In exchange for the size and weight penalty. You get real two-day battery life, you can easily, and I mean easily with heavy usage, get a full day's worth of battery. It's not legendary. It's not awesome. Furthermore, it's not the greatest thing since sliced, bread, I'm. Sorry, it's not cue! The intro, hello everyone.
My name is Trenton and welcome back to my channel I like to rant about tech and talk about things from a common-sense point of view. So, if you guys are into stuff like that, make sure you hit the subscribe button and make sure you hit the notification bill that way, you don't miss out on any future videos. Now I'm. Moving on to the battery life, everybody has been saying that the battery life is legendary. The battery life is so much better than last year's phone.
I will say this. The battery life is better, but I, don't think it's as great as everybody talks about, but once again that's during my own use case scenario. Sure if you stay on Wi-Fi all the time, and you don't use a lot of apps, and you basically just use the phone like a regular person, then the battery life is amazing. But for me, if you're constantly on data, if you're constantly doing stuff online between multiple apps and Twitter, you will notice some battery drain. It is less significant than it was last year, but I wouldn't call it 100% amazing.
Now don't get me wrong. Do not get me wrong. I am glad that Apple put a bigger battery in this phone. They absolutely needed to do so because the battery from last year that wasn't it, but I will say this. Even though the battery life is better.
It's not legendary. It's not awesome. Furthermore, it's not the greatest thing since sliced, bread, I'm. Sorry, it's not, and I will say this for the use case scenario that app will usually put people in because Apple is like. Oh, you can do all these wonderful things.
You can edit videos, you can shoot movies and BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA BLA. If you actually use the phone to its fullest potential and use it pretty much the way that Apple Tai's is it, then your battery life isn't as great as you thought. I'm sorry, you are not getting two days worth of battery, like some people claim 19%, it did not hit the charger overnight. I was able to go two full days on one charge with this phone if you use it to its fullest potential straight up, if you use it to its fullest potential hold on to those keywords, if you are somebody who just makes phone calls, watches YouTube every once in a while and likes to scroll through social media, sure the battery's going to last you, but if you're somebody who's blind like me, or you like to keep your screen brightness all the way up. Alright, especially if you're, not a douche bag, and you ain't got your phone on max brightness I, don't even know what to say about that, or you basically like to game all the time or do other things.
Then it's going to drain, especially if you're not on Wi-Fi, everybody does their battery tests on Wi-Fi, and so that's why they get such good results. Have you actually started to test your phone and use things pretty much to the max? Almost everybody out there talking about this great wonderful battery life out of this phone is using Wi-Fi, okay, they're, not really using their cellular networks. A lot of them are going to work they're using the Wi-Fi, then they're coming home, and they're using a Wi-Fi again, they really don't have to use the cell towers that much which actually saves on the battery, whereas other people who travel for a living for other people who actually move around, and you have to be connected to the cellular network for your data that battery life starts to go really quick. Unless you got that thing plugged in all day, so I can't say that the battery life is 100% amazing. Unless you meet the following conditions.
Also, there are people who like to turn their screen brightness all the way up. There are people who, like to run a million applications on their phones and do other things, so your mileage may vary based on how you use your phone. If you are a power user I would not call this legendary I would not call it amazing. I would call it a standard for 2019, so that's pretty much where I'm going to leave it at that, but for those of you out there who do own, an iPhone 11 Pro or an iPhone 11 Pro Max. What do you guys think about the phone? Have you had good experiences with the phone or bad experiences with the phone? Let me know down in the comment section below that way.
We can talk about it. Otherwise, thank you guys to watch my video I, appreciate it and I hope to see you guys in the next one you all. Take it easy peace.
