I know everybody's feeling the same way as I'm feeling today.
There's a huge possibility that today, later in the afternoon that we will receive news on who won the epic versus apple lawsuit during the epic verse apple trial. The judge had actually said something about a joke. How we will receive a verdict by August 13th, but she did claim it was a joke on her part. But I don't think it's a joke, because we haven't got a verdict from her, and it's been about almost three months. So today might actually be the lucky day for the Fortnite mobile community and today actually marks the one-year anniversary that Fortnite mobile was removed from the app store and, to be honest, it doesn't even feel like a year.
This year has gone by so quick and the mobile community has been strong throughout this whole 365 days and throughout this whole year, team sun has actually not given us. No news about Fortnite mobile returning and mark and Elijah was an l on his part due to the fact that the whole mobile community is counting on him, and he hasn't given us any news and guys. I've actually read an article on how long trials last and big trials like this can lead up to three years or four and if we're lucky two years max. But I personally do not think that this trial will last more than a year and five months and guys it hasn't, really marked the gear since the trial started. Don't forget the trial started in September, so this September will mark a year and if the chances that Fortnite mobile does not return to the app store don't forget, GeForce has made a claim during the ongoing trial that they are trying to bring from mobile touch on iOS by October.
So epic does have a backup plan in case everything goes wrong, but I myself, I don't really think I will be playing for them by October anyways guys. This is all the news I have for you guys today.
