially just makes it faster and just run better and with the new iPadOS 14. You can actually highlight text handwritten text and copy it, and you can paste it in actual like text. So that's really cool, or you can write things down, and it will read it into text from your handwriting.

Hey Siri play some music. Well, let's go ahead and get into the accessories. Now I may or may not have gone overboard with the accessories, but let me just list them off, and then I will show you each of them, so I got the Apple Pencil, I also got a paper feel screen protector, a case for the Apple Pencil, and a grip for the Apple Pencil, a wireless keyboard with a touchpad, a carrying case for the iPad, an adjustable table, stand, a charger stand, a cable, organizing, pouch, and finally, a folio case for it as well. Now I will be doing a full review of these accessories that I purchased in my next video.
