LG G8X Gaming Test! Call Of Duty Mobile, Fortnite & PUBG (2021) By Matthews Tech
All right guys, we got the lg g8x uh here, going to be showing you uh these settings for Fortnite Call of Duty and pub g. So you can see you know. Snapdragon 855 is still a very capable chipset here uh, you can see locked at 30 frames here we can go up to epic graphics here.3D resolution show fps. I keep it like that, and we'll see how this handles it all right, and we're in a little jerky but um definitely playable like I said we are on epic graphics, so the game looks beautiful and the screen is beautiful as well. It's in uh OLED display and also this phone is compatible with the dual screen case, so you can take advantage of that. So it is keeping 30 frames and again, if you wanted to run perfectly smooth, obviously you would just go down a notch, but to me, you know at its highest setting um this point playing pretty.
Well, I mean yeah. This is not bad at all. It's holding its holding 30 frames pretty well too. So let me actually see. Let me actually see how this does if that choppiness goes away, so guys, if you bring the graphics down to high and just keep everything the same, the choppiness goes away, 100, it's still very smooth, and it still looks perfect.
Like I said it's, it's not going to be as choppy as it is going to be on epic graphics. I mean it still looks pretty good yeah. This is a way smoother experience, so this game plays best on the g8x, as you know that that high graphics and not epic, because you're getting way less frame drops here as far as Call of Duty mobile here, our settings are max fps at very high yeah, that's pretty much it. So we can do max fps here really nice, so it'll max this game out and the g8x also has dual speakers as well very loudspeakers on here. Just and the phone do not seem to get hot to the touch at all on this phone.
It can get warm but definitely not hot to where it's uncomfortable, huh, wow, my own grenade right next, these settings for pub g. We can actually go up to ultra HD, and then we have extreme graphics all the way up to HDR here for a stream fps, which is really nice all right. So, honestly, you shouldn't have any problem running um, you know PUBG on the g8 here, it's playing perfectly smooth and the phone is still relatively cool, which is really nice. Yeah, there's a pretty much zero lag here. So if you are thinking about picking up the g8x- and you want to do some gaming on it, uh as we saw it's perfectly, fine playing Call of Duty, Fortnite and also pub g will run extremely smooth on this device.
